Property was clean, friendly staff, always smiling made you feel like Home. Much appreciated.

Lovely breakfast! Nice big beds, nice bathroom with hot water. Free waterbottles every day and close to many touristattractions!
Even though it is close to many tourist attraktions you just have to be aware that if you prefer “New York” kind of enviroment/vibe, then Makati is better for you. For me it didn’t matter, but it would still be nice to know.

The breakfast is good and the restaurant staff seems attentive. I like the fact that the Chinese Restaurant is already opened and I went there twice. The room is a great size. The bell boys are very hard working and always helped me with my luggage.
The receptionists are weird. They look at me like I owe them something. They are very condescending for some reason. They also ignored my request for room service (I went out late from the room). However, the duty manager (a guy) is attentive and helped me out with my request. This is my second time I stayed at this hotel. I also had issues with the receptionists during my first time here.

The hotel looked prestigious for a 3-star, and the price per night was reasonable. The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is quite near to Rizal Park and Intramuros. The breakfast was generally delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly as well.

its location is nice
you can find necessary things around the hotel.
breakfast facilty.
it is almost impossible to reach reservation departments via e-mail, phone or messages.
I experienced this problem twice within 1 month.
Communication channels should be accessible and problem solving.
I can prove my declaration about this issue.
Secondly the curtains in the rooms are difficult to move (in 2 different rooms).
however hotel technician fixed it partially.

The break fast buffet is great, food were okay...
The price is just fine for the room
I don't recommend their services is poor , we made a very early like two months ahead booking for car airport pick up and another two follow ups and it was all confirmed as they always replied.. but when the time comes but nothing was arrange they made us wait for hours in the airport to verify our booking which we already paid but somehow they are not responsible enough to arrange for their guest but. Well maybe if VIP guest I bet they could do that perfectly.
Reception staffs are not efficient enough to check details if paid or not they always made us wait.
Bathroom tub was not clean seated dirt and molds
The counter has ants (Langgam)
It was for a honey moon stay but they ruined everything.
