3 kids and 15 practices a week year round. This condo had everything we needed, plenty of space, and comfy beds! As a mom that still has to clean on vacation doing dishes with a view of the ocean, then waking up with the view, and even showering with a view was just what I needed! No crazy crowds, and the property is super easy to access I highly recommend. Try the Salty Pearl if you like oysters!

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was just as described. Beautiful view and short walk to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Master bed was comfortable which is important because I have back issues. The balcony was very roomy and had a great view. The property grounds were well kept. We took advantage of the grills and loved sitting on the wooden swing while our steaks cooked. The condo was close too many restaurants and tourist attractions. It was only 30 minutes from the Tanger Outlets. Which I love! We would recommended The Angry Crab Shack for seafood boil and oysters. It was delicious! We also liked Doc’s on Canal for Fried Shrimp and the Salted Caramel Bushwhackers. Big Fish has amazing filet and scallops.

The stay was a lot of fun. We especially enjoyed the the covered deck overlooking the ocean and the breakfast nook. The location was close to a grocery store. The only negative was the washer and dryer was noisy. They worked but the dryer had a loud squeek. Overall the property was just what we needed for a family gathering.

We were notified the morning of our arrival, that we had been double booked. We traveled from Indiana and were already in Florida at this point. They did offer a 2 bed unit as another option, however we needed 3 beds. We were able to find something else on our own that met our needs for our stay. I cannot speak for the quality of the unit itself

We love Perdido Key. Great if you’re more into the beach and less into the touristy stuff, as it’s less crowded and more of a family atmosphere. This was our first time in this unit, and it was great! Beautifully furnished and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the keyless entry so we didn’t have to worry about keeping up with a key for the unit. Had a small issue with the door, and the property manager was very responsive and handled it quickly. Loved our stay here!

Very nice condo. Everything was just as it was listed. Nothing wrong with condo or resort. First time in that area. We are used to having more things to do for my young adults(18-20). They were a little bored but overall great place to stay

The property was not very clean upon arrival. My husband even commented on it which says a lot. I did not alert property management because we had unloaded everything from the car and it would inconvenience us more to get out so they could come back and clean so we just cleaned it. There wasn’t a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. The paperwork emailed to us for check in is outdated - it said there would be parking passes on entry table and wi-fi password on top of router. Neither were there. When I called property management company, they had already closed at 1 pm for the day (this was on a Saturday which I imagine is the most popular check in day). There are some weird “rules” in the condo…for example, most of the drinking glasses are plastic and there is a sign saying they must be hand washed. Frustrating because no one wants to hand wash dishes on vacation. Also, lots of extra comforters on top of master closet and a sign saying they can’t be used. The check in paperwork says to not put sandy clothes in the washing machine under any circumstances. I think the owners forgot they own a place at the beach and people are coming there to vacation. That being said, this 3 bedroom condo was significantly cheaper than other ones on the property, so maybe it’s a “you get what you pay for” situation.

We had a great time here. Everything was great and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything We needed to cook meals at the condo (there are plenty of coffee filters so no need to buy/bring them LOL). We love the Perdido Key area because it's quieter but still close to the action. The outdoor pool closest to the condo was closed but the other outdoor pool was just a short walk away. We loved everything here and will be back!

Condo itself was fantastic! Very clean and well stocked with all the necessary items. We were upset to find that for the second year in a row there was construction taking place on the exterior of the condo and as a result, the outdoor pool was closed for the second year.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. The bedrooms are all nice size with adjoining bathroom. The kitchen and living room are nice size with amazing views of the beach. The balcony is also very nice with loungers and a large table where we ate most of our meals. The kitchen is fully stocked for anyone that plans on cooking. we did a lot of cooking and never had to worry about anything not being there. The indoor pool and hot tub are right outside the entrance and the two outdoor pools are close and very nice as well. Checking in and out was a breeze and everyone we encountered was so nice. I will definitely be back when we visit this area again.

Beautiful ocean views and right on the beach. Condo itself is beautiful. We stayed with 5 kids under 5 years old, and there was plenty of space for us all. Loved the safety locks and alarms for the kiddos. Close to the beach was great with moving so many kids. Jeff was great to answer any questions we had/responded very quickly. My only recommendation would be to consider a chain lock/child lock (or something of the sort) for the front door. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Just returned and ready to go back. Condo was very nice and many dishes, pots, pans, etc.- ready to be used. Three bedrooms and worked perfect for husband and me, son/DIL and two grand kids. Loved the patio and people watching and sounds of the ocean. Three pools- counting indoor. Looking to book next year already.
