Newly refurbished in 2024, Beautiful Home Unit at 12 Marine Parade, The Entrance. The unit has new floorboards, brand new beds, mattresses and bedding, as well as a brand new fridge, Nespresso machine and kitchen appliances.
The stunning location is directly opposite the channel, where you have the opportunity to go right outside the unit to go for a swim, or sit on the balcony to enjoy the stunning views of the Entrance Channel and North Entrance Beach.
Best location for Chromefest viewing and drivepast.
Available for 2 nights or more stays with a 10% discount given for 7+ day bookings, and 20% discount for a months stay.
The 2 bedroom renovated unit provides comfortable relaxation in a superb location.
Being directly across the road from the channel, you can walk right across the road and paddle in the low tide waters. Close walking distance to the Entrance Beach and Surf Club (400m), The Entrance Ocean Pools (600m) and even closer to the town centre with local shops, cafes, restaurants, children's playground/water park and more (100m).
Undercover parking is provided along with Wifi and Smart TV where you can log into your favourite apps.
The unit sleeps six people, with bedroom one having one Queen bed, and Bedroom two having one double bed and a bunk bed. A travel cot is provided if required.
Whale watching season is May till October with views directly from the balcony. look out to the sea from the balcony for whales spouting.
Visit Toowoon Bay, Shelly Beach, Norah Head and Crackneck for cafes, beaches and lookouts.
Daily pelican feeding, Vera's Water Garden for children, swimming, fishing, prawning, boating, cycling, walks along the foreshore. Hire a boat or a board or kayak.
Such wonderful restaurants, coffee, pubs & clubs, cinema and shopping in town centre.
There are many events on throughout the year at The Entrance - New Year's Eve Fireworks, Chromefest (October), Australia Day festivities (January), The Lakes Festival (November), Anzac Day, Central Coast Half Marathon (November).

We love stayuing at this property. Its close to everything and everything we need is at the appartment

Had a family holiday and enjoyed the view and location. However, there was a bed bugs and my son got bitten all over first then me and my husband. We are suffering a lot with pains so don't want to recommend.

The property itself was great although it would have been a lot better if the jackhammering on the other side of our wall was not happening!!
Check in was 1pm but couldn’t get my access code until 3pm. We were waiting for 2 hours to get in!!
Then the first code I was given did not work.
We were extremely disappointed and frustrated

Fantastic views and great location. Short walk to cafes and restaurants, with a fenced playground just across the road, perfect for little kids. The unit had all necessary requirements for a home away from home.

Ian’s place has amazing views, is close walking distance to restaurants, parks and beaches.
The accomodation is large, great car space, plenty of blankets and pillows.
Draws could use a clean inside but there are plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, cups etc.
The hot water can be an issue if staying in colder months as does not have a large heating system but just need to make showers short.

Me and my boys had 3 nights here in the school holidays to explore the area. It has a great parking spot with easy access. Great location for a walk on the beach and also to go out for dinner or to the park. It was clean and comfortable with everything you would need. Owner suggested some look outs which were beautiful.

We loved staying in this unit. The location is fantastic. We walked most places because it is all so close. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel like a home away from home. And the view is beautiful. We will try to stay there again.

Flat had all the requirements of a self contained facility. It was very hot and stuffy in the bedrooms due to only having fans and the limited window openings. We spent more time on the balcony and the living room where we could get the breeze. All in all facility was great in all other facets.

Unit was very very clean. It's rare I stay in accommodation and feel like I'm sleeping on a clean bed. This is how I felt staying here. I felt comfortable to sleep on the bed with a feeling of cleanliness. Has everything you need and more. Great swimming spots right at your door step. Great for families. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Thanks Ian

The accommodation was neat, clean, tidy, well equipped and everything it was advertised to be. The view was amazing and the location so convenient. We only stayed two nights, would have loved to stay longer and will definitely look to book again for a longer stay. The hosts were amazing and so helpful and accommodating. This is a great property for a small family, the view from the balcony is beautiful, its close to the city centre and walking distance to the main beach . The big windows in the living room were so beautiful to look out of and see the water views even while sitting indoors.
