As one of the only seven-bedroom homes in the community, it also offers 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Thoughtfully designed for everyone's comfort, there are five king master bedrooms with private baths. One features an attached nursery with a crib and day bed with trundle. Another is a separate guest house with private sitting area and kitchenette. And the third floor is perfect for older children, with two bunk rooms joined by a small tv area. On the second floor you'll find a den with sofa & TV. When it's time for everyone to gather, there's plenty of room in the spacious downstairs living area. An oversized sectional plus a large flat screen make for the perfect movie night. You'll also appreciate two separate laundry areas and a fully stocked kitchen with ice maker, trash compactor, and reverse osmosis faucets. This well-appointed home comfortably sleeps 16 guests in beds.

Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world's most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in.

NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. Off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag. Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.
TVs In Home
Please note that only the third-floor game room TV has cable, the main room TV is streaming only. The guest house TVs are internet based only, so guests can use them for streaming and apps like Netflix/Hulu. The remaining TVs in the home do not have cable or internet access, and only have DVD players.

House is big - great layout for the 14 of us. Tram is great for getting to the beach. Several cleaning/maintenance issues. There was a previous review about light bulbs out, which were still out when we arrived. Bathrooms not very clean. Trash piles up quickly, they pick it up 2 times/week. House is showing some age - needs paint, mold in showers, mold in washing machines.

Overall, the house was very accommodating for a big group and kid friendly. Checkin was smooth, and the house was nice and clean. The location was great and convenient for the tram pick up. Our only minor complaint was the overflow of garbage in the outside cans from the previous week that was not picked up until Tuesday. Our family had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend the house and community area to others.

The house and location was great. The layout served us well. The cleanliness and maintenance was lacking. When we arrived we took our shoes off at the door. Within 5 minutes everyone’s feet were black. It was like it had never been cleaned. MULTIPLE lightbulbs were out which is an easy maintenance fix but obviously overlooked for some time. The downstairs master toilet room was one that was out and you could not close the door and use the toilet cause it was pitch black. I sent a message to host and they said they would try to have somebody out but no one ever came. Overall great experience just a few things that could have easily been done to make it an exceptional experience!

House layout was perfect for our group. Loved the area and the Tram was always timely. Pool and Ocean are awesome, and we really enjoyed the week. However, the home is kind of run down and lacked some key items such as cooking equipment in the kitchen, no grilling utensils, grill was dirty and old. Lots of lightbulbs are burnt out in several rooms and on the outside of the home. Overall, home could have been cleaner. We are not really complainers and find a way to get around issues like these but for the cost I expected more.

This house was perfect for our size group (5 families) and what we needed. The pool was awesome, the beach was a tram away and there were no issues getting to/from the beach. The property manager was communicative and easy to reach during our stay.

Your facility is quite nice; however, we experienced several maintenance issues:
• Sink doesn’t drain in upstairs nursey bedroom
• Screen on first floor patio missing in the door
• Anchor door rod missing on patio door; not locking really
• TV process confusing; too many remotes. Process in book works for live TV but not for streaming
• Dryer rack had to be rigged
• Dryer upstairs not working
• Hot water in sinks takes very long time to heat up; huge waste of water
• Third floor deck door does not work
• Third floor TV not working
• Batteries missing in some remotes all over the house.
• No blind on window in nursery bedroom
• No place mats for the table

My 16 year old granddaughter got there before me and said it was amazing. She was right. Lots of open space and 3 floors of bedrooms and 2 additional rooms for the kids with a TV. Lots of porches where people could sit outside and read or have meals. It was a short walk or bike ride to the gorgeous pool or to the beach. We especially liked the community stores and eating places. A Tram was available to take you where you wanted to go. We would definitely like to go there again.

The location, and house were very good. We went there to vacation not to clean. The appliances were dirty, mold in the shower and hair balls on the bathroom floor. We did call house keeping and they came back and cleaned. It should be clean the first time. I never write poor reviews. I don’t feel it’s right to pay a lot of money and come into a place that hasn’t been cleaned properly. We pay a lot to have it clean. The space in the house was nice and the bed were comfortable.

We had our entire family of 6 plus several teenage friends. The property was excellent, plenty of room, and the amenities were great for a larger group, you could dine in without feeling your were on top of people and separate yourselves to different areas of the house. the neighborhood has a lot of facilities and even the tram service to the beach was a nice surprise.

Carson made this vacation a success from the time we booked it until the time we left. This property and it’s owner will not disappoint if you have a large group of people and want to maintain your own privacy. The property supplied all the necessary things to make this stay comfortable. We will definitely return next year for the thunder rally.

Great stay. Understand this is property is under new ownership/management and is undergoing some changes, that were not major issues for us, and expect they will be addressed shortly. Footprints in the Sand
The house was roomy for a large family and we loved the tram stop right outside. The carriage house had lots of problems with fuses blowing and the door lock. I would recommend a keurig in addition to the coffee pot. Also a Schlage lock instead of two keys. Also balcony doors need a rod to lock one of the double doors - very unsafe for kids when it would just open too easily. Also could not find compactor bags so recommend a trash can in the kitchen to hold 13 gallon bags. Loved convenience to pool and shops and all the king beds. Also instructions on three way locks on doors - never stayed anywhere with these. Thank you for a great week

Fantastic vacation for our family
Relaxing at Footprints in the Sand was a cherished experience. My entire family, 15 of us, was able to relax comfortably in this beautiful and spacious home. Plenty of beds, restrooms, tv’s, toys for the children, and porches to accommodate us all. Cook inside, grill outside, or eat out. Enjoy the pool or the beach, strolls on the walking trails, or have a refreshing bicycle ride. All is available. Memories were made that we’ll always remember whether its watching some of our little ones learning to ride a bike or enjoying a walk at sunset on the beach. Our experience was one we will treasure for years.

Perfect beach stay!
This house was incredible! It had everything we needed and more. Fully stocked with dishes, bedding, toys... great for families with a lot of children. The space was perfect, there were 10 of us and weren’t lacking for space at all! I would highly recommend booking this property and would definitely return ! Location was also great, easy to get to several restaurants that were walking distance.
