The Neighborhood:
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coasts famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals.

Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The Seacrest Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from March through October.
The Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from tram stops within the community and the beach or the Lagoon. Simply call the tram to let them know you are at a designated tram stop and they will pick you up.

Golf Cart rentals are not allowed in this community.
**Fines may be imposed.**

Other Things to Note:
Occupancy Limits for Two-Night Reservations: For two-night bookings, the maximum occupancy is reduced to half of the standard capacity for the unit.

Age Requirement: One (1) parent/guardian over 25 must be present for every three (3) guests ages 15–25.

No Pets: This property is pet-free. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the patio and balconies. Violation will result in a $500 charge for cleaning.

Bunk Room: The third-floor bunk room is an open loft space, without a door, and overlooks the living areas below.

Golf Cart rentals are not allowed in this community.

Interaction with Guests:
Wristbands are required to access all amenities (including the pool).

Seacrest Beach Check-in Procedure:
Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete the online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes.

# of children (10 & younger)
Year, Make, Model, Color & Tag # of all vehicles parking at the residence

Directions on how to pick up amenity wristbands are supplied prior to check-in.
