The outdoor communal infinity pool and spa has just finished an extensive renovation for you to enjoy.

Set high on the hill in the exclusive One Mile Ridge Estate, this delightful 3 bedroom Condo offers a wonderful combination of comfort, style and charm. You will marvel at the expansive ocean views across One Mile Beach. The ideal entertainers delight, this air conditioned condo provides guests with the perfect balance between indoor and outdoor living with the main living room opening up to a full length furnished balcony with private outdoor hot tub/spa and 'breathtaking water' views as a backdrop.

The open plan living area offers floorboards throughout, chique furnishings, Flat Screen Smart TV, Sound System, solid timber industrial dining suite, and water views down One Mile Beach and to the mountains/hinterland beyond. The elegant kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and a Coffee Machine. Large sliding doors open open to the al fresco dining area which includes an outdoor lounge suite, sitting areas, Gas BBQ plus an elevated outdoor hot tub/spa which has been screened off for your privacy to sit back with a glass of your favourite, relax, rewind and enjoy the view.

Layout
Wake up to ocean views from the spacious master bedroom suite which comes with a queen size bed, side tables, walk-in robe, flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. There is a private ensuite bathroom with an internal spa bath, glass shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom also offers direct access to the main balcony area where the outdoor private hot tub/spa resides.

- The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, water views and sliding glass door access to the main balcony.

- The 3rd bedroom offers a Tri Bunk Bed and a set of bunk beds, ceiling fan and access to the main balcony. The main bathroom has a standard size bath, walk in shower with hand-held shower head option sink and separate toilet.

Other features include internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine, dryer and a double garage space. Guests will also have full use of the invisible edge swimming pool and spa whilst enjoying the 180 degree hinterland and water views as well as the communal BBQ facilities located next to the pool.

Take the short bush track from the apartment and walk to One Mile Beach which is a fully patrolled and flagged surf beach Early October Mid April and is the ideal spot for a family getaway, romantic weekend retreat or beach fishing experience. The Surf School operates lessons all year round from Swell Cafe and Restaurant which serves up breakfast and lunch, 7 days a week as well as Sunday afternoon live entertainment and themed events.

Close by is Boat Harbour and Anna Bay is the township where you can grab your supplies, with a Bakery, SPAR grocery store, Newsagent, a garage, restaurants and the Anna Bay Tavern. Birubi is the 4WD gateway to Stockton, hop on a tour or enjoy camel rides and whales in the whales transient season.

Note: Whales have been seen breaching from our balcony that looks over One Mile beach.

From the moment we walked in, we were in awe of the views. This apartment undoubtedly has the best views of the complex. The hot tub is a marvellous place to watch the sunset and the night sky. The place is very spacious, comfortable and well laid out. It’s only a five minute walk down to One Mike Beach, where there is a cafe too. Grant was very responsive whenever we had questions. We hope we can make it back again in the not too distant future.

As described - well appointed, comfortable, clean. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in Grant's apartment for a quick getaway. Even with poor weather we were able to enjoy the outdoor spa and sitting area. Everything you need is there to make your stay comfortable. We will be back, but next time we'll book for at least a few nights, to really enjoy the experience.

Brilliant stay at the deckhouse boat harbour with relaxing incredible views. Was an easy walk to one mile beach and close to all major amenities if needed. Had everything needed on site. Grant was fantastic and easy to deal. Even offering a late check out due to issue with the front door that he came to help with. Great getaway for winter!!!!! We will be back.

We had a great and comfortable stay. The view really is to die for, especially with the sunrise. We felt safe and secure where we were. The only downfall really was that there were ants in the kitchen. We bought bread and by the time the morning came around, there were ants all through it and we had to throw it away. I was a bit confused by the title as to whether it was a house or a unit, it is a unit, and we received much more details than listed just prior to our arrival. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and Grant was easy to communicate with. Thank you!

This property is perfect! Plenty of space and the most amazing views! The mattresses were so comfortable and having a bath in each bathroom was fantastic for two young families. We all loved the private hot tub and the pool area and spa. The private garage was a bonus, too. Will definitely be back!

Lovely weekend away with close group of over 50s women who used to play soccer together. Positives- awesome view, fantastically comfortable mattresses, easy access to beautiful beach. Also had a great pool and spa, both in the unit and complex. Negatives- easy things to provide weren’t provided eg, enough toilet paper, foil, garbage bags, tea towels, and correct number of glasses for occupancy. Great apartment though and will be back.

Communication with host was fantastic and they were very kind to sort out an accidental issue on my behalf when returning the keys. Thank you! Apartment is in a gated complex which wasn’t clearly described in listing and there was some left over rubbish found around the apartment on arrival that needed to be cleared up (food wrappers and clothing tag rubbish left in bedrooms). Overall though the apartment was fantastic, great location and everything we needed.

The perfect location for a relaxing weekend away! Amazing views of One Mile Beach from the balcony and a nice walk down to the beach through the bush. The property is spacious, the perfect size for two families. All rooms were lovely and clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Watching the sunset from the balcony with a glass of wine after a day on the beach was fantastic! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Amazing view, great location. We spent most of our time reading and enjoying the view, with a few trips to the beach, but there's plenty to do in the area. Clean and well equipped.

The Deckhouse at One Mile is a stay you'll never forget. With it's extraordinary views over One Mile Beach and the hinterlands you really couldn't get much better! The house was clean, well equip and modern. The beds and pillows were extra comfortable with air con in one of the double bedrooms. The outdoor bath on the deck was one of our favorite features, as you can hear the waves and star gazes as you relax in the bathtub. Grant was a fantastic host and responded within minutes to all our questions and quires. Great places for couples, families or a friends getaway! Could not fault this house!

We had a fantastic stay at Grant’s property. The views are breath-taking from the balcony, especially at sunset and we saw dolphins / whales. The property is well equipped, and is perfect for a weekend away with friends where you can enjoy the hot tub and bbq.

A great place to stay to enjoy Port Stephens. A well presented place and truly amazing views! We had a minor hiccup getting in the property but these things happen and Grant’s communication was great from the moment I booked. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
