Perfect verblijf voor doorreis of wintervakantie.

Mooi en compleet appartement. Locatie is fantastisch. Inchecken en uitchecken is perfect geregeld en parkeren is geen probleem.

Geen airco en 1 klein ventilatortje.

Séjour agréable dans un magnifique appartement

Appartement très confortable, ameublement et deco de qualité et de bon goût.

Tout est parfait, nous avons seulement regretté le manque d’informations à notre arrivée . Personne à la réception de l’appartement et aucune information pour le trouver . Après relance pour obtenir la localisation, la réponse a été immédiate . C’est le seul bémol .

Aparthotel Müli in Alberswill

Ausgezeichnete moderne Ausstattung mit allem Komfort. Waschmaschine und Trockner kostenlos nutzbar. Besonders interessant für mich war das Wasserkraftwerk, durch dessen Energiegewinn das gesamte Aparthotel mit Strom und Wärme gespeist werden kann. Der Betriebsleiter der Anlage hat mir die Funktionsweise des Wasserkraftwerkes super erklärt. Meine Frau und ich werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Fabulous apartment with all modern amenities

Fabulous property. Brand new apartment with all modern amenities. We had a very comfortable stay. Underground parking was very useful. Fully deserving of score of 10.

I will strongly recommend this place!

We love everything there! We drove there and there’s free parking, and the whole area was very quiet. The room has a very good design of everything. We enjoyed our stay there.

I recently stayed at Aparthotel Luzern that had an unconventional setup without a traditional reception area. At first, I was skeptical about the absence of a reception, but my concerns were quickly put to rest. The hotel staff had cleverly incorporated technology into their operations, allowing for smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes. The absence of a reception desk actually gave the hotel a unique and modern feel, and the staff was readily available throughout my stay to assist with any queries or requests.I appreciate the innovative approach they took to streamline the guest experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions and. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Very nice aparment - clean and new like condition.

Expensive restaurants in the neighbourhood as everywhere in Switzerland. 2 salads, 2 beers and chicken nuggets for our kid 92€.

Lovely, quiet, brand new apartment

Brand new, spotlessly clean, well-equipped studio flat. Lovely and quiet. No air con, but nice and cool in the building. Real treat to have all English tv channels!Underground parking spacious and bright. All areas accessible with code pad. Highly recommended.

Superb

We were already for the second time in this aparthotel. The apartment was well-equipped, including basic kitchenware, and a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and the wifi was working at sufficient speed. We appreciated the underground free parking. Although the number of parking slots is limited, we were always able to find a free one.

This time, we did not receive any entry pin code (which is necessary to enter the parking or the apartment) and realized it just when arrived. So, we had to call the aparthotel (of course, not for free) to find it out, but they told us the code immediately without any delays.

Disappointed

The apartment had almost everything that we needed (although it should have air conditioner and all apartments should have an oven) and the locationaqsx was perfect to drive around in the countryside. The landscape was beautiful.

My complaints refer to the apartments on the lower floor. I chose this hotel because it is in the middle of the countryside. I was expecting to have a relaxing weekend but instead I got sleepless nights. Our window was right next to the hotel entrance and whenever someone was coming in or out of it their voices would sound as if they were speaking next to our bed, and the door opening and closing woke me up every time (it took me a while to get used to the fact that the door opening outside sounded as loud as if it was opening in our apartment, so I was scared every time because I thought that someone was breaking in). The only solution that I found to this problem was closing the window, but because there is no air conditioner I had to stand up several times in the night to let some air in because we were boiling. Definitely not what I expected. I asked for a room change but apparently they didn’t have any rooms available. The other thing that made our stay less pleasant was the fact that, even though I asked the property if they had ovens in their rooms and they said yes, when we got there there was no oven. This was important because the restaurant that is nearby was closed for most of the days that we were there and the hotel does not offer any breakfast, so we had planned ahead and had bought some pastry to bake during the mornings. We were left without breakfast. I will not be coming back to this place.
