Beste Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Komfortables, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer

It’s worth because of the location

Super well located.

The room is too small and the walls are super thin, you can hear absolutely everything. In the morning, when the first person in your floor gets up, you can’t sleep anymore because of the noise of the doors, steps and the lift. Really annoying. Basic breakfast, could have offer eggs or some hot finger food.

Family managed, cute hotel next to praia do Sul! Spacious room with super clean towels! The only thing was the noise but my room was in ground floor so perhaps this doesn't apply to other rooms.

Bom para uma escapadinha

O quarto era ótimo! tamanho ideal e com varanda e vista para o mar. Ambiente do quarto bastante aconchegante. As pessoas que trabalham no hotel mto simpáticas! A localização é muito boa.

De noite ouvia-se mto barulho das pessoas a entrar e a sair. "Paredes de papel" como se diz na gíria. O pequeno almoço foi fraquinho. Não ficamos com fome, mas não houve diversidade.

room ok, but place smells mouldy

very much in the city centre, if you like that

breakfast is very, very basic. don´t calculate with the parking option! it is a small garage in the basement for 3 cars and they want you to leave the keys for the car, so they can move them around as needed! most of all, the whole place smells mouldy, massively, lucky we only had one night.

Stayed 2 nights. Fantastic location only minutes from the centre but yet in a quiet area..lovely b&b run by a lovely family. .very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable..Nice to come back there every day.

Location Powerful shower

The staff were all angry people. No personality whatsoever. No aircon or fan on the room. The man at reception tried to tell me there is a midnight curfew. I was in the town for a wedding so there was no way I was going to be back before midnight. They locked the hotel door at midnight and the porter who let me in at 1.30am was angry. As my partner had the key to our room, the porter tried to let me into the room without proving it was actually my room. I would have preferred if he double checked my details.

Exceptional

Proximity to all the action was terrific, and yet there was a small town vibe to the hotel. Breakfast was okay, but the town has the best restaurants throughout.

The couple next door. They had a lot of sex(good for them!), and I was treated to the acoustics of their lovemaking.
