It’s beautiful inside the house that’s it
Don’t go save your money until you want to suffer from extreme highway noise. The house in under highway bridge with 24/7 noise!!
Also the faucet in the bathroom is not working!
Further more this location has high criminality, our car window was broken during the night and stuff was stolen.
4.1
Beautiful interior, amazing bathroom. Comfortable bed! Great overall!
I was missing small things that while staying a few days would have been handy, salt, pepper, sugar, especially with no stores close by (walking distance)

The only thing I liked was the lie I was sold when booking!.
Everything about the property!! It was very unclean and it was not newly refurbished. It was a complete and utter mess Had to relocate within the first 24 hours because everything in the property was completely saturated in dust the flooring was so worn down. The bathroom was a complete and utter death trap the bath was stained yellow and every time you sat down on the toilet it would feel like the toilet was about to fall off the wall and the free standing shower would wobble when you turned it on it could cause a potential hazard in the future awful smell trough out the property no ventilation and lot of black mould in the bathroom! Needs load’s of work done before anyone rents this property out. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I’m still awaiting back my refund from the trip after having spent €1.023.00 for 5 day’s was totally ripped off and had to pick up over 400 smoked cigarettes out the front of the property there no privacy you stand in the kitchen and you literally see people showering in the Bathroom there a small a mouth of frosting on the glass but you can see EVERYTHING!! Even sitting on the sofa was rancid covered in sweat marks and broken my guest had no pillows her duvets was coverless towels an off grey colour it was just VILE

Great stay at the hotel, the rooms were perfectly cleaned, looking like the pictures (despite some comments I saw) and well equipped : small kitchen, tv with good streaming Netflix already set up, and really comfy bed. I had some issue understanding how to get the key but the staff replied back immediately and has been very responsive during all the stay. We were 4 people with my husband and two small kids
4.1
Location was a bit isolated but great for Johan Cruyff arena
Nothing wrong with property, just hard to get to and from property was about 20 min walk to nearest tram stop
4.1
beautiful properties, perfect for a short stay
nothing!

The river location
The living room was nice and spacious
The view of a bridge construction site with noise and vibration out one window.
The view of a business park in the outdoor seating area.
The bedroom was too hot and small.
The internet did not intially work and when an engineer came to fix it netflix still would not load.
4.1
it’s nicely but some items bad used the handle from shower and foset terrible no exhaust fan for cooking terrible internet no action has taken place narrow parking space

We loved the sauna! The apartment is charming, full of natural light and well equipped. It is also located near a small pretty village with a row of lovely restaurants serving great food.
it’s in quite an isolated area and Ubers are not readily available. it cost approx €30 from Centraal and the nearest shop is about 15/18 min walk, there appeared to be a short boat crossing, which would have cut the journey in half, but it was closed so we had to cross over a bridge.
The toilet was on the lower floor, near the front door and the bed was on the top most floor, via a steep ladder, so at night it was difficult to get up and use the toilet. If you are someone who needs the loo, it’s not great.
4.1
it’s a really nice vacation apartment, in loft style. was clean and ready to stay
one Saturday there’s a party nearby, was a bit noisy at night.
and lack of dishwasher tablets)
4.1
nice looking and spacious, free parking
very dusty and people were smoking outside. smell of cigarette smoke enters the bedroom. also the couch was very worn out and no blinds in front one of the large windows.
4.1
Cozy and clean. Bathroom was amazing.
Wifi did not work and we had to connect to another unit. Took 2 days to answer a message.

The location is good if you are happy to cycle to and from Amsterdam. The cycle to the property is really nice and if you don’t mind walking there is a tram stop 25 min walk away. The property is nicely renovated and has a comfy bed. Check in/out was simple.
The upholstery on the sofa and chairs was quite stained/dirty and really needs a clean. Also we only had 1 towel each and it would have been helpful if there were hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen, and cloths to clean the kitchen with.

It started well , but as we tried to use things, they broke or where already broken.
The fold out bed had missing slats, so half of it was unusable for the entire duration of the stay. The airconditioning was reported as not working on day one. On day two it was repaired, only to start leaking all down the wall. This was fixed again on day three. The next issue was the hob. The hob was completely tempremental, sometimes it worked briefly, and sometimes it did nothing. No instruction manual whatsover. This was the case for the duration of the stay. We had to speak to the rep/house manager so many times about so many issues it ruined our stay somewhat. We've asked for some compensation, both verbally to the rep/manager in person, and via Booking.com, which has been refused.

unfortunately this property is falsely advertised.
it is right in the middle of a motorway, with nothing near by.
it is a minimum of 40€ to get into the centre.
to get into bed you have to climb up a ladder
the toilet is in the kitchen area.
I contacted the owners to express my disappointment and was told to contact booking.com for a refund- this still has not come to fruition.

It is a beautiful, rarely designed apartment with a really magic location. If You love cycling like we do, make everyday trips to Amsterdam - there are dozens of paths and every one is beautiful. The nearby is quiet and full of style , there are many places to buy food , to have dinner or to make shopping just close to your apartments.
The stuff is really nice and helpful, BUT it is only if you're lucky to be answered on your message or phone call. Sorry, guys, You shall be more available. Except that, everything is perfect.

The chalets were quirky, no 2 the same. I stayed in number 57.
The accommodation was clean and quirky and it is in a lovely setting near the canal.
I stayed in number 57 which could apparently sleep 4. I dont see how 4 people could stay there comfortably, particularly with how the bathroom is situated with floor to ceiling glass. If anyone was using it noone could be in the kitchen or go near the door from the living room. The bed was very comfortable but there was no point in bringing bags or cases up there as the stairs are so steep and dangerous in my opinion. So all clothes, bags etc stayed in the living room.
In my opinion, the accommodation was very expensive for what it was considering it wasn't that close to the city. Plus check in was late (4pm) but check out was early (11am)! We got taxis into town or walked to our friends
Also the bins were locked a lot so people put their rubbish out as instructed, near the bins. But it burst and blew all over the yard and most of it ended up down near No 57 because the lane narrowed there.
The taps were awkward to get working, freezing cold or scalding hot and the bathroom sink tap was broken, the knob was sitting on the counter top.
4.1
We missed a small cupboard or just drawer(hanger) for the clothes in the living room and tower rails and a small chair to put your clothes on in the bathroom. Everything else was as expected.
4.1
We spent a weekend in an incredible cute little house. Very small, but everything was there. My personal favorite was the very comfortable bed upstairs. And the parking lot was right in front of the house.
A very nice restaurant and bar is in walking distance.
There was always a very nice contact to the manager.
The stairs were really steep and I missed a stair rail.
4.1
Interesting location, stylish design, convenient parking near the house
The layout could be more rational - a huge bathroom, but a tiny kitchen and a translucent bathroom wall immediately opposite the entrance
4.1
The design of the house, the proximity to Amsterdam.
The window blinders could not be opened, no light in the kitchen,. Except from the window of the bedroom, no other window could be opened.
4.1
Kitchen facilities were insufficient (no frying pan, no toaster, salad bowl). The tap was loose and the dishwasher door was broken. We sent a message about this but no reaction.
4.1
cozy and great facilities to relax
4.1
This lovely small house is conveniently located and comes with a parking space in front of the door. It comes with plenty of towels, kitchenette, small dishwasher and it is very cosy.
The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that the bedroom is upstairs and the toilet downstairs.
4.1
Cute house, comfortable bed, ok sofa. Big luxurious bathtub.
After self check-in, There was no information booklet available as promised. Therefore we didn’t have access to the Wi-Fi, and didn’t know how to control the heating, or the smart lighting system.
During the evening we couldn’t reach the host by phone, text or messaging - we only got a response late at night when we were asleep.
Additionally, several lights were out of order in the bathroom, meaning we had to shower in the dark. The stove top was also broken.
Overall very disappointing.
4.1
Great facilities, very spacious (especially the shower and bath), well heated, great space for relaxing. Very easy access and friendly welcoming messages. Parking right in front oftl the property.
Three lights need replacing, no instruction manual available for using the apartment (one offered but not there, asked for one but no reply), would have liked a toaster, stairs are a tight fit, upstairs mattress is to soft and moves to easily. No bedding available for the sofa bed.
4.1
If you like a quit location, this is the perfect place. but no bus stop or supermarket nearby could be very inconvienient
The house was very much used, for this price i expected a little more luxury
4.1
Location was great ! Beautiful view over the river the Amstel :) Easy parking and great site seeing near by !
There is nothing we did not like ;)
4.1
Absolutely loved staying here! It was clean and very comfortable the bed was the absolute best! Would stay here again had such a wonderful time just wish we had booked for longer.
Modern and clean 10 out of 10
4.1
The location was wonderful. It was nearby everything we needed. Lovely that it is at the Amstel, quiet and peaceful. Loved the space in the house also and that we had our own parking space.
TV in bedroom did not work. Very dark outside in the garden. a light would have been nice. The hedge was poorly maintained. A peeping hole in the door would have made it safe. Mirror light didn't work
4.1
Really lovely place, with room to move around and interesting local scenery. Warm and comfortable. Parking available too
We didn’t realise the motorway was nearby but soon got used to the noise. A toaster would be a good addition to the facility.
4.1
House really looks beautiful and the interior as well.
House really needs proper ventilation and the light switches needs to be fixed. Kitchen and couch where kinda dirty and upstairs of the loft is dusty.
4.1
Clean and awesome location.
Missed an oven to warm up some bread, Step stairs to bedroom
4.1
The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully designed.
The hair dryer in the bathroom was faulty.
4.1
Cute little houses located just across the Amstel River, the view, location and free parking
It was quite dusty in the living room and especially the couch
