HIghly recommend and would definitely stay again. Spacious, clean, and quick response to messages.

Highly recommend this accommodation. Communication was quick and responsive. Maria was outstanding in her helpfulness and knowledge. Such a lovely welcoming young lady. Thank you Maria you are a gem! The apartment was more spacious, modern and fresh than I expected so it was a pleasant surprise. Free parking (easy) was a huge plus. Wifi was excellent. Shower pressure excellent. Comfortable beds. Safe and secure locks. A supermarket was a few minutes away. Food market was less than 10 minutes away and other fantastic dinner options.

Beautiful apartnent & close to everything

Maria gave excellent instructions well ahead of our arrival and she and her colleague met us, showed us where to park & gave us a very thorough guide of where to go & what to see. The apartment is beautifully furnished & well located. A few mins walk to the old town, 15-20 mins from the river and there is a large supermarket close by. A very comfortable place to stay for a few days - highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time in the city, this was a good comfortable base.

There was quiet outdoor space on a balcony overlooking car park. The apartment at rear of the building was quiet. The seating was all comfortable. The beds were on the firm side but comfortable. Check out time is good at 11.30. Check in time totally flexible. Luggage stored for you on departure with helpful times of pickup to suit us. The reception staff offered us any help we needed. Shower was good, sink as is often the case only good for hand washing. The location is just off the main shopping street and fresh food market (5 minutes walk). Metro station within 5 minute walk.

We can’t say enough good things about the place and Maria and Elder. The location was great and the apartment was so comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend staying here!

An excellent place to stay and excellent communication with management tbroughout.

A modern, airy, clean, spacious and secure apartment with every facility you could wish for during your stay. And an elevator to the top floor, which seems to be a rarity in many European places we have stayed. It made hauling luggage to and from our room, or returning home after a long day’s sight-seeing, so much easier. Our apartment contact - Rolando - deserves special mention for his excellent assistance, greeting and communications throughout our stay.

Nothing major. We did wish for firmer pillows🙂 - ours were too soft for our liking. Also, the guests or residents on the floor above us (?) seemed to be moving heavy furniture around in the middle of the night on several occasions! I don’t know what was going on there.

La persona que nos atendió al llegar fue espectacular. Nos dio indicaciones como si fuera un guía turístico. El tamaño del alojamiento era increíblemente grande y muy bonito. Con todas las comodidades.

Por decir algo, tuvimos algún problema con el agua caliente, pero se solucionó rápido.

well worth the money

Modern facility which was very clean. We particularly liked the fact there was a maid service of the room which was unexpected. The shower facilities were great with piping hot water and good quality bathroom products.

The rooms were a little functional. Although nothing was lacking the decor could have been a little more "homely". Perhaps a very small welcome pack would be beneficial.

Very impressed with building, access, service, unit, cleanliness, comfort and location.

wonderful apt, great layout, high ceilings, totally renovated, very well equipped, fabulous service attitude from both Horlando and Helder (sp?)..our room was in the rear of the building and it was very quiet. Location is 10 minute walk to centro and 100 yds to a supermarket

nothing really..could change the rug in the living area as it is a bit of a tripping hazard

Good location to sight see old Porto. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Bed linen was lovely. The two guys checking us in were very attentive and informative on where to go and where to eat.

A MUST STAY in Porto. Great location, easy parking, informative and helpful hosts, the list goes on!

Everything! The hosts were so friendly, efficient and helpful. From contacting us on the day of arrival, helping with directions to the parking lot, carrying our suitcase to the apartment, recommending where to eat and more, it felt like a 6-star experience!

Très bel appartement dans une très belle ville

L’appartement est très bien situé. Nous avons visité tous les lieux touristiques à pied. Nous avons pris le métro uniquement pour aller à l’aéroport. il était facile de s’approvisionner pour préparer des repas. Une belle découverte dans l’appartement a été qu’il y avait une laveuse à linge.

Dans la pièce où il y avait la laveuse, il aurait été intéressant d’avoir la possibilité d’étendre les vêtements pour les faire sécher. Nous avons quand même trouvé une solution.

Komfortabler Ausgangsort, um Porto zu entdecken

In dem Mehrfamilienhaus befinden sich mehrere Ferienwohnungen. Es ist offenbar vor nicht allzu langer Zeit saniert worden und befindet sich in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Wohnungen sind modern und in guter Qualität ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr komfortablen Betten. Die Fotos im Angebot von Booking.com entsprechen dem, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Das Haus liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zwischen zwei Metro-Stationen (Station Bolhao, noch näher ist die Station Campo 24 de Agosto) , was sehr praktisch war. Es wäre allerdings schön gewesen, wenn wir das vor der Anreise gewusst hätten. Dann hätten wir vom Flughafen aus mit der Metro anreisen können statt ein teures Flughafentaxi zu nehmen. Mit einer Andante-Touristencard wäre das kein Problem gewesen. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, dort fährt die Metro nicht, sondern nur Busse. Die von uns angemietete Wohnung lag zur Straße. Direkt neben dem Hauseingang befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die von ungefähr 10 Buslinien angefahren wird. Das bedeutet, dass es sehr laut wurde, wenn man lüften wollte. Es gibt auch von der Straße abgewandte Wohnungen, die vermutlich ruhiger sind.

Der Lärm und die Abgasbelastung von der Straße sind erheblich, obwohl die Straße nur eine Fahrspur je Richtung hat. Insbesondere die mit Diesel betriebenen Busse haben viel Lärm und Gestank verursacht. Es war dadurch erträglich, dass wir eine Wohnung im zweiten Stock hatten und nicht in einer tieferen Etage.

Excellent property that I’d highly recommend

It was very comfortable and had everything you needed if you wished to self cater when you are too exhausted by eating out. We were only there one night but still made full use of the kitchen and it didn’t disappoint The location was outstanding - easy walking distance to all you wanted to see and experience and yet close to major supermarket too. Plenty of on site parking at the property for our rental car too.

The noise from the road could be heard but hey, we are in a city. It wasn’t too bad

Perfect situation in Porto just 2 mins from the hub we were unfortunate to arrive on the 2 wettest days Porto has had in

Right from the start the young man who let us in was a gem. He spent time with us marking places on the tourist map that he thought we might enjoy, hearing we were from Scotland he suggested we might be interested in visiting the library where J. K. Rowling first had the idea of writing Harry Potter.

Thomaz的公寓简直超出了我的想象，我和我的母亲一起旅游，两间卧室让我们各自都得到了很不错休息！我是一个有洁癖的人，但不得不说房间真的非常非常干净！房子离任何地方都可以步行到达十分方便，私人停车场也保证了安全问题。Thomaz非常有耐心，我们提出的所有问题他都一一答复，并帮助我们停车与搬行李。我和我母亲游玩了不下十个国家，这是我们住过性价比最高且最干净的民宿。如果我们再来波尔图我们一定还会选择！

Fabulous apartment in Porto

Wonderful accomodation in central Porto. Spacious, modern renovation in a classic old building. Every facility you could want including a washing machine! Walking distance to most of Porto’s main attractions. There was a great new supermarket only 3 minutes walk away. Our host, Rolando was really friendly and informative about the apartments and what to see and do in Porto! We wish we could have stayed longer! Don’t hesitate, just book Thomaz Palace!
