Newly Renovated, Gorgeous and Spacious Oceanfront 1 BR/1BA Condo, (Sleeps 8)

An excellent condo with amazing oceanfront views on the upper floor. Spectacular and spacious, cozy and clean 1BR/BA unit in Paradise Resort! Paradise Resort was built in 2006 and is one of few newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach. The resort is facilitated with indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, two indoor Jacuzzi pools, on-site restaurant and covered parking garage.

The private bedroom with two queen beds is completely separated from living room and kitchen. The newly upgraded kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped with appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher.

The professionally decorated living room has a FLAT SCREEN HD TV, HI-speed wireless internet, a dining table with four chairs, a queen size sleeper sofa, a new pull-down full-size murphy bed and a single-size sofa. Linens and towels are provided for 7 guests. There are also washer/dryers in the unit. Everything you need for a great vacation.

The spacious balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is direct Oceanfront and THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee and evening wine.

The owners were wonderful and communicated frequently and quickly. Owners were extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Kitchen had everything needed and washer and dryer were bonus. Ocean front room was very scenic and breathtaking views with 2 chairs. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Property has great amenities, couple places to eat and drink, multiple pools, huge hot tub and lazy river and of course the beach. Great stay, would recommend

We needed a break from winter, this was a great getaway to the beach. Nice beach walks, shopping and getting out. Just a quiet week to rewind and relax. The pools were clean and warm, the unit we had was just the right size and everything we needed was already thought of and there.

Everything was great! Would stay here again. It was just my husband most of the time but we did have weekend visits from our grandson and his girlfriend and also our daughter. The murphy bed was very comfortable. It was in a very comfortable part of Myrtle Beach.

We have used VRBO numerous times. The description of this property was one of the most truthful and complete we have ever found! The owner was very easy to contact and the simple but important info she left on the refrigerator door was appreciated. Bed was comfortable, the space was very clean, and the complex was newer, nicer and cleaner than several we have used before. Location was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to MB! No complaints at all!

Upon checking in, I got to the room and it smelled like smoke. I was concerned and worried that the owner would try to make me pay for a smoke fee. Then once I walked on the other side and cut the lights on, I realized that the front pull out bed was broken. I had not been informed that they were aware of the issues, so I contacted the owner and stated the obvious. Then on top of all of that the TV in the bedroom didn't work. The hotel had to shut off the water from midnight to 4am one night to fix a main water line. I just think that the amount I paid was too much to have all of these negative surprises. I will return to paradise resort, but I will avoid returning to this same unit. I feel like the owner should have communicated all of these issues with me before I booked and spent that kind of money for my birthday! I am NOT SATISFIED!

I have stayed at the Paradise Resort many times. So when I saw the listing on Vrbo I thought great. Well it was a mistake I won’t make again. The room was tired. When you don’t have 4 light bulbs in the fixture in the bathroom that match. The rooms are tired. Then they charge a cleaning fee. Yet the list before you leave doesn’t leave someone much to clean. The floors need to be cleaned. (Washed) when I stepped on the bath mat entering the shower there were dirty feet marks. Not good. And what they use to clean smelled like a medical center. We even bought Fibrize to spray. But the smell just came back. This booking needs to upgrade this unit. It’s in a nice building and it can’t compete with the rooms I have stayed in at the Paradise.

Stayed for 6 days with my wife and two teenaged daughters. Condo was great—nice touches like dishwasher and laundry tabs (for the in-room dishwasher and washer/dryer, of course), coffee filters, spices, beach chairs, etc. Check-in and check-out processes couldn’t have been easier or quicker. View from the balcony is spectacular, and Li was accessible and helpful all week. Would definitely recommend!

This is our second time staying at the resort. And I would bring my family back again and again. Being able to chill in the pool or either of two large hot tubs and still keep an eye on the kids playing in the lazy river or in one of the many smaller kid pools. All around a great place for families or friends!

We booked this place bc of the online rating. If you are travelling with a family, would not recommend staying there or anywhere else in the downtown core. Literally ate the cost of the rental and booked something in North Myrtle that was more family friendly. Way too much partying, loud music, etc. at this property… didn’t even feel comfortable bringing the kids to the pool the one night we did stay.
