Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite, a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner with breakfast bar, a sitting room with a woodburner, snug, and a games room. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, and a patio with furniture. Resting in a pleasant location with lovely surroundings, Oak Cottage is a homely retreat in a memorable part of England.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wall-mounted Smart TV in lounge, each bedroom has it's own Smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray player. Hi- speed fibre broadband, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Patio area with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Pub, shops, restaurants and award winning fish and chip shop 2 mins walk. Note: Check in is from 4pm.
