Nicely designed home with quality touches, good outside accommodation, heated pool.
No manuals for oven/hob/microwave - could have been more local info - restaurants, beaches etc

Casa Palmito is a great villa. Although it´s close to the main road, the location is very quite and it feels a bit like your in the middle of nowhere, which we liked. The villa is modern and the billiart, pool and jacuzzi are simply fantastic. It´s really great that the pool is heated. We were there in January but the water was warm enough to enjoy the pool.
Everything was perfect, the only thing missing was a dish washer. I would consider this a basic when paying such a price for a villa.

The hosts were very friendly and amazing. Beautiful view, a heated pool, luxury kitchen and a lot of activities nearby. We couldn’t wish for more. I do recommend to rent a (suv) car if you’re planning to tour and discover the island, especially when you’re planning on going off road. We’re definitely coming back, thank you!

The villa itself is enormous and very well looked after. The place is very big, easily to accommodate family of 6. Heated plus was a great plus in December. 5 minutes drive from nearest beach and shops. Great to go and chill and enjoy the quietness of the neighbourhood.
The hot water runs out after 1.5 showers, so that definitely didn't benefit a family of 6 with a young toddler. The kitchen is very well equipped but with the issue of the water a dishwasher would be a big plus. That's the only minus of this beautiful villa.

We had a great stay in this villa and would happily return. We loved that it was relatively remote (at the end of an unmade road, off a main road) and not overlooked so we could relax and enjoy our time by the pool. The kitchen was modern and had the wow factor and we enjoyed the pool table and the gym machine. We also really appreciated the Christmas tree and the gifts of wine and sweets. We did not need the aircon as although it was hot and sunny during the day, the temperature dropped as soon as the sun went down. There are 2 supermarkets in Gran Tarajal where you can get most things. David, the property manager was very charming and we communicated via watsapp translate. When the electricity tripped on our last night he came within 10/15 minutes to sort it out. There is plenty of outside seating and we had a few barbeques during our stay, including Christmas day. We brought the outside 'settee' in to the living room to add to the two settees there. When choosing bedrooms we found the (spring) mattress in the second double bedroom was very hard compared with the main bedroom (springs again) which was fine and the twin bedroom which had really comfy memory foam mattresses.
The 'hot tub' did not get any hotter than the pool overall, which was acclimatised (not freezing but not really warm). Near the end of the week (2 days after the poolman had been) we noticed the hot tub seemed to get some warm water pumped through at around 8.30pm for a short period of time but this did not last (or we missed it if it happened again!) Although the villa slept 6 people there were only 4 sunbeds and 4 pool towels which seemed odd for such an otherwise excellent villa. The glasses for hot drinks did not have handles (so hot to hold) and there was no corkscrew but these were minor things really (the shop next to the Spar supermarket in Gran Tarajal sells most things if you want proper mugs etc). Recommend taking nappysacks or similar (free vegetable bags from the supermarket) as you are asked not to flush toilet paper down the toilet....

Very nice, luxury house. We liked the pool and the pool-area very much. The host was very helpful. Calm and quiet surroundings.
No dishwasher. Wifi not so good in two of the bedrooms. AC in master bedroom, could not cool the other bedrooms.
