Bwlch Yr Awel Cottage is a delightful semi-detached cottage situated near the town of Llanberis in North Wales. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which a king-size double and a twin as well as a separate shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a rear courtyard with table and chairs. Set in a wonderful countryside setting, Bwlch Yr Awel Cottage can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Please note - the property is available for families only
Amenities: Oil central heating and electric fire. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, slim-line dishwasher and washer/dryer. Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Rear courtyard with table and chairs. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: the property is for families only. Note: Although accommodation is arranged all on ground floor, there are internal steps, including two steps up to the shower. Note: Cottage is situated close to the main road, some road noise will be heard.

Town: The lovely quiet village of Penygroes is situated around six miles from the town of Caernarfon, bordering the Snowdonia National Park with beautiful scenic walks and mountain views easily accessible. A good selection of shops, cafes and pubs are available in the village and the wider local area is full of restaurants and activities such as golfing, swimming, tennis, surfing and horse riding to name but a few.
