This condo is located on the second floor making it convenient to use either the elevator or the stairs. The condo also has two reserved parking spaces for the unit that are steps away from your door.
Unit A201, a jewel all its own, is a coastal contemporary space designed to maximize comfort and relaxation. Open the doors from the family room to the covered terrace, which features ample, comfortable seating for eight and offers spectacular views of the Lagoon pool — the pride of the Seacrest Beach community. My family and I loved everything about the condo, the neighborhood, the beach access AND the pool. We couldn't have found a better place to spend our family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was right on the pool which made it so convenient with the baby. The owners thought of everything! They had fabulous appliances both small and large. The furniture was extremely comfortable. We had 8 adults and a baby and never felt crowded. We would come again!

The neighborhood and condo are clean and as represented in the photos. Very close to everything. Unfortunately, theres a long list of rules for the pool that are strictly enforced by the staff. They are constantly correcting you poolside: no drinks or food within FOUR feet of the pool, no leaving your chairs for greater than 10 min or they take up your towels, kids have to get out for break every hour for 10 min and can’t even place feet in water, have to be at gate by 9 am with all staying on the grounds to get pool chairs (there are not enough of them, arrived one day after 9 and were unable to get any chairs), can’t swim if lightning is within 10 miles of pool, and umbrellas can’t be up if it’s windy. It’s hard to enjoy a vacation/short term rental. It would be fine if we were owners or the rules were clear on this listening beforehand to understand what we were paying for. The “private” beach is TINY. It’s shared by the entire property as well, and is vastly overcrowded.

We had a family girls trip and this was the perfect place for it. The rooms and beds were comfy and the whole unit was clean and inviting. The pool area was gorgeous and we enjoyed the one day the weather cooperated to let us enjoy it. The team picked up right outside the unit for a quick travel to the beach. Loved it and hope to visit their again.

Beautiful condo with a large balcony and fantastic view of the Seacrest pool. Large kitchen and sitting area, great for gathering with family and friends. Managment is responsive and accomodating to any needs and requests. My family had a wonderful vacation, we enjoyed the property ammenities and location. Will definitely stay here again!

My 6 adult children and I enjoyed this very beautiful and conveniently located condo. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was just minutes away from the beach and right at the pool....perfect location. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and love the location and activities in the area.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and it was a very clean beach. The pool was nice and relaxing depths were from 3 to 6 ft. Several shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

We loved this particular condo, because it was tastefully decorated, it had a wonderful kitchen, and it was a great location on the second floor. The view of the pool was great. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our group. The teenagers could go to the pool while we sat on the balcony while we kept an eye out for them! The rooms were spacious, the appliances top notch and the AC was flawless set at 72 or 73. The bathrooms we nice and plenty of hot water! ( think 3 teenage girls) The beach chairs and bikes were an extra bonus! One consideration is pool noise. Since the entire time we were there all the beaches had double red flag warnings… so no swimming. I believe this caused the pool to be extremely busy. It does close at 10 pm which was great but it made for balcony sitting a little loud at times. If we were to head to this area again, we’d stay here in a heartbeat!

The condo was amazing!! It was in a great location - close to the beach with easy access by tram, close to the pool and perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys Beaches! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed - especially the kitchen. Plus, Derek and Sandra were SO quick to respond to all our questions!! Could not have asked for a better vacation. We would totally recommend and will come back!!

Our experiences while staying at this property were well beyond our expectations! We planned this family trip for 6 months with excitement and anticipation. The location, beautiful decor and layout of the condo were very comfortable and inviting. The property amenities were very nice and convenient. We will definitely come back.

The unit was very clean, well stocked and beautifully furnished. The view of the pool was a welcomed addition to our morning coffee before we ventured out to the spectacular beach. We rarely used a car as there were plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

This was our family’s second time to stay in Seacrest and our first time in this condo. The condo was amazing ! Beautiful furnishings & the perfect kitchen ! We loved the layout of the condo & how much room we all had. The balcony is perfect for drinking coffee at sunrise and cocktails at sunset. There were 6 adults , a toddler & baby and we never felt crowded .
The location of the condo is only afew minutes walk to the beach . We were there 7 days and walked everywhere we went . Communication with Sandra was very easy
& she was always prompt in responding. We had a small issue with someone being in one of our reserved parking spaces when we got there but Seacrest security took care of it & honestly it wasn’t crowded & we were able to find parking for our other 2 cars just a block away. We loved our time there & look forward to staying there again.

The view of pool was great. The negatives at beds were too hard. Wife has a neck problem since day 2. Expensive stove took too long to to pre-heat, dryer didn't dry clothes. Had to dry 2 and 3 cycles.
Chairs in dining room were cheap and uncomfortable. Not sure if will stay here again. Disappointing

Lived the condo
This was a beautiful condo! Loved everything about it! The only problem we had was getting bands for beach and pool! Checked in at 4:00 and didn’t get our bands until the next morning. Called the office several times and got know where but then decided to contact owner and got them asap. The owner always got back to us with answers to questions.

We loved our stay. Great location. Makes pool time with the kids so easy. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds are very firm, as are the pillows so if you need some softness, factor that in to your packing! Don't love Seacrest's tiny beach - not nearly enough beach space for the large community. The beach chairs were 5-6 rows deep (June stay). That was the biggest downside and really made the beach part a bummer. We normally stay in Rosemary which, although very busy in the summer months, seems to have a much larger beach front. Overall though, we had a great stay and this condo made up for what the beach was lacking.

This well-appointed four-bedroom condo overlooks the Lagoon Pool and is within a few minutes' walk to the private Seacrest Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Seacrest at its best!
This was our first time at Seacrest and it could not have been more fun! The condo was perfect in every way and the communication with the leasing agent was effortless. We will definitely be returning to Seacrest and hopefully this condo! Thank you for making our Spring Break memorable!

We had a lovely time and found ourselves able to walk just about everywhere.
As I said, it’s a lovely property. The only negative issue was getting a bill for alleged stains on the living room sofa which is completely untrue as we left them in the same condition which we found them which included some minor stains.
Put a palor on what was an enjoyable week. We will back but will stay in a different property.

Beach blessings
Condo was great. Did have a problem with water heater. Had to hit reset button every other day. Manager said would fix before next guest.
Was surprised that not only pool but the the entire pool surround was closed off for maintenance the entire stay. It looked nice but inaccessible. This also meant gas grills were inaccessible. Not a huge problem but disappointing.
