Very very nice stay

Andreas was so nice to my daughter and I. His place is a credit to him the gardens are so nice. We had everything we could have needed!

it was a perfect vacation

Our stay at Andreas‘ and Sevis house was wonderful. Everything is exactly like in the pictures. It's a little oasis. The two take excellent care of everything, we didn't miss anything. A very idyllic place, perfect for relaxing and vacationing. The hosts are incredibly nice. We felt comfortable at all times. Our privacy was also respected. We found the location of the house great as it is not so touristy. We had a rental car, so you can easily explore the island. But we loved being at home in the pool. Everything was just perfect. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and would love to come again. Such a beautiful house is rare.

Pleasant but very supervised.

The space was spacious, well-kept, clean and organized. The bathroom was very clean, and of good quality. A nice view from the bedroom, the kitchen met all requirements and was equiped with all necessary items. Pool was also clean, well-kept, and somewhat private. Overall 6.5/10 experience.

There were multiple instances of the landlord coming into the pool area, which we were warned about, however it wasn't at the times he mentioned, which was early morning, but he popped in throughout the day, unannounced, while we had our window and shutters open, making us a bit uncomfortable. Also, he had complaints about us making too much noise late at night, even though it was before 11pm, and AFTER 11pm , there was nothing but silence from us. We forgot the outdoor lights on during the night , and the next morning there was a complaint about it, even though we weren't informed about turning them off when we went to sleep.

We liked the privacy and the peace of mind during the stay. The host Andreas was very welcoming and caring about our stay. We didn't lack anything. The property is well located to a bus station, 2 minutes walk to the supermarket. If you are looking to visit around then worth renting a car. But if you want to enjoy a peaceful stay, swimming pool, bbq and reading then it is a perfect place to be. We highly recommend.

Great location great value and Excellent host

The property had everything you required and kept very cleaned. From parking to your own private pool. The owners Andreas & Sevi are very helpful and always on hand if you require anything, but respect your privacy. A great find at a great price. we look forward to going back.

Peaceful oasis on the edge of the city

What a fantastic find, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It had everything we needed and the hosts Andreas and Sevi always made sure we were comfortable. It was very clean, the pool is fantastic and very well looked after. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens which are full of herbs and fig trees where you can help yourself ( I added them to my fruit and yoghurt). It really is a fantastic place to stay would thoroughly recommend it. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect summer escape for two

A super modern, super comfy studio immersed in a stunning mature garden with the most gorgeous swimming pool. Ideal if you dont want to be far from the city but yet enjoy the serenity of the suburbs. Would visit again and again.

Summer is Cyprus can get quite dusty so if you are staying for longer than 3 days would be nice to have a quick cleaning facility, even though broom and bucket are in hand if one fancies to fresh up the place themselves.

A pleasant stay at a truly idyllic place!

We particularly liked the unique design of the property. The plan of the house and the surrounding garden and pool is well thought out offering ease of access, comfort and privacy. We felt right at home immediately and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The host is caring and always available to help and make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return in the future! Thank you!
