I love the house, super welcoming and homely! Sitting on the veranda during the mornings was a great way to start the day, super nice open flow to the place but with enough privacy for bedrooms and bathrooms!
Unfortunately the spare bedroom does not have any plug points. It is also kind of far away from stuff so nothing is within walking distance / there are no sidewalks so if you don’t have a car prepare to spend a lot on taxis.

Really minimalistic and stylish design, perfect for 3-4 people. We stayed only a couple of nights but the apartment is perfect for longer stays. Very clean and well taken care of. The only minus is the area, it is perfect only for cars if you would like to walk around there are no sidewalks. Otherwise, very quite ( just cars sounds on the roud, which did not bother us). Perfect place to relax, and hosts are very kind. Much recommended !

We stayed in the upstairs remodeled unit and it was beautiful. Very comfortable and very well done.
While it faces the road, the traffic was not a bother overall. Also, it had a nice view of the sea.

We stayed in upper house. It was immaculate with all the necessary amanities for our stay, microwave would of been nice. It's located within 5 - 10 minutes of any point of interest and some great restaurants. It is situated next to the main road that is busy, but there was no disturbance from cars. Overall we had splendid stay!

We loved this place. We rented the upper floor for 2 nights. It's small, modern and minimal, yet it has almost everything a permanent house needs. It's super clean, the kitchen is large and well equiped, and the location is great. George, the owner, was very helpful too.
The only negative was that it was a bit noisy at the living room during the day because it's on the main road.

Very nice place, ideal for families and friends. We booked both 2 houses, and both were special for many reasons, ground floor with the garden and spacious living room, first floor with the nice balcony and view plus spacious living room and kitchen. They are both fully equipped with everything you may need, clean and comfortable. The host sent an electrician to fix a minor issue on Christmas day, even though we said it is ok. We will visit again in summer!

Even though we had the lower part of the building (upstairs one house, downstairs the other) it was very homely, good size fridge freezer, clean oven and hob, all aircon good, kettle wasn't woe but after letting owners know, another was left outside next day. Overall a good experience, didn't hear anything from people up stairs, set back from main road, traffic noise ok. 5 mins drive from beach

This a recently renovated flat with modern design, more than adequate space, on a good spot and plenty of amenities. The owner was very helpful and helped us resolve a minor issue with the WiFi very quick. Overall, it is a great choice for couples or small families
A few more towel hooks and an arm for the toilet paper could be handy. Nothing major though..

This is an absolutely beautifully designed and furnished property and the views to all sides are stunning. Although it is not at the beach front, with a car it only is literally 2-3 minutes drive to the closest beaches and there is ample free parking.
We were surprised how quickly we didn't really notice it anymore, even when sitting on the balcony, but the house/flat is on quite a busy road.

Clean, elegant, quiet, very well equipped. You need a car to move around (beach, restaurant, supermarket). Coral Beach (the best for kids) is 5 minutes away from mhouse44 with the car. The place is perfect for families: clean, quiet but also relaxing.

a superb balcony with big bi-folding doors which made you feel as if you were outside. a very airy and welcoming living area with a well equipped kitchen.

Everything was clean. Well stocked rooms, bathroom and kitchen. No complaints about the place at all. Host seem very quick with any help needed.
The houses is on a main road from Paphos to Akamas, so it is loud most of the day until evening

It was one of the best apartments we stayed in. Well designed, clean, comfy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good for us to travel to akamas and paphos area. The owner was really nice and helped us with everything we needed. It's also a short walk to the sea which was a really nice morning walk.

Location but you should have a car

The house is really comfy for at most two couples willing to share a bathroom. Clean, quiet, cozy. Really enjoyed the living room/kitchen space, seemed inviting and tranquil. There's also a porch on which one can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cold beer. The host is willing to help, we appreciated his availability to our needs. The beaches are at a 20-25 min walk through a quiet neighborhood, really enjoyable an not much of a hassle. Also, at app 2km away, there's Philippos, a huge supermarket with everything that you need (and extra) if one is on a self supported catering. Furthermore, the locations is close (driving perspective) to main locations like Avakas gorge, Sea caves, Paphos zoo, Adonis baths. Certainly a good value.
The air was stuffy at first, took a while to get the air fresh again. The house is near a main road, so the cars may cause a disturbance, but the traffic is low and during the night is not an issue at all. Also, the house is in the middle of olives and bananas plantations so expect wild animals like lizards on the porch or even inside the house :) But they're harmless and shy and not an issue at all, but some people are afraid of them.
