Beautiful Direct Ocean Front and Beach Front 3rd Floor Condo in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Security entry building. Small condo with 25 units. Renovated with Beach House Style Decor. Unit 303 is also ours, if you are interested in this one as well: VRBO ID:1645759

Private balcony in Living Room and Master Bedroom with a view of the ocean and beach, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: 4 adult (master king bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed) and 2 kids (one Queen size sofa bed in living room). Life guards are couple hundred feet away from you. Boardwalk is a desirable community, with relaxing pool to cool down during hot summer season.

No busy street to crossing, Ocean and beach is in your back yard. nice size kitchen and dinning room, is perfect for your family getaway dinner. you can escape to the the beach and walk to everything around you.

Enjoy happy hours on the Coconut on the Beach next door, all of the great restaurants, shops, and live entertainment that downtown has to offer just out of your door. Wake up every morning to a fabulous sunrise and cheers the afternoon at sunset.

No keys to lose! This property provides secure, key-less entry with the August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, ONLY you and/or anyone whom you authorized to access, for the duration of your stay. All of our guests have a peace of mind, because no any guests have access to the key, or any chance to copy a key. No worry if someone will open your door while you are staying there. My son and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very safe and we loved the private beach entry as well. The view from the condo is beautiful and the condo was very clean and beachy. The owner answered us when we had to text about something. We will def be back to stay again in the future!

This was a great trip! Very nice property. The beach was beautiful and so close! Very quite area for sure. Almost everything we needed was within walking distance (We only had to drive to the grocery store). Orlando was such a quick drive for a day of sight seeing. We even got to watch 2 rocket launches from our balcony! It can't get any better than that. We are already planning to come back again!

The overall condo was nice and clean and very good proximity to the beach. The building is a bit dated and dirty. They're doing construction as well. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Everything about this condo is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and all the rooms were very clean and matched the VRBO pictures. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, bars and shops. We loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning and seeing dolphins and watching launches. The owner, Lihua, is the most responsive owner we've dealt with. We really appreciated her dropping off items that were missing and immediately dealing with a dryer that wasn't drying properly. We'll definitely be returning to this condo in the future.

We really enjoyed the ocean view right outside our balcony. The unit had everything we needed. Appreciated the walk-in shower, elevator and underground parking. We would stay here again!!!

Clean and great location! Lihua was great with communicating and made sure we knew the schedule for the two rocket launches we were so lucky to see. My kids loved the beach access right out the back door as well as all of the beach toys she had for us to use. Would stay here again!

The condo was as advertised - spacious, nicely decorated, on the beach and next to the restaurants. The owner provided very detailed instructions on the check-in process and the area around. The phone app to enter/exit the condo took some getting used to and we were not fans of it, but we made it work. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach! The location was great, the view couldn't be beat. The host also let us know about a launch that occurred during our stay. The launch was an unexpected treat.

We had an amazing stay in Cocoa Beach. The views were even better in person than pictured. The owners were very responsive and polite. Our only complaint is the process to lock and unlock the door. Prior to your stay you have to download an app to your phone to lock and unlock the door. After a day out, using your phone to naviage, listening to music and taking pictures you run the chance of your phone dying and losing access to the condo. Make sure your phone is always charged! Otherwise, everything about our stay was flawless.

The owner was very responsive to our communication. Had some issues with August Electronic condo lock. Owner quickly provided a workaround that was worked fine during our stay. Once you enter the condo itself the space was fine and acceptable. However the entire building is in need of a major upgrade. Dirty glass doors, broken exterior wind screens, broken concrete steps and driveway, older locking hardware, building is in dire need of paint; new exterior fire extinguisher cabinets and stucco repair. In fact after pulling into the parking lot, we considered forfeiting our money and moving on to one of the nearby hotels. However we did stay and the condo space grew on us. Would we stay there again, probably not.

My husband and I booked a 3 night stay after 8 days at Walt Disney World. This condo was clean, updated and right on the beach! Everything we needed was there and Coco Beach was the perfect place to unwind. The manager of the property was very good about check in and out instruction, it was all very easy. She also texted several places to shop and eat to make our stay a little easier. We would stay here again!

What a beautiful place to stay right next to everything! Walk to breakfast lunch and dinner no need to get in your car. Safe area and protected parking area. Will absolutely stay here again!!! Host was the best so quick to respond and clear communication.

The beach was beautiful, walking distance to ice cream and other shops. Lifeguard station directly outside. The building itself as well as the appliances are dated, but overall we were happy with our stay. The TV in the livingroom wasn’t a smart TV so we couldn’t watch Amazon or Netflix, which was a bummer. You really can’t beat the views, and the owner was super friendly and responsive.

This condo worked for our short stay before our cruise. We loved the easy access for morning walks on the beach, which was a wonderful flat walking beach. We were glad to have brought along our own shade awning and our own beach towels, as there were only 2 beach towels at the condo. Also good to know for future guests - bring along your own body wash for each shower, and of course shampoo and conditioner. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Walking access to some cute casual places to eat too.

We were looking to relax a few days at the beach. We certainly were able to do that. The accommodations were cozy, the community managers were very responsive, the view was breath taking. We really enjoyed a local restaurant called the Salty Sisters and had ice cream for dessert at the Fat Donkey. We would go back in a heartbeat and we would certainly stay here again.

I am not so tech-savvy so figuring out the check-in process took me a few minutes but the owner/hostess was on stand-by. One I mastered that, it was so awesome! Locking and securing the condo was super easy. But it was also a very safe and convenient place to stay. The bedrooms were soooooooo comfortable. View was incredible and I hope to be able to stay at this same place again! 5 stars!!!!!

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time! We absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful sunrises over the ocean, the sounds of the waves as we fell asleep and the restaurant Coconuts on the Beach which is just next door. The location is perfect and while the pool looks underwhelming at first glance, it’s never crowded and my 12 and 15 year old love it! We enjoy the easy in and out access with the garage and are grateful to not have to get into a hot car as many do in Florida. We will certainly be back again!

It was a fantastic stay overall. Briefly, the bad. Floors were a little dirty and feet ended up dusty quickly with walking around barefoot. Other than that, it was an excellent stay. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Beds were clean and comfortable. Furniture was in good condition. There was great communication with owner and she gave wonderful instruction prior to trip. Finally, the view. Quite beautiful and peaceful. A great place to relax and recharge. Overall, a great stay.
