Great place to stay while travelling/ exploring akihabara, great location, friendly and helpful staff, dog friendly.

Location, having shops/restaurants around was really nice and the train station was a 2 min walk at most. Got to see cute dogs, and staff were helpful and friendly.

We liked everything, no complaints from us.

Geweldig hotel voor citytrip

Geweldige locatie in een rustige wijk met veel eetgelegenheden, en twee metrostations om de hoek met rechtstreekse verbindingen naar alle belangrijke delen van Tokio inclusief het vliegveld. Erg vriendelijk personeel, leuke gratis sake proeverij en comfortabele kamers.

Brilliant.

Room was smaller than expected but bed very very comfortable, pillows great, altogether comfortable.Next time We will book a slightly bigger room. The breakfast was superb, great choice of food, hot and cold. Location very good, near to underground station, just two minutes walk.

Thank you for a great stay!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Immaculately clean. Yes, the rooms are small - but fair for the price. WiFi worked great, sockets for all adapters, huge TV, fridge, dehumidifier. I'm not a dog person, but I wouldn't have known that this was a dogfriendly hotel. No smell, no noise, no interference during our stay. Staff helped with our takkyubin order and gave us umbrellas during the rainy weather. The area is great for restaurants and izakayas and easy walking distance or 1 stop to Akihabara. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Tokyo.

I can't think of anything bad at all. Check out is a little early at 10am

Sehr sauberes Hotel in sehr guter Lage.

Wir waren 6 Nächte im ICI-Hotel. Die Lage ist top. Zwei U-Bahnlinien, viele Restaurants sowie mehrere Supermärkte (7Eleven, Family Mart, etc.) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die hundefreundlichen Utensilien im Foyer sind witzig und Hunde im Plüschkleid hatten wir bisher noch nicht gesehen. Artgerecht geht sicher anders, aber das gehört zu Japan. Im kleinen aber zweckmäßig eingerichteten Zimmer ist alles supersauber und man merkt nichts davon. Jeden zweiten Abend gibt es im Foyer ein gratis Sake-Tasting. Fazit: Wir können das Hotel in Sachen Preis/Leistung und Lage zu 100 Prozent empfehlen.

An excellent Tokyo hotel for a family of three on a budget

Spacious rooms for a family of three (2 adults and 1 9 year old) and there are two elevators so you won’t have to wait too long. The location is also superb, being close to train stations, restaurants, and convenient stores.

Cute puppies

Good location near a JR line and metro line that goes to the airport one way and Shinjuku the other. Cute puppies in the lobby. The bathroom was clean and roomy. Nice to have two beds.

They've built out a cafe in what would normally be the lobby so there's no space to lounge and feels a bit cramped. The walls are thin and you can hear dogs and other neighbours throughout the night and hear people getting ready to go out in the mornings. The bed was lumpy and left me with a sore back. It wasn't clear what the Deluxe room got us compared to a Standard.

Great hotel for kids who love dogs

Only 2 mins walk from Asakusabashi train station which helped out young family get to hotel quickly pulling out own luggages. Our bed is comfortable and felt larger than a king size which fitted our family of 3 (with a 7 yo) well. Quite neighborhood which ensures a good night rest.

Breakfast was not always ready by the advertised time of 6:30am. The breakfast crew were so trying to put things together and on display shelf so we felt bad by being there early but we had to catch a day trip departing at 8amin Shinjuku.

Location is good near the JR Line.

The room is in good size, clean and comfy with bath tub. Amenities is available at the reception so you can collect anytime. we try the breakfast which is good and value for money.

Hotel did not provide drink water bottle daily so you need to buy from convenience store.

小有不足，但以價格來說是一次十分滿意的住宿體驗。

員工態度友善，每次出門都能看到各種小狗，非常治癒。位置方便，外面的土耳其餐廳老闆非常親切，東西也好吃，也很推薦。

浴室有點潮濕，房間有點小只能勉強打開一個28吋行李箱，垃圾桶有點小。

Conveniently located and well priced hotel.

Super convenient location, about a 2 minute walk from the nearest JR station, and 5 minutes from the nearest subway station. Staff were super kind and accommodating, and the buffet breakfast was convenient and well priced. Room was well sized, particularly for the price, and I would definitely stay here again. Cute dogs in the lobby was a bonus. The room also had blackout blinds which were great for when we wanted a sleep in.

地點、價格、環境、服務都超推薦！一定是未來住東京的首選👍🏻 如果有任何需要請教櫃檯，他們都會熱心的協助，還有講中文的人員溝通很順暢～這裡的豪華房型比其他家大很多，住起來很舒適，旁邊就有超市採買非常方便，超推！

唯一不方便的應該就是垃圾桶比較小吧～大型垃圾可能要自行拿下樓丟。

A great place to stay in Tokyo!

What is there not to like? Very helpful and friendly staff that allowed us to store our luggage with them during our one day stay in Nikko. Also helped us ship our luggage to the next hotel :) (they speak english / chinese too), Comfortable bed/pillows, clean and quiet room. Washing machines come with a pin lock so you need not worry about your laundry getting dumped by unruly guests. Lots of restaurants, 2 convenience stores and 1 supermarket nearby. Very near Asakusabashi station (with a pharmacy right next to it too) as well! Pet friendly hotel is a bonus.

Very recommended

The room is small but nice and clean. The mattress is not too hard and we got a room with a beautiful view of Tokyo. In the cafe downstairs you will see lots of cute dogs. The location is very quiet and away from turists which j liked. There are many restaurants and a subway station few minutes away

A lovely place to stay in Tokyo

In the double rooms, one side of the bed is usually against the wall due to the size of the room.

Nice stay in Tokyo

The location is the best - from Narita airport, you can reach the hotel easily by Asakusa line. - quiet area - you can use metro or JR - 3 convinience stores, super market and many restaurants around the hotel The staff are friendly. The room is quiet, good wifi connection, comfort bed (we booked twin room, the width of the bed is about 120 cm, very nice). Nice to see little dogs every day.

Drinking water should be complimentary. Breakfast was nothing special.
