I was surprised that booking dot com fee is passed on to guests staying in the hotel

Perfect location with a 2 min walk to the Ginza station. They were extremely accommodating when we needed to hold our luggage and reserve the large taxi on our checkout day. I would love to stay again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
I like to sleep in frigid conditions which I know isn’t normal so the air conditioner couldve gone a little lower temp (for me)

Location, clean, okay room size
4.5
Great location in Ginza Area, I got a room on the highest floor as requested, very helpful and friendly reception staff, and great housekeeping staff. I would stay there again.
The bed could be a bit more comfortable. It wasn't bad and very appropriate for the price I paid for this hotel. I stayed later at the Mandarin Oriental where beds are amazing but room prices are 10 times higher too.

Room and location are both excellent : Staff were lovely
The Breakfast room was too small for the hotel and resulted in queues to sit down which could be lengthy. A hotel bar would have been nice
4.0
The location. You feel like you’re in the heart of Ginza. Everything is a walking distance and the train stations also so near.
That they don’t have room service.
4.5
Fantastic location - few minutes walk to Ginza 6 and convenience stores. Right next to metro station.
The bathroom layout is thoughtfully designed with separate shower & bath and toilet area. The sink is conveniently located in the bedroom. Complete range of amenities including PJs, face wash / skin care etc. Overall stay experience was enjoyable!
Friendly and helpful staff who went all the way to find a taxi large enough to carry all our big luggages upon our check out.
The room size is rather small - could hardly have one suitcase open fully in a double room.
4.5
Great place . Walking distance to shoppign district. Love the breakfast spread. Provide multi charging cable which is very convenient

This is our favorite hotel in Ginza. Super super convenient location, large room. Though the interior is getting wear and tear showing it’s ages, it is still incredibly clean. It is still our go-to hotel for Ginza.

location , quite new, staff is helpful
no Coca Cola in the vending machine

friendly staff and very clean hotel
nothing to comment all perfect

For me this continues to be one of the best locations to stay in Tokyo. It has everything I need, I stay here every time I have a few days in Tokyo. It’s not the best for long stays if you are carrying a lot of luggage as rooms are on the smaller side.
Rooms need wall cleaning or painting with more frequency. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Aircon not the easiest to adjust and will be blasting on one of the sides of the bed.

the rooms were too small.

I would say the location is excellent for me to have a 4-day trip mainly focus in Ginza area.
Short travel time between Hotel and Haneda Airport.
the price is a little higher while considering facilities standard.
3.5
Good location and the room was very comfortable.
Asked for a half hour extension on the checkout was told that if I was a minute late, they would have to charge.

location is good. However we could only find 1 cafe for breakfast in the morning as this is the only one that opens at around8am
breakfast is not included in my room rate; the breakfast is overpriced and is not tasty.

professional helpful staff and really good location
