The detached flat on the 1st floor of the villa is partially air-conditioned and has Wifi. The spacious, double-sided living room offers access to the lake-view terrace and is accompanied by 2 elegant sofas, flat-screen smart TVs, a contemporary dining area and romantic Murano glass chandeliers. Adjacent to the generous and panoramic living space is a separate kitchen equipped with a breakfast table and access to a balcony overlooking the church and an outdoor dining set. On the first floor, a double bedroom with a juliette balcony leads through an open door to a bedroom with a double sofa bed and built-in wardrobe. Completing the villa\'s accommodation is a sixth bedroom with a double sofa bed and hanging wardrobe, a spacious living room with 2 double sofa beds and a third bathroom with 3 sinks and modern shower.

The elegant villa is located along Via degli Olivi, only 2 minutes by car / 10 minutes on foot from the lakeside promenade of Salò (900 metres). Just 700 metres from the villa is the Polo Sportivo family sports complex, which offers a new gymnasium, leisure facilities in the park. The villa is also only an 8 to 11-minute drive from the Mokai beach and the Heller Botanical Gardens on Lake Garda.
In addition, Salò offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The ferry is only a 20-minute walk from the villa and offers easy access to many popular destinations on the lake including Peschiera del Garda, Desenzano del Garda, Sirmione, Riva del Garda, Garda and Malcesine.
