What amazing house we just stayed at. The house was super clean and easy to access. Bob and his wife were great to work with and very fast to respond if we had any questions. We would absolutely love to stay at this house again in the future.

Newer construction home, just a few blocks from beach. Bedrooms are good size with quality furnishings. Kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked, would have been better if had disposal in sink. Dining / living room area is not large but adequate (for 5 of us) and outside space / decks are well maintained and very comfortable. Did not use the garage "bar" area but was a lively touch to property. Outdoor shower was terrific after days at the beach. Happy to see beach gear already there - chairs, cart, umbrella - for guests to use. Owner was super responsive. Keep in mind there are flights of stairs to the main living area and then again up to 3 of 4 bedrooms.

Robert was truly a premier host! The house was very clean, and had so many conveniences as part of the package. Not just linens, but beach towels that were plentiful and wash cloths (most places don't have wash cloths), bathrooms with hand soap, the kitchen had dish soap, and dishwasher soap, and trash bags that were plentiful. There were many things that i brought (such as soaps etc) that were already there. the outdoor shower was really nice and there was a shower caddy with everything you needed when you came back from the beach (shampoo, conditioner etc) The house came with beach chairs, a cart, a beach umbrella, and was only 2 blocks from a great beach site. It also came with 4 beach badges which were very helpful to defray costs of beach days. One of the surprises of the house was the basement bar area, that was very nice and really expanded family areas. It had a TV which was helpful in entertaining the kids. We had a VERY hot week at the beach and really didn't use the outdoor seating area- so the basement bar area was especially nice. My only wish would have been to have a bigger kitchen table. Since it was so hot, we really didn't use the balcony or outside seating area and so we had to jostle the feeding for people, because of our large family. Really one of the nicest VRBO places I've stayed, and one. of the best premier hosts i've interacted with. Enjoy your stay!

10/10! This property has everything you want and need in a beach house. Outside shower and backyard area to grill and entertain is a huge win! Great find and I would highly recommend. The owners include beach badges and even welcomed us with a bottle of wine!

We were travelling as a group of 10 down the Jersey Shore for a family wedding. We wish we extended our stay for an entire week! The house is perfect. It is clean, spacious, has extensive amenities, and is located in a prime spot right near the beach! I would absolutely rent this home again. I can't say more positive things about our trip!

We recently stayed at this rental during the winter. The location is amazing! Easy walking distance to Manasquan Beach and local shops/restaurants. The property was pristine. My family appreciated that you had everything you needed, but it was perfectly uncluttered and very clean. The owner, Robert, was welcoming, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Check in was super easy. We will definitely consider this location for our future visits.

House was absolutely perfect with updated appliances and furniture and was super clean. Was a perfect size for our family. Loved the private backyard area for outdoor shower and lots of outdoor furniture. Cool mancave room also with doors opening to the yard. Lots of parking for those staying and guests and short walk to the beautiful beach. House came fully equipped with beach chairs and umbrella. Thanks Bob!

We loved our stay. The house was exactly as described. We had plenty of room with the 4 bedrooms for the entire family. The location was perfect, just a few blocks to the beach. This made it easy to go back and forth to the house. The house is a perfect location to take day trips to other jersey shore locations as well. I also can’t say enough about the communication with the owners. They were prompt in answering questions we had and were very welcoming. I would highly recommend!

The property owners have thought of everything to make your stay from out of town effortless! Beach badges, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. laundry, linens all included! The property was perfect for our family beach trip, clean, beautifully furnished, and the owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns!

The house was great and Robert was a very gracious and helpful host. Very clean and organized. Only small issue is that house is in area where lots of college kids stay and so there was a good bit of partying around us and noise at night. Other than that, great experience.

This house was beautiful and very clean, we really enjoyed staying here. The house is very close to the beach so even the 2 year olds could walk to it. Robert and Jackie were very accommodating and helpful. We look forward to coming staying here again next year.

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely Manasaquan property. The home was immaculate and very well appointed, with bedrooms separated enough to truly afford all of our guests real privacy. The kitchen and living room were great central areas for all of us to congregate for meals and game time. The beach, which was a hop, skip and a jump away from the house, was large, clean and very inviting. The homeowners were communicative and very thoughtful. All in all, an excellent experience. We'll be back for sure!
