The complex also features a shower/WC area in the pool area and an elevator. Amenities include Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan option.

The residence boasts a shared outdoor swimming pool that is angular in shape, measuring 13 x 6 meters with depths ranging from 80 to 190 cm. The pool is available seasonally from May 1st to October 31st, and the opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. There is a shower/WC area conveniently located in the pool area.

The residence has a total of four stories and is equipped with an elevator for easy access to all floors. Please note that only the wearing of swimsuits is authorized in the swimming pool of the residence.

Unit Layout
You will find a spacious and bright 4-room penthouse on the 5th floor with a south-facing position. The comfortable and beautifully furnished living/dining room features a panoramic window, television (flat screen), radio, CD-player, hi-fi system, and electric shutters, leading to the terrace. There is one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and access to the terrace. Another room has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/WC. The third room contains a bed (100 cm, length 200 cm). The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower/WC, separate WC, and a bath/shower/WC.
Amenities Included
The penthouse is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Air conditioning and electric heating are provided for your convenience. You will have access to a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your laundry needs. Complimentary WiFi internet is available throughout the property. A garage can accommodate one car, with a height of 185 cm and a width of 230 cm. For your safety, a smoke alarm is installed.

The penthouse features a large terrace spanning 125 m2, offering a south-facing position and panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and the resort. Outdoor furniture, including terrace furniture and deck chairs, is provided for your enjoyment. The total living area of the penthouse is 130 m2, making it a spacious accommodation for your vacation.
