About this house rental
Ever wanted to stay in a tiny house? How about one in a beautiful place near Georgia's pristine Lake Burton? We would love for you to be our guest. Nestled in Rabun County, GA this once outdated tiny cottage has been transformed into a small tiny gem. The tiny house includes a queen bed, 40” flat screen TV, small fridge, microwave, k cup machine, bathroom with shower and a great front porch. Outside you will find 8 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, grill (charcoal), fire pit, and a small waterfall with a porch.
The tiny house is on our lil farm property by the creek. It is conveniently located right off Highway 76 West and surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest. Simplify and come see what nature has to offer. Note: this is a tiny house not a presidential suite and it can get a little cozy! Also, the tiny house is located on our property and there is another tiny house on site that we rent. This site is located at the back and more private. The hot tub for this site is not shared with other guests. The waterfall porch is a shared area. Security cameras(capable of recording) and owner pets on site.

Curious about tiny house living? This cottage offers a wonderful opportunity to experience what it is like. We stayed three nights to enjoy the whole experience. The outdoor spaces add all the comfortable, quiet, and entertainment options desired. Inside is small but comfortable. A fine place to stay!

The property was as advertised- a tiny home. Our first experience staying in one. It was clean, easy to find. The only negative was it faces west. In afternoon it was very warm outside and we didn't have many options to sit inside. While we were out that time of day, it was fine. The owners were friendly, recommending activites and places to eat.
The hot tub was clean and relaxing. Really loved exploring the area. The bed was comfy, A/C worked great. All in all, we were pleased.

Everything was clean and comfy. The tiny home cottage was just right for us. Beautiful spot to stay and relax. Hosts are quick to reply but do not bother anyone; they took great care of the place! It was a lovely trip, but gets quite toasty on the cottage porch with the afternoon sun beating in. That's the time you go find some place to explore a little, as there is always plenty to see and do in Rabin County. Loved it and will stay again when we can!

David and Bree have created such an amazing experience for the best weekend getaway. I’ve had a lot going on in my personal life and needed to escape and do so much needed reconnecting with myself and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their property is beautiful and peaceful. The check in process was seamless and they provide you with everything you need and more for a quiet getaway.
Their pup Chubb’s is as sweet as can be and greeted me while I hungout by the waterfall. Highly recommend staying here if you need to decompress and escape from reality for a weekend!

The location is great. It has great access to an open smooth road and the farm is so relaxing and comfortable. The property feels so roomy and peaceful. The house itself is super cozy and comfortable. The hot tub is what really sold it for me. Sitting under the stars when it’s chilly out was so nice. The only trick thing was that you have to use the sink where you wash your hands to wash dishes as well. Not a huge deal but it can be inconvenient from time to time. Overall this place was incredible and I highly recommend!!

Everything was wonderful! The owners were accommodating and thought of everything from start to finish. It was the perfect compromise, we completely unplugged and turned off our tech to feel like we were "roughing it" but were still able to enjoy all the great accommodations available! We can't wait to rebook.

A tiny house is not for everyone but this house was perfect for our weekend getaway. First, David was a perfect host for this perfect property. The quietness and solitude of this place was astounding!! Starry nights in the hot tub was heaven!! We give this place a 10 out of a 10 and we will be back! Please keep this place a secret!!

Amazing!!!!
We stayed on this owner's property last year in another tiny house on our honeymoon. We saw this tiny house during our stay and had to try it for our anniversary. We were not disappointed! We love this little cottage so much that we are just now checking out and about to book it for next year! David is awesome and is always available for anything you may need!

Absolutely gorgeous
Star gazing in front of a fire pit, comfy bed, tranquil rocking chairs beside a small waterfall…hot tub after a day of hiking nearby trails, absolutely beautiful and relaxing. And friendly hosts, including the family dog. :-)
Definitely telling my friends to come here and look forward to a future stay.

Great cabin for a weekend get away!
This property is better than the pictures show. David was extremely friendly and provided some great suggestions for us for the area. The cabin size was comfortable for my husband and I for a weekend stay. We spent most of the time outside, enjoying the firepit at night and even a hot tub. There is a small waterfall on the property that you can walk a very short distance too and sit on a rocking chair to enjoy the nature. Cabin is located 10-15 min drive from downtown Clayton. Loved having the resident golden retriever, Chubb, to welcome us when we drove into the property in the afternoons. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Getaway
The property sits on the edge of a field with a stream and is extremely peaceful. Sitting in the hot tub at night the stars are so bright it looks like you could touch them. The owners were available for whatever I needed which wasn't much. There was fire for the firepit and coffee for the mornings. I was there for a work retreat but definitely want to bring my husband back and explore the area a little more.
