The house is definitely a rental and small little dings and tears show that.

Overall it was a great place. We loved the hot tub and the close park. The kitchen is not stocked very well but overall we really enjoyed everything.

We really enjoyed the house. Had enough bedrooms for everyone and liked that we were a short walk to a neighborhood park. Also enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. Felt like the location was perfect for getting to activities in both Meridian and Boise. Thank you so much!

We requested 3-hour early entry at $22 an hour and shortly after arrival we received a notice to empty the previous renter's garbage. I feel that that is the responsibility of the property manager. It immediately became apparent that there were numerous deficiencies: no remote for the garage, not enough kitchen or bath towels, not enough plates or flatware, no microwave safe cookware with tops. Many of the dishes were put away unclean and some with food residuals still attached. I had to rewash many of the dishes before they were clean enough for use by my family.
I suppose that there was room enough for 16 people to find a place to sleep but space was woefully inadequate for that many people. There was only one area for gathering with 2 couches, both well beyond their "use by" date. There was not a chair to be found in the house. Not any of the seating was appropriate for older or senior adults or anyone with back issues. The main bathroom shower had visible mold at its base.
Finally, my son had to pick up multiple piles of dog poop before we could let my grandkids play in the backyard.
So, I have to say the house was misrepresented. Nonetheless, the grandkids had a good time skiing, snow tubing, zoo, bowling, and visiting the raptor center. Unfortunately, there was not enough snow to enjoy a sleigh ride where the kids could have fed wild elk from the sleigh. There you have it.......thought you'd like to know.

This was a beautiful home that accommodated our group of 10 perfectly! Clean home and seamless check-in - check/out made things so easy. Boise is a beautiful city and we enjoyed the lights, ice skating, sledding, and lots of time at home playing games. this was a perfect home base for us!

The inside of the house was great with a ton of beds and bedrooms. The outside needs a lot of work. The yard is not taken care of. The front bushes were so overgrown up to the front door. I suggest an outdoor entertaining space with a table and chairs, or a fire pit. The house is good if you don’t plan on ever being outside.

Pro: Good neighborhood. Clean. Comfy beds. Plenty of room. Plenty of towels and other linens. Good Wifi
Con: Kitchen is only for warm and serve. Not enough utensils or plates so pick some up at the store.

We own a VRBO property and we have stayed at other VRBO homes in this country and others. Your property is the worst we have experienced. Feathers and beer bottle cap on the living room carper. Lights Burt out on the stairway, the master bath, and under the microwave that illuminates the stove. No Saran Wrap, no tinfoil, no baking pans, no catch pan in the oven, no salt. no chairs with backs. This makes it hard to work anywhere. you have a nice work station on the stairway landing but no chairs that makes sense. Stools are not the same as chairs. You need to correct this. We will return to Boise to visit family but we are not staying at any of your properties. Best wishes sincerely, these complaints are meant in the best possible way as constrictive criticisms

It was a great property well kept and very user friendly with many amenities i.e. soap and shampoo in each bathroom.
Points to be addressed by owner:
1. MSTR. BDRM. Tv remote needs batteries
2. Front Door needs 6 screws in the hinges.
3. Common Bathroom upstairs faucet on the left drips.
4. Common Bathroom upstairs toilet fills slow. Probably clogged valve..
I would for sure stay there on my next trip Boise area.

Our family was very appreciative of having a space we could gather in. The bedrooms were adequately sized and the couches were comfortable and everyone fit in the living room. We did not use the kitchen other than for coffee and cereal in the mornings, but there appeared to be a working stove/oven and cooking utensils.

Upkeep was questionable
The initial walk-in was overgrown with plants/flowers which attracted A LOT of bees. When entering the house, we were greeted with an EXTREMELY foul oder, like a bunch of garbage had been left out or perhaps an animal had died within the walls or something. The blinds were extremely dusty and bed sheets had a couple stains.
Not to be ALL negative, the house had new carpet installed, which was nice.

Mother's Day Weekend
Large home appeared to be recently equipped for VRBO. We supplemented TP (only one roll per bathroom--no extra), silverware, used paperplates, bought wine glasses, serving bowls, dish towels, measuring cups & spoons, pillowcases, some light bulbs out, no BBQ so brought our own, landscaping in front weedy & overgrown. We washed towels throughout the stay and bought some extra. When we arrived everything was clean. Newer home in subdivision. Large garage, driveway but street parking minimum. Small playground for small children a block away but back yard nice for kids though outdoor furniture limited to two chairs.

Bad experience
The property is located in not bad area. First of all online description is not correctly, there is only 4 bedrooms not 5 as listed.Even a not experienced person can see many issues. The cleaning was whorible. The blinds dirty and some of them are not working, foldingdown, all the exhaust fans in the bathrooms dirty, the air conditioning intake grill dirty. The bed sheets not clean, sweat smeling, we had to wash them before go to bed. In the kitchen all the pans and pots was dirty. I will stop here. Was an unexpected experience. Sorry to say, but I was not happy to rent this house.

Comfy but insufficient
It was very comfortable and close to the places we needed to go. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, etc. But there were insufficient dishes, a terrible coffee maker and unusable frying pans. A few outdoor chairs would be nice.

Very nice home. However, the second night we came home at 1030 to a 78 degree house. The dual thermostats were something I’d never seen before, was confusing and there were no instructions on how to use it them. We had several people try to figure them out with no luck. Finally at 2:00 a.m. my niece got up and “resent” the system (her words). We got home the third night and again it was 76 upstairs and 75 downstairs. I tried calling the property message but got a text in response that “they were with family, is everything okay.” I told them about the heating issue and they said “you should’ve called us today, we’d have had someone out there”. That was nice but we weren’t home all day to see the issue. The manager did something to the thermostat (I think) because the temp downstairs cooled off but the upstairs stayed the same until early in the morning. Two people that were upstairs slept on the couches downstairs. Also, most VRBO homes you go to have condiments, spices, coffee, cooking oils, etc in order to cook. You often times book a VRBO so you can save money and cook there....not in this house. You’d have to buy all the spices yourself. We also didn’t have coffee the first morning since there was none in the home and new got in late. I understand perishables but catsup and mayo have long shelf lives. The house was very clean, except for the dog hair on the throw pillows in the MBR and the 5th bedroom is an open area, not a bedroom. Also, for representing that the home can accommodate 14 I’d expect more than two lawn chairs.I liked the home and it was in a great location for our trips to Emmett and Boise but it was pretty much a glorified hotel with a common area.

Wished there was more
The home is listed as a 5 bedroom and it's not, it's a 4 bedroom. We were a group of 13 and the home didn't feel like it was equipped for a group of this size (although it advertises that it can host up to 14). We wished that there were more bath and bed linens, dishes and an additional bedroom. The home felt bare bones and thrown together. There is a backyard but no outdoor furniture. Overall, the home suited it's purpose, but if we come back to the Boise area, we will look to stay somewhere else.

Very clean, modern and plenty of space.
Our extended family joined us for a wedding. This property was perfect for us. Plenty of rooms to spread out, a nice kitchen and huge garage for loading/unloading.

Good Floor Plan
House was laid out nicely for our large family. Wish there was more furniture in the bedrooms to put away clothes and nightstands, but good sized closets and rooms. Great backyard for furry friends again, just no furniture to sit down and enjoy the patio and backyard. A simple patio set would make a big difference.
House was clean and decorated nicely. Really appreciated the bowl of treats on our arrival.
If you plan on cooking, bring your own pots and pans and utensils. Not enough there to cook a meal for a family.
We enjoyed our stay and the only issue we had with the AC was addressed quickly and fixed.
Would recommend this home to others.

We stayed in this rental for a week and loved pretty much everything about it. The neighborhood was quiet, there was plenty of space, great amenities, etc. The owners were responsive and kind. Our one complaint would be that the house lacked enough towels / toilet paper for our stay. There were 10 of us in this rental and about halfway through our stay we ran out of toilet paper. Other thank that, fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a great place for multiple or large families. Lots of space and Kacey is amazing. Only minor suggestions would be to have nightstands in bedrooms and lamps with warm lighting.

This was a wonderful place for our family, other than one of the air mattress. But air mattresses are what they are. Thank you for accommodating our family and we even spend an extra night due to weather.

Great Home!
The home was huge! More than enough room for our family with kids! Very clean on arrival and central to all of our grandson's pre-wedding and wedding venues.
However, there was a little toilet stoppage upstairs and no plunger was to be found so my son in-law went out and purchased one but left it at the house for the convenience of others. One other convenience item that was absent from the downstairs bedroom were night stands or shelves on either side of the bed...my wife and I used the window seat to hold tissue, cell phones and water which made for a long-reach in the middle of the night...just a suggestion. Other than that it was a perfect stay...Thank you Kacey!
