Posizione ottima a Saas Grund, tranquilla, un paio di km fuori. Host decisamente molto molto loquace.
Importante: la SAAS CARD NON è INCLUSA NEL PREZZO DEL PERNOTTO. ABBIAMO PAGATO 11fk A TESTA. CHIEDEREI A BOOKING DI CONTROLLARE PERCHE LA SAAS CARD NON PUÒ ESSERE COMPRATA/VENDUTA.
Very important: Saascard is not included. we've paid 11fk. However, on google website of Granit House is written that Saas card is included. False.
Molte cose non ci sono piaciute, tutto decisamente spartano e con pochissimi servizi...
ma tutto sommato per una notte è anche accettabile.

Les chambres et les salles de bain sont très modernes, elles viennent d’être rénovées. Les salles de bain sont design. (Plafond entièrement en verre) Les lits et édredons sont très agréables.
Nous avions été surpris de la présence d’une cuisine. La présence d’une salle à ski et d’un ascenseur a été très appréciée.
Ce n’est pas ce que j’appellerais un B&B, ni un hôtel, mais plutôt une maison de vacances idéale pour des camps en groupe. En effet, nous sommes arrivés et avons été surpris par la présence de dizaines de jeunes, qui nous ont dit avoir été très étonnés qu’il y ait d’autres personnes dans le logement. En bref, ils ne pensaient pas que c’était aussi un hôtel et nous ne pensions pas que cela serait aussi et surtout une maison de vacances.
De plus, la propriétaire n’était pas présente à notre arrivée, cependant elle nous avait dit par messages dans quelle chambre s’installer. Il n’y a pas de réception ni quoi que ce soit qui différencierait un hôtel de cette maison de vacances.
Pas de bouilloire, de tasse, ni de gel douche dans les chambres/salles de bain comme à la coutumière.

I was very happy with the fact that they didn't have enough space but managed to handle the overbooking quite well, finding me an apartment to stay nearby and easy to access.
They also allowed me to leave my stuff at their place for the day, so I could go skiing and then come back to pick it up
I got a bit confused as the owner replied in german instead of english. But not a big deal.

I loved the location, kitchen, outdoor space, play area for my child and possibility of purchasing Saas Tal Guest Card (at very low cost). The host is very friendly and helpful.

We booked a room at this property but we were accommodated in another one (Alpenstern), better. It had a beautiful view, it was very clean and comfortable and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfy and the view was good. Hot shower.
Having to pay cash for the room, did not have enough and they wouldn't accept card, bacs etc.
The rooms looked like hospital wards. Beds were not made had to make yourself.
Shared bathroom over 4 rooms, struggled to get in at points.
The curtains were not dark enough.
No tea or coffee facility in rooms and nothing seemed to be open locally. Luckily we had our own kettle.
No car parking, managed to park on street but not sure whether we were supposed to be in that space or not.

It was outstanding stay in great location with superb host. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, it was quiet with lovely view. The best B&B experience possible.

Pretty clean in general
Pretty expensive for a hostel not even close to the center and with beds not even made (with dirty blanket).
Nobody to welcome you at the arrival.
Check out at 9 a.m is too early, never happened to me before.
In 2023 it's not possibile to pay with cards, they accept only cash.
No receipt released.
