This property has everything! Large salt water pool surrounded by a huge lawn and fire pit with lots of wood! It was a little chilly on a few days so we used the fireplace and enjoyed the puzzles and games in the house. We explored all of the best nearby towns which were an easy drive through beautiful Mountain View’s. It’s close to some very good restaurants and locals shops with a great selection of locally made products.
This was our second time staying at the property and it doesn’t disappoint.

We were looking for a quiet family getaway with a pool for our daughter to practice learning to swim and we got just that!
The home was immaculate upon arrival and stocked with all the basic essentials you would need ( shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, etc)
The house is so secluded that you really have a chance to getaway from it all and really have family time. However, you can still find some good restaurants 20 minutes away if you want to get out and about. ( we loved stone hill ). Woodstock brewery was also pretty good.
One thing to note is the area is buggy and we just so happened to be there in a heat wave which made it worse. This is obviously outside of anyone’s control, but I thought it’s important to note especially if traveling with young children like we were.
Lastly, Hava is a wonderful host and addressed our needs/questions faster than anyone I have ever dealt with. Thanks for a very memorable week!

This was such a gem! The house is so comfortable, even for a large group. It's quite large, and the grounds are expansive. It was spotless, cool, with a guide on best to enjoy our stay. Hava was so communicative and helpful. We had an amazing time and would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend staying here :)

We loved this house so much! The pool was amazing! The property is very secluded down a long drive so there is nobody around. The lawn near the pool was large and great for lots of activities. The house was clean and the kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. Close to lots of cute towns for shopping. Kingston was especially fun. There are two farms 20 minutes away for fresh local produce. We lived and will rent again.

Had the best time during our stay at Beaver House!! The amenities on the property are wonderful.. we utilized the grill, pool, fire pit, basketball court and spent lots of time on the back deck. As a group of 8 we felt the home was private, spacious and offered everything we needed. The host, Hava, was very communicative and accommodating as well. Highly recommend this home if you are looking for a peaceful nature-filled weekend getaway!

The house is set on a beautiful ten acre lot surrounded by trees which feels like you are alone in the woods. The floor plan of the home fit our needs so well. The family suite was so spacious and perfect for my son, daughter-in-law and my two small grandchildren. The master bedroom was perfect for my Mom, giving her privacy and her own bathroom. The home is well stocked with everything you need and the owner and property manger were extremely accommodating. This was our second trip to this property and we left with some very special memories of our time together. Highly recommend!

We stayed with another family for three nights and had a great, relaxing time. The large house, pool, and yard were perfect for our kids while the adults hung out by the fireplace. Our dog wished we could move here and was saddest of all of us when it was time to leave.

The house was amazing! Comfy living spaces, super well-stocked kitchen, and the pool cannot be beat. My nephews were particularly impressed with the selection of pool floats, and seeing bears nearby really underscored the wonderful seclusion! Hava was super helpful and communicative too.

The perfect escape from the city
A beautiful home and property away from it all, in the best way possible. A pool in the middle of the woods is as serene and relaxing as one would imagine and we truly had a wonderful time.

Great way to end the summer!
I stayed with a group of 8 girls and we absolutely loved the property! It is very secluded and quiet which is what I wanted. The pool is awesome and the beds are very comfy. House is also very clean. If you want a break from the city this is definitely the place to stay!

Lovely retreat in the Hudson Valley
Hava’s home was lovely. Close to Woodstock and the hikes we enjoyed in the area. Kitchen has an incredible industrial stove and was well stocked with whatever gadgets, pans you’d need to cook
Beds were comfortable and many extras to make your stay nice. I do suggest for anyone planning to hike in the region to spray your clothes in advance as the ticks are plentiful

Small Birthday Surprise
Had a small 40th birthday surprise for my husband by renting this house. The property is amazing as well is the house. No one wanted to leave. The home is so warm and cozy. The kids had so much fun running around outside exploring. Local towns are nice to grab something to eat and walk around. Overall it was a great time.

A True Escape
I debated reviewing because I almost wanted to keep this house a secret. It is perfectly nestled away for privacy and gives way to star gazing on a clear night. The interior design is even better than the pictures and there was ample space for our group of 6. Upon leaving we were already talking about booking a time for the summer.

We saw deer everywhere and our dog loved romping in the snow. I can only imagine how lovely this place must be in the summer and fall. The only note for potential guests: we ended up leaving a day early after the power went out on Christmas and the (very helpful) owner told us it would likely take a day to get it back on. The hazards of country living! We headed back home rested and relaxed, and we’d definitely come back!

We went there for a short family retreat. We absolutely loved it. Location is great, house just very well equipped and comfortable with families, owner is very responsive and kind.

Wonderful family getaway
Our family rented this property for a few weeks in July, and it was truly the perfect getaway for us all. Hava is extremely responsive to any questions or needs and left a welcome package to make s'mores in the fire pit– which thrilled our 5 year olds.
The house is extremely well stocked, comfortable, secluded, and surrounded by gorgeous greenery, as described. We enjoyed family dinners on the spacious deck with trees around us.
Our kids enjoyed playing on the big lawn, and spending hours in the pool. We can't wait to go back to this house. We highly recommend it if you're looking for an escape to upstate NY.

Great getaway location!
We had a wonderful week at this property! Tons of space for our family and friends (including young children), including a wonderful pool, fire pit, and large field to play in. The kitchen had everything we needed.
A major tropical storm hit while we were visiting, and Hava was extremely responsive and helpful while we waited to get power and WiFi back, including calling power and cable companies on our behalf (the entire area was affected).
This is our second time visiting and we look forward to a third visit next year!

Wonderful stay with my family!
My family stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time... the home itself is beautiful and even more spacious than we thought. The home is well appointed, extremely private and the grounds were perfect for my kids to enjoy. The pool was perfect for the hot weather we had. Amazing property, beautiful spacious home!
Our family had a fabulous time at Neeraj’s beautiful secluded home surrounded by acres of trees and lovely landscaping. The rooms are MUCH larger with a more open and airy layout then depicted.
The highlight of our stay was hanging out at the large pristine heated pool (with a diving board!) surrounded by woods and birdsong. We really enjoyed exploring the property with its long winding stream, soaking in the quiet and beauty while the kids searched for salamanders and frogs. The enormous flat yard was great for hours of family football and baseball games.
We loved the fire pit situated in the middle of the huge yard and taking in the amazing night sky views. Sloan Gorge Preserve, a geological phenomena, was stunning and a perfect hike for all including our small kids.
Neeraj was very helpful responding immediately to all of our questions.
This is the perfect vacation house to reconnect with family and nature.

A beautiful and private piece of heaven!
We absolutely loved our visit to this home. The property owner was prompt and accommodating in all communication from the moment we inquired about the property. The property was stunning and the long driveway brings you deep into the woods as far away from the stress of every day life so you can truly relax.
The owner allowed up to bring our dogs and playing with them at the pool was the highlight of our and their summer! The pool was much cleaner than one would expect for one situated in the middle of the woods, but there were no leaves at all, it is clearly very well maintained and cared for, as are the perfectly landscaped grounds. Wish we had more time to explore, and we hope to return next year!

A wonderful property!
During our stay, we appreciated the property and the grounds. It was all beautiful. At check in, we determined that the groundskeeper did not know we were coming, and the water was off. In addition, the pool heater was difficult to deal with. Once got that figured out, we had an excellent stay. The house was clean and well-equipped and the grounds were GORGEOUS. The hosts recommended several great places nearby, and our dinner at the Peekamoose Restaurant was FANTASTIC!

Secluded getaway!
We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was clean, spacious and the perfect place for two families to spend a weekend together. The only AC is in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The ceiling fans throughout the rest of the house worked very well- if it hadn't been a 100+ degree weather weekend it would have been no issue at all! Even with the high temps, we just lived in the swimming pool and made it work :) Great spot!

Amazing Getaway Location
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location could not be more beautiful (the house is a couple of minutes drive down a driveway, so very quiet/secluded) and was perfect for our two families with young kids (huge field and wooded deck, gated swimming pool, large comfortable house). Absolute Paradise
My family and I had the absolute pleasure to stay in this incredible house this summer. Having rented at least 30+ different homes over the years this property has completely blown away any other home we have ever rented. The pictures shown on HomeAway just do not do any justice to how incredible this home is. First and foremost the house is extremely large furnished with very comfortable furniture, commercial grade appliances(huge plus for any food buff) and every single thing you could possibly need minus your food and drink. A huge plus was that the house was absolutely spotless. The deck in the back was the length of the entire house and had a fantastic Weber grill. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool which was also very large and well maintained! One of our favorite parts of the backyard was the fire pit which was easily at least 6 feet in diameter! Every aspect of this home was very well maintained. The driveway leading to the house wAs maybe about a mile long from the main road which makes for an extremely private getaway for those seeking privacy. All in all there was not one thing about this house that was not perfect. Our family had a incredible trip and we hope to rent this gem again in the future. Two thumbs up!

Hidden get away in the woods
We had a ladies weekend away at this hidden gem of a cabin. It was a reunion of friends and a weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Deep in the woods, this cabin was perfect for us.
