This was such a beautiful space. Private entrance, pool right outside back door, easy access to bathroom, beautiful bathroom 2 level. Great hosts

Super fast commute to Coquitlam Center, Chillaxin backyard with pool, friendly owners, clean, and had all the necessities. We definitely will try to stay there again if in the neighborhood.

What can I say, Becky and Ross were very attentive. Met us at the door. Showed us around the property. Almost everything you could need is provided, well stocked (cooking utensils) kitchen and bathroom. We only stayed one night but beds were comfortable, unit is private, and neighborhood is quiet. Mundy Park is a short walk from the property and we went for a nice walk and saw turtles and birds.

The owners were super friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were important to them. Great experience and will stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay! Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet, the kitchen was well appointed and the yard was amazing. The best part was the hosts. They prompty answered any questions and gave the best recommendations for activities and places to eat. We would love to stay here again in the fall

This property is very central to everything in the lower mainland and at the same time very piece full. Absolute enjoyed our stay.

Becky and Ross were truly outstanding hosts throughout our stay. We unfortunately contracted Covid during our stay and Becky and Ross were great support providing food and medicine to ease our symptoms. The apartment was really well set up with a full kitchen, comfortable bed and good dining facilities. We had quite a bit of snow and Ross was very diligent in clearing the walkways and driveway. Parking was available in their driveway which was quite convenient. The location was fantastic, close to Mundy Park which we enjoyed walking through when we could leave the apartment as our covid symptoms improved. Overall a 5 star property and 5 star hosts. Thank you Becky and Ross again for all of our help.

Becky and Ross were wonderful hosts whilst we stayed in their beautiful property. The accommodation was top notch, stylish yet very comfortable with excellent facilities. The pool area was fabulous and we were made to feel so very welcome.We especially loved being so close to Mundy Park and enjoyed several relaxing walks there. When we return to the area we would certainly hope to rent this properly again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and being so generous.

The hosts are very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. Lovely and huge apartment. Major points for me are the pool and very close access to Mundy Park . Hope to go five days next year.

We spent 2 weeks here and had a lovely time. Firstly, the accommodations were great. It is a lovely suite with 2 beds. One of the beds is a pull out, but doesn’t feel like one! It’s very comfortable (we both have bad backs, so we would know). The aesthetics of the suite are very beautiful (especially the stunning bathroom). The yard is wonderful and provides a beautiful view. The location was great for us. There’s easy access to an off-leash walking area inside a gorgeous forest. Our dogs were very happy with this! There are also many delicious food delivery options nearby. We also enjoyed a quick (less than 15 min drive) to Port Moody twice. It’s a lovely area to visit and not too busy with regards to traffic. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts. They were so helpful, responsive, and kind. We are already thinking of when we can go back again!!!!!

We had a great time here, the hosts were friendly, helpful and available. The pool was awesome, the house was clean and had all the modern amenities. This was a great base camp to do things all over the Vancouver area. The dog friendly park across the street was a beautiful place to explore with our teenage boys and our dog. We would love to go back and stay again. Thank-you Becky and Ross !

Amazing stay with my dog, Georgia - perfect on the inside and on the outside - beautiful fully fenced yard. Becky and Ross were friendly, helpful, available and absolutely lovely.

The place is a beautiful and clean. I originally booked because I thought the pool and backyard use was included with the stay. I wanted to have a gender reveal party and asked if that is okay to. Becky said yes but that I would have to pay an additional $1200 to use the pool and yard. At the end, I did not end up using the suite because I would have to pay $392+$1200 for use of pool and yard +$1200 for 38 guest including 2 babies, pull pork appies, and rental use of cutlery, dishes, clothes and a tip of $400. I would have to pay close $2800. This does not include catering service and I would have to set up and buy everything on top of that. The invoice was suppose to be sent to me 2 weeks before my event. I did not receive it until the day before the event even though we did connect 3 days before the event and was told she'll get her accountant to send it to me on that day. Becky also scold at me for adding additional guest when we connected again. I was informing her that I now have 38 guest which she than give me a lecture of how the price will go up. I was confused on why the price will go up since I am paying for all food except for the pull pork which I told her not to buy any more. 2 days goes by and I still did not received the invoice. I had to ask again for it. I then received it 3 hours later on the 3rd attempt of receiving the invoice. Then I was able to see how she was charging me. I then noticed she was charging for every guest even though I am already paying $1200 to use the pool and yard and on top of that she added $400 for tip. Which I don't understand because she is not doing a full catering service. Becky did not want to set a time where we could negotiate a price and told she was busy at the time I requested. She did not offer another time to talk. She also told me on how I have been given perks with my stay already. Because of this display of unprofessionalism, I decided not to host my event there, and did not want to stay in the suite anymore. I did not ask for a refund for the suite because I am aware of the vrbo rules. So I still payed for the suite. I also felt like Becky withheld the invoice from me to put me in a situation where I would have no choice to pay up or cancelled the event. I was already seeing red flags and had a back up plan for my party. Which I am happy to say it went very well at another location with no stress and it cost me $1050 for everything. Overall I'd say yes to suite and no to events.

We found a perfect place to stay while we were doing some home renovations. It was updated, clean, provided everything including laundry, and fit our family of four perfectly. And Ross and Becky are honestly amazing hosts!
