Me gustó todo de este apartamento. Las habitaciones, camas muy cómodas, baño limpio, en general muy amplio y todo limpio y ordenado. Contaba con secador, plancha, microondas, horno… todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia excepcional

Ubicación excelente, cómodo, limpio, cocina equipada para hacer desayunos y cenas. Nuestro apartamento era el 3C y veíamos la plaza de la catedral un poco, es distraído ver pasar a la gente. Zona de bares y tiendas justo al lado.
El sofá es un poco incómodo, pero si vas a estar poco tiempo en el apartamento no es relevante. Nos saltó varias veces el térmico debido al tostador.

Appartamento spazioso in posizione centralissima. A piedi è possibile raggiungere sia il centro storico sia la zona dello shopping.
Se si arriva con l'auto è possibile parcheggiare a pagamento in un garage a 100 mt. dalla struttura; altrimenti, girando un po', è possibile trovare posto nelle strade adiacenti la zona pedonale. Dotato di tutti i servizi, ha una cucina ampia con lavastoviglie. Tutte le camere sono con finestra bagno escluso. Il personale dell'hotel Espana, che si occupa dell'accoglienza e dove si effettua il check-in, è gentile e disponibile.
L'areatore (aspiratore) del bagno era guasto

The location was great, right in the downtown. Really close to lots of places to eat. The place was modern, clean and comfortable.
It’s hard to get your suitcases to the apartment because it is located on a pedestrian only street and you can’t drive your car to the entrance to unload.

Really well equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment in the heart of town. Easy to park outside the check-in location and take luggage to the apartment before returning to park the car.
The car park spaces are really tight, so it's a bit of an ordeal.

There was not a breakfast.
The supplies for the clothes washer and dishwasher were stingy. There were no basics like Kleenex or salt and pepper in the kitchen. Appliances were hard to operate.

Wonderful location, about 100m from the cathedral, and there's a parking garage (with discount) at 200m. The apartment is fairly spacious, and has all conveniences. No balcony (but we knew that), but lots of windows, and all open to inner courtyards (so you're somewhat isolated from the street buzz).
Furnishing was a bit on the sterile side, not much character. But everything was functional.

Clean, comfortable, equipped, location, it was a very nice stay there.
Not sure something can be done about it: apartments were in the same street as the San Mateos public bathrooms. The noise/smell/dirtiness was beyond tolerable. If I knew in advance I would not have stayed there *those* nights. But the rest of the year I’m sure its marvelous. We loved it and we will come back.

There was not an electrical coffee maker or an electrical kettle. We were 6 and we just had an italian coffee maker fir 2 people.
The receptionist of the Gran Hotel España suggested that we should use a pot to boil the water instead 😡😡

great location and the apartment had everything we needed for a family with two young kids. the staff at check in were lovely and very helpful
There was a lingering smell of stale cigarettes in the apartment. Also it had the smallest shower ever, which leaked water onto the bathroom floor

This was a super easy place to check in to. We were greeted by a very charming bellman who helped bring our bags to the third floor. We took the elevator and he ran the stairs, he beat us up there. He was very funny and helpful. The offsite parking was very easy to find and discounted.

Great location.
It smelled of cigarettes, we opened all the windows and the smell never went away, it was impregnated even on the pillows. Courtyard view is just a dark view to a bunch of ugly windows.
