Ann and Michael are wonderful hosts. From the welcome basket when you arrive, to fresh towels & sheets in every room, to a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room, they have truly created a vacation home that makes it really feel like a vacation - even for us Moms! The house is beautiful and has a lovely deck that overlooks the water. Quick jaunt to the beach and town. Awesome kids’ bunk room with two sets of bunk beds - the kids loved it so much they put themselves to bed! We have been going to Falmouth since we were kids, we owned a home in Falmouth for several years, and we have stayed in countless houses - this one is our new favorite. Thanks Ann & Mike for a wonderful week!

This was our second year in a row staying the same week, (Father’s Day weekend/week). Once again the weather was great and the venue was fantastic. The house is in a great location and well equipped with just about everything you need and more. Mike is very attentive and available whenever you need. We had the pleasure of meeting Mike this year and he is exactly what you would expect, friendly and attentive to making sure you are enjoying your stay.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The hosts, Mike & Ann, were great. . . Very welcoming & attentive. This beautiful home was as advertised plus. . . Very clean, well stocked, in a great location on the pond and within walking distance to the beach & downtown. We would not hesitate to return to this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ home.

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The tranquility of the pond was very relaxing and made for some nice evenings on the deck. The location is amazing with easy access to downtown Falmouth, great dining, and the beaches. The owners were accommodating and helpful every step of the way which made the experience very enjoyable. Can't say enough about this home and owners. Amazing and hope to stay here again soon.

Our stay at Mike and Ann’s property was excellent. The location is quiet, close to everything and the patio view is wonderful! The bird life, especially the swans, are spectacular. This home is perfectly appointed, organized and provides a perfect lay out for multi gen family gathering. Thank you Mike and Ann for a wonderful vacation rental!

My family of five (& or goldendoodle) had the pleasure of staying in the absolutely gorgeous home for a week. The location is wonderful, quiet but close to everything, and the home is even more lovely than the pictures show. We were sad to leave and hope to return!

This is a fantastic place to get away with your family. We went with our 3 older teens and had a great time. House is very clean and close to so many fun activities! The view out the back is breathtaking!

We had a fantastic week enjoying this beautiful home, location and views from the back deck. This property felt like home the moment we walked in making for the perfect relaxing week. Michael was very responsive and great to work with and have already booked the same week next year.

We just loved everything about this recently renovated, beautifully-appointed home! The location was perfect (close to town) and the living arrangements were ideal for us (four adults). It was a work/stay for us, but we all enjoyed the outdoor patio overlooking the lake each evening. There was plenty of room to be together and enough space to be apart, as well. I wish we could give it more than five stars!

The waterfront patio was a great place to sit in the mornings and evenings. Beautiful home and layout. One of my favorite parts was the fenced in back yard, which is great for children and pets.

Our family enjoyed this completely remodeled house on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. The best part for us was the home 's water view, so beautiful and serene. Good times!

We wanted a quite week away and this was a perfect location for that right on Little Pond. We have stayed at a bed and breakfast before in Falmouth, but this time staying the week we wanted to rent a house. We couldn’t have been happier with everything.

We stayed at this gem of a location in summer 2019 and returned for Thanksgiving in 2021. Recently the house has received a complete renovation which was a wonderful surprise— added space, added bathrooms, contemporary kitchen. It’s lovely! Mike was easy to work with and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to try the new outdoor shower in warmer weather!

From the time we checked in to the time we left we loved everything! Being on the pond made paddle boarding perfect! It is also close to the beaches and the town. We would highly recommend this house.

Mike and Ann’s property is a gem on Falmouth Heights. Beautiful home, great location, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets on the deck overlooking little pond. Owners are readily available and very helpful.

Great location with deck overlooking pond. Loved ducks & swans. Comfy house equipped with everything you need. Very accommodating, responsive owners. Especially appreciate “dog friendly”. Definitely a winner.

A wonderful location overlooking Little Pond, and a short walk to beaches, ferry, and restaurants. We spent mornings kayaking on the pond, afternoons at the beach, and evenings hanging out on the large deck with a great view and comfortable seating. Michael is very attentive and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely rent again if we get back to Falmouth.

This property is understated in its pictures. The deck, the wildlife, location is just perfect. Morning coffee for the sunrise. Grass space for lawn games. Entertainment provided by the osprey after the fish and ducks!

This house is in a great location. Very close to beaches, restaurants and shopping but also very quiet. It has a great water view and a fenced in yard for a dog.

The location was great, we had a great time and Mike was a pleasure to work with, everything was seamless and as advertised. We'd definitely stay again!

The view from the porch is so relaxing!! This home is very well maintained and conveniently located. We were able to walk to Falmouth Heights beach to watch the fireworks on July 4th.....some of the best fireworks we have ever seen!!

We loved our stay at this house. The location was beautiful right at the edge of a lake, just a few blocks from a sandy ocean beach. The house was well kept, clean and offered everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
