Owner was responsive and helpful. Easy check-in process. Property was clean and conveniently located close to our house for family to stay for our daughter’s wedding. Only drawback was that steps to 2nd Fl bedrooms were steep for my in-laws. Would highly recommend.

Lots of beds, great location to both downtown Boston/the T and suburban areas. Backyard with kid playground equipment. Owner responds quickly to any question. We definitely will be back!

The owner was awesome, very responsive and accommodating. The house was cozy but very clean, inviting and comfortable. It was also extremely helpful that it was pet friendly so we could bring our pups. I recommend!

We had a great time visiting family. We had 5 adults and 2 teenagers for our stay. We had plenty of room and location was convenient to Boston. My family would stay at this location again. Excellent communication from the owner and everything was ready for us upon arrival!

We had 6 adults stay here as our choice of lodging for a patriots game. Host was excellent, even gave us a case of water to stay hydrated! Place was very clean. Check in and out was great. Great privacy. Will definitely stay again if opportunity presents itself.

This was an amazing house to stay in with my bridesmaids the week of the wedding. Clean, well furnished and well stocked, beautiful…what more can you want? The beds were comfy, the hot water held up (only one shower but we worked it out well!) the parking was nice and spacious. Gorgeous neighborhood, quiet, scenic.

The owners are awesome. House was clean and had plenty of sleeping. We rented it for my daughters wedding. Steve allowed us to let the bridesmaids have their hair done at the house. We enjoyed our stay. There was 6 of us! Thank you for being so flexible with us!

This home worked great for our family of five. Easy commute between Milton and Boston for moving our daughter into college. Steven was always quick to respond about everything from checking in to locating supplies. Good sized rooms, lots of towels, great ac for the summer, fairly well stocked kitchen, great local restaurants, safe neighborhood-we will definitely book here again. *please note, the stairs are very steep, think navy ship/old school architecture. This is not a place to rent if mobility issues are a concern. They were not for us and the house worked really well.

Beautiful home and extremely clean. The house is decorated beautifully, has very comfortable spaces and even a cute porch to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The parking in the back is very convenient. My family and I were very pleased.

We were very impressed with Steven's house although there is one important change to note in the listing. With the recent remodel the 3rd floor rooms now do not go through the king room, but have their own access! As others have mentioned the house holds everyone comfortably - we had 7 with 2 teenagers and never felt any area was cramped unless every single person was trying to use the kitchen at once (and it should feel cramped at that point!) The house was well-stocked with all the amenities we could want to either cook at home or go out. All the bedrooms were comfortable with some variety in the mattresses from soft to firm which allowed family to test and find the bed that worked best for them. The mini split heat/AC in each room made it a breeze for everyone to sleep comfortably in what they are used to and kept the entire house at a nice average. The porch and outdoor areas gave us a nice place to hang out and we would have utilized them more if we hadn't had so many thunderstorms this week. We had one issue with the shower which popped up on the morning of the 4th of July . The owner addressed things as best as possible on the holiday which made it usable and had a plumber in the very next day. This was huge. No house is every perfect 100% of the time and the speed the owner addressed things is outstanding. We would happily stay here again, or at any place the owner had. It is obvious he cares about his guests and in chatting with hip when I met him in the driveway is simply a kind human being. Thanks again!

All the special touches of home, fresh flowers on the table, lap blankets in the living room, super stocked kitchen including selection of Keurig pods, super comfortable beds, great place, quick and easy communications with owner. We would definitely stay again.

This is an older house that has been updated to meet modern style and comforts. We did not expect the steep steps but for adults or older kids these would not be an issue at all, our 5yo and 2yo had some issues but we just carried them when we need to. This house easily slept 7 adults and 3 small kids, without anyone couch surfing! I would say with 6 beds double or larger this house could easily house groups of 12!! The bathroom and kitchen were very nice and the owner left lots of soap and coffee for us! We had everything we needed for a good family reunion. Parking was good with 3 spots open for us,and even though the other half of the duplex is occupied you would have never known.

We were in Boston to watch the Marathon and enjoyed our stay in Milton. While the home is about a mile from the trolley station which connects to the main transit system, we used Uber on a regular basis to get to the transit station. Cost was less than $10 for 4 people. Also, had a rental car which was helpful in getting our runner to the start line and other trips when all 6 of our party went somewhere. There is also off street parking available for up to 3 cars, although it could be a little crowded. We really enjoyed the house. Kitchen was really nice as was the bathroom. The nice kitchen allowed us to make some meals at home, which of course saves some money compared to eating all meals at a restaurant. It's an older home that Steve the owner has remodeled. The home is a duplex and Steve lives on the other side. He happened to stop by as we were arriving and explained the layout of the home and what was available both in the home and nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Steve explained he was available to help in any way but left us to enjoy the home. Steve was rightly proud of his home and we found it more than met our needs! We recommend this home for a visit to the Boston area.

great home from home, we were a group of 7 and had loads of space. Very clean and well presented, amazing nights sleep only issue is something we were already aware of is that there is only 1 bathroom but we made it work.

The house was clean and for the most part up-to-date. I believe the owner (Steve) is still in the process of renovating. When we go to Boston we enjoy staying in the outlaying areas. My bed was super comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful. The only negative thing about the house.. was the home can sleep at least 6, but there is only 1 bathroom.
