Esta casa tiene 4 dormitorios, sala de estar, comedor, sala de recreo, 3 baños completos y 1 1/2 baño. El tercer nivel consta de tres dormitorios, lavadero, baño completo y zona de estar abierta. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen y en suite, segundo dormitorio tiene cama de matrimonio y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Los tres dormitorios contienen muebles nuevos y colchones. El nivel principal se compone de sala de estar con vista de campo abierto hermoso, nuevo 60 "tv (Netflix), 1/2 baño, cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de robo de acero inoxidable, comedor con puerta corredera al patio que contiene barbacoa y asientos. Nivel inferior cuenta con una sala de rec con muebles nuevos y 60 "tv, dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y baño completo. Ideal para familias que buscan un espacio privado para los niños mayores o la vida independiente para la segunda familia. La propiedad está ubicada en una ubicación céntrica, a pocos minutos del centro histórico y de las hermosas playas y campos de golf de PEI.

Anton's house was great for our group of five. Everyone had their own bed and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate. Location was perfect, a short drive anywhere we needed to go. Very happy with Anton as a host. Lovely experience overall!

The house was very clean and showed just like the pictures. Centrally located in Charlottetown to downtown or any excursions you want to take. If we had any questions, Anton was very quick in replying to you. We definitely recommend the spot.

This was an ideal location near Charlottetown within 20 minutes of beaches and other various attractions. Groceries stores within 10 minutes. Anton's place was immaculate, clean, in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Anton was quick to answer any questions I had. It exceeded my expectations. Would definitely go back!!

It was a fantastic first experience with Vrbo! The property owner was great to communicate with. The house was new and extremely clean. Location was great. Seemed to be only 5-10 minutes from everything in Charlottetown. Only 10 min from airport. Only negative comments I would make is the master bedroom bed dipped badly in the middle. All other beds were great.

Anton's place was exactly as described. We enjoyed our 5 nights while our foursome played different golf courses in the area.
The place was clean and comfortable, and Anton was very responsive to our questions.
One of our group left a jacket behind, which Anton kindly dropped off for us at another Charlottetown location.
We would definitely stay at this house again.

Little noisy at times with the neighbour's being so close in the back and the construction going on out back and in front.

We not informed that since booking new houses were being built behind the house obstructing the view shown in the original ad, it would better to know that carpenters would be start work at 730am. Small things were missed /overlooked by the cleaners. On the most part our time was enjoyable.

Great place
Great place to stay was centrally located. Beds comfortable. Everything we needed. There was 8 of us so could of used a couple folding chairs in the dinning room but would highly recommend. Even survived the tropical storm.

Great holiday home away from home
Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to beaches, parks, Charlottetown and restaurants. We had children ages 3 and 6 and they enjoyed the location as much as the adults.

Perfect!
We were a group of 8 ladies plus a 6 month old baby. This property was conveniently located for us to use as a home base to explore PEI. The many bedrooms and levels allowed us plenty of privacy and the spacious kitchen, dining and living area provided a great space to gather together. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Communication with the owner was prompt, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Clean and modern
This was our first VRBO rental in PEI. This house was clean, very well equipped, with all the amenities that made our vacation enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. The only small nuisance were the fruit flies in September in PEI. Trash and compost are not picked up often enough. Not the owners fault, it's the town's. The owner Anton responded to our texts regarding any questions or concerns very quickly. We would not hesitate to rent from him again.

Modern, stylish, comfortable
This was an excellent base for discovering PEI. The location was close enough to downtown while still offering easy access to highway driving. Beds were comfortable and the setting was quiet. Our experience was totally positive.

Property was close to lovely walking trail and close to airport - very convenient. Not noisy location and owners were excellent to work with. Well worth the trip!
