The house was very clean and nothing is missing. Many activities are offered on site. Despite the bad weather, we had an exceptional weekend. The house manager responded promptly to all our requests. For about thirty years, we have renting a house for the Columbus weekend, and this house is certainly one of the most appreciated by our group. I highly recommend it.

The mini golf is incredible. The yard is incredible. the basketball court is incredible. The basement games are great. Everything about the house is top notch. We unfortunately hit the weekend of the Lake George Car Show which brought in an interesting crowd and little to no access to Ubers so that was hard to navigate, but the house itself is worth every penny.

Had a great time at Gary’s! He went out of his way to accommodate our requests (we enjoyed taking a dunkin’ the pool). Having everything right at the house helped make our stay super relaxing. We didn’t have to get in the car or plan a trip into town for family activities. House was clean, spacious, had anything we needed. We HIGHLY recommend!

House is large and roomy with fun outdoor activities including a full sized pool. There is a nice game room in the basement with laundry setup in basement too. Definitely in a neighborhood setting so if you are looking for water front property this is not it. We had a boat that we took to nearby lakes and that gave us opportunities to fish and to do some tubing. Definitely need to plan to travel to get to a beach if you want water activities as part of your summer vacation with this rental.

We were met by the Property Manager and when he opened the door we said this is the place! Great AC temperature, extremely clean and spacious with a very relaxing vibe. Bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own space. Outside the family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the competition in mini golf was a daily event. Gary extends every courtesy for a wonderful family vacation. I give it 5+++ stars. If I were to find just one thing to change, it would be the heavy garbage can cover in the kitchen! As you can tell, everything else was perfect. Thanks Gary and Jeremy!

My family and I had a great week away at this property! It had everything a family of all ages could need. The outdoor spaces were perfect and the house was super clean with everything we needed. Communication all throughout the process with the property owner was clear and prompt.We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This was our first time renting a home in the Lake George area. We initially chose Garys’ home because of the amenities it had and the stellar reviews. Well let me say, we were not disappointed! Gary was at the house when we arrived and went over everything we needed to know about the house. He is also quickly available for any questions or if anything were to arise. The location in Warrensburg is ideal if you want to be close to Lake George, but not right in all the hustle and bustle. We initially planned to maybe be at the house and little and sleep there. That changed quickly! This is its own retreat. So much to do and so relaxing. You will find yourself staying at the house and enjoying all it has to offer. Our group was smaller and all adults, but the house can easily hold large groups and there is plenty of things to occupy all ages. We definitely will be back ! Thanks Gary for a wonderful and memorable stay in your home!

This house fit our large family perfectly! There were enough bedrooms and full bathrooms to accommodate our large group ranging from ages 3-85! The outdoor space was fully fenced in and the pool had an additional fence. With 5 kids under the age of 9 it was perfect! The game room was a popular hangout for the entire group. The entire house was extremely clean. Had the best week and would recommend this!

Our extended family had a wonderful family weekend at Gary’s well appointed, super clean home. The kids loved the pool, basketball court and mini golf course (what a treat)!!!! Gary was friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend his beautiful home!

This is easily the coolest home I’ve ever rented. My friends and I had an absolute blast bouncing between the basketball court, in-ground pool and 9-hole mini golf course!! It is obvious the owner takes extreme pride in the property. The location was amazing, just a 10 minute drive to downtown Lake George and within walking distance to another smaller lake. Will definitely be renting again in the future!

We've stayed at gary's place 4 times now, and it's always great. So much for everyone to do, we never have to leave the house. House is clean, has a great supply of kitchenware, and space for 4 families (with little kids). We'll be back!

The house was absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for our large group. Gary the owner was extremely friendly and very responsive. He kept the house clean and well stocked with amenities. I highly recommend!!

Our extended family (group of 17) recently stayed here for a weekend to go to the Great Escape Water Park. The house was beyond perfect for our group. Each family had a room that worked perfectly for them and we even had a bedroom to spare. There is plenty of space and seating for all, and the game room had tons to keep the kids (ages 1-7) and adults entertained. Gary was very responsive and proactive in communication. We would absolutely rent this property again. I’d highly recommend a stay at Adirondack Colonial!

Fantastic weekend with a few families and teenager girls. The house fit perfectly for us. Super clean and so much to do. The entire house enjoyed all the activities in the basement. Kids loved the hot tub too. The house is 30 mins from Gore Mountain so it’s a not a terrible ride. We would definitely come back and spend another winter weekend. Thank you!

This is our 2nd Thanksgiving holiday at the Adirondack Colonial and once again everything was perfect!! I don't know who looked forward to this more, the 4 - 7 year olds, or the adults! It was perfect November weather to be able to partake in activities both inside and out. We absolutely love the place and Gary is a wonderful host...he may even add additional bedrooms for our growing family! *wink wink

My family and I stayed at Gary’s amazing home over Columbus Day weekend. There were 15 of us and there was so much space we even had a spare room. We used the game room, hot tub, fire pit, heated pool and games including the mini golf. The grandkids just loved it. Gary is such a pleasant host who made our stay perfect. I’ve been renting for our family long weekends for many years and I have to say this was the best rental yet. Thank you Gary and we hope to see you again!

Our stay was amazing. The house was in a nice location, clean, and well equipped overall. Would recommend to others who are seeking to have a relaxing and fun stay!

We stayed at week with ages 1 - 95. There was plenty of room in the house. The yard is fenced in with the pool having a separate fence with paddock on gate, so we felt very safe and secure with the little ones playing in the yard. The owner, Gary, met us at the house which we felt was very nice and such a personal touch.

We really enjoyed our recent stay. The house has everything you could want or need right on-site. Nobody in our group was ever bored and we could have had a perfectly fun vacation never leaving the house. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, mini golf and game room. Gary was very nice and informative. We will be back!

Your home is amazing! As a group of all ages there was so much to in the house to keep us all busy and happy. The pool was spectacular and we had several mini golf tournaments! Many evenings were spent outside on the deck playing games and having a great time. We would definitely like to go back and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, comfortable, well-maintained property. So much to do right on the premises - even more than we hoped for. Everyone in our group (ages 6-75) hated to leave when the week was up. Gary is a very accessible host and takes great pains to make sure all is well. As they say, "a good time was had by all!"

We rented this house for a big family vacation, 8 adults and 8 kids. We hardly needed to leave the house. Golf, basketball, pool, hot tub. Just perfect. And I can't say enough about how great it was working with Gary. He was extremely helpful, made the whole process easy, and even reached out after our trip having found an item we forgot and mailed it back (refusing to let us pay for the shipping.) Would highly recommend to any family.

This was our third time staying at Gary's place. Always a great time ...super clean , the backyard space is simply amazing, Gary is a super responsive host. We are a group of 10 adults with 9 kids between 5 and 11 and there was plenty of sleeping space, and hangout space, for everyone. Great for family or friend reunions.....we barely left the house!

Property was spotless and well stocked. Amenities made you feel you were staying at a mini resort. Activities available on site allowed for both outdoor and indoor fun for kids and adults. Great location and short drive to Lake George. Gary, the owner, was available and responded immediately if you had any questions. Most definitely would return.

The Adirondack Colonial was an awesome place to stay over a long weekend. My group was a wedding party, and the owner, Gary, does not usually allow these types of group renters. We were lucky he allowed us because we had a great time, and the house met all our needs. The VRBO listing (including all the amenities) at the time of our visit was accurate to a T. The home is very well-kept, has all the kitchen supplies and dishes necessary for a big group, and the activities/amenities of the house were as advertised. Our visit was on a particularly hot weekend in May after moderate temperatures leading up to it, and the owner seemed concerned with the transition from heat to A/C, but the home was very comfortable throughout the entire weekend. We probably used the basement, pool, and hot tub the most. We spent a lot of time on the back deck under the retractable awning, which provided great shade during our stay. The only thing to watch out for is that you can get some leaves from the trees back by the gazebo in the pool if there are strong winds, and we noticed some in the pool towards the end of the weekend. This is not so much a complaint but more of a reminder for people who are not used to outdoor pools. The backyard truly is private, with tall fences going all the way around. We had no issues with any of the neighbors during our weekend. There were plenty of linens and towels for our weekend use, and all of the rooms had updated outlets with USB ports. I had no issues with Wi-Fi connectivity anywhere inside the house, and all of the TVs had options for streaming apps and television stations (we were able to watch an NBA playoff game on TNT). Per the owner, he usually has a binder or folder with paper copy information in the house with instructions about how to use things like A/C, heat, and other house info, but apparently a prior renter had accidentally taken it or damaged it. I think it would have been nice to have more info in paper on-site, but Gary is easy to reach and he gave us a thorough check-in to make sure we knew how to use things or where to find them. We did not need to contact him during our stay, and he gave us check-out instructions before we left. One can tell he knows what he’s doing and cares about making sure the guests have what they need. To summarize, my group had a great time at the house, and I recommend it to any group looking for options to stay in Warrensburg or the Lake George area.
