Ski in / ski out condominio ubicado en Birchwood III. Es una unidad de tierra, y en el edificio ubicado más cerca del sendero y el ascensor. Conveniente ubicación en la ruta del transbordador, y también a una corta distancia a pie de la mayoría de los servicios de montaña, como Shipyard Brew Haus, Sugarloaf Sports & Fitness Center, Base Lodge y Village. Fantastic location, well stocked and comfortable condo with plenty of space for our family of five. We had a great time and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay at Sugarloaf!

We were 2 moms + 6 kids. I was worried we'd be cramped but the bedrooms on the lower level and open set up in the kitchen/living was perfect. Such convenience to the chairlift and the pool!

Good location but a few issues...
construction on the building blocked off parking near the building. luckily we did not move the car or we would not have had a space.
The heating vents were blocked by tarps from construction and snow piled on top. My husband and son dug the vents clear and cut the tarps away from vents.
No CO2 detector in sleeping area- luckily we brought our own.
Overall things worked out and the owner was as helpful as she could be.

This was the perfect place for our family of four for a busy ski race weekend. We enjoyed the sport center pool and ski-in/ski-out and walk to Shipyard Brewhaus was great! Thank you again!!

What a great weekend. The condo was super comfortable; my teen daughter is still raving about how comfortable the bedding is. The condo is super close to the slopes - we even came back for lunch. Excellent location and in great condition. We loved it and plan to return.

Best VRBO stay yet!
We came to Sugarloaf for the ESC downhill bike race and Shannon could not have been more awesome or accommodating, we were able to check in whenever we got there and check out any time, which was so helpful as our departure day was long and it was great to be able to go back after the race and pack up. The condo is so well appointed, everything you could need in the kitchen, laundry, tons of towels, comfortable beds and really comfy furniture, all in a great location. We really appreciated the kindness of our host and will definitely be back!

We rent up at Sugarloaf all the time and Shannon and Tom's place was one of our all time favorites. Can't beat the location (short walk to either mid station lift or sawduster). The place was quite comfortable, clean, and cozy- our boys loved the double bunk beds in their room. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures with bedrooms on a separate floor which we loved. We had the best time and would love to rent here again- didn't want to leave!

Awesome!
Have been coming to sugarloaf to years, but this was really the ideal location, great for kids, well maintained condo that is nicely stocked and clean. We were all sad to leave, my children especially. Thank you for letting us stay.

Perfect Location/UNBELIEVABLE View
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this property. We've skied this mountain for years and are season pass holders. The location really can't be beat. It's close to the trail and base, but has the quiet and peacefulness that we were looking for. The one thing I can't emphasize enough, is how AMAZING the view of the mountain is from the living area.
My only recommendation would be to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. The mattress sinks significantly in the middle which really affected our quality of sleep while we were there.

Cozy and bright!
We stayed for a week with our family of 4. The condo was sunny and bright with many windows. It is walking distance to the closest lift and has a nice view of the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathroom has plenty of large towels. There was plenty of cozy seating for everyone and room for games, puzzles and relaxing.

This was our first time at Sugarloaf. The condo is very cozy and has easy walking access to ski in / out trail nearby. The fitness center is also very close. Everything about our stay and communication w owners / logistics of planning etc was very easy and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect!
Clean and cozy- natural wood finishes tastefully done, comfortable beds. Our kids picked out the house and planned the trip for my wife’s birthday and they did a great job! Skiing was excellent, close walk to lift from condo. Looking forward to coming back!!

Quiet and cozy
It was convenient and cozy. Thank you Shanon for the great communication through the whole process. It was a bit warm in August heat with no ac. We appreciated the flexibilty of adding days due to our son’s tournament. We will be in touch for next year.
Suggestion...a dehumidifier would be beneficial.

Great location and great skiing!
Shannon was responsive in advance of our stay to all our questions. She was nice enough to allow us to get in a little earlier on our arrival day since no one was there the night prior. Stayed 3 nights with my 3 kids. Was joined by my aunt who enjoyed going to the pool at the fitness center while we skied (extra cost but worth it). Place was clean and convenient for us. Perfect for 6 people, which is what we had. Would stay there again.
