Very private 1 bedroom modern flat bordering reserve in very quite cul-de-sac
Este piso está bien equipado y es bastante espacioso. Está limpio y tiene todas las comodidades que necesita.
Hay su propio patio trasero privado con barbacoa.
Camine hasta la playa a través de la reserva en poco más de 5 minutos y aproximadamente 1. 5 a pie hasta el centro comercial de Palm Beach, la biblioteca y Fashion Island. Varios restaurantes en la zona.
Luego está la Taberna Papamoa, que alberga muchos artistas para el entretenimiento.
Bayfair es de aproximadamente 8 a 10 minutos en coche.

We loved our stay at the property. All communication prior to stay was friendly and prompt. There was a heater that was perfect for the chilly evenings, and it was well set-up for self catering. The location was amazing for walking the dog just off the back yard with the reserve so close, and the beach wasn’t too far to walk. We would highly recommend it as a base if you are visiting Papamoa, and we will absolutely be booking again on our next trip down. Sincere thanks to the hosts for creating such a cosy spot!

Loved our stay here, the place has everything you need. Ild stay again and again.
It is connected to the main house, but there is a garage between and you cannot hear a thing, very large and spacious.
Beach is a 10 min walk away. To top it off we got engaged on the beach uring our stay, so we will def be back. Thank you!!

Lovely clean unit, we slept so well in the comfy QS bed, relaxed, went to the beach, and enjoyed recharging our batteries. Diane and Bill are kind and generous hosts.

This lovely accommodation was central to everything yet still quiet & peaceful. Backing onto a reserve meant that a morning walk to the Papamoa Beach was a must.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a escape spot with all amenities.

We had a great time enjoying ourselves - close to shops, restaurants, beach and lovely walks on Reserve! Yet very private and peaceful. The apartment was immaculate. Diane made us feel very welcome and was very helpful.

Very comfortable accommodation in Papamoa, beautiful reserve next door and a short walk to the beach. Shops close by and a short drive to the Mount. Very peaceful. Friendly hosts. Unit very clean and everything you need, warm and cosy. Great shower. Will definitely return.
