Great property! Plenty of room for our family of 6. We neighbors on either side of us but didn’t know it until we saw them outside after a few days. I highly recommend this place!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6 for a baseball tournament. The location was perfect for games in St. George. Easy access to I-15 and all the local attractions. Kelly was very responsive and provided great information to make it a great place to stay!

When we arrived the code to enter had not been sent out. We hoped that instruction would be there, they were not. We did call and get it from host. It took a while. The road that backs to the property is incredibly noisy. Trucks, diesels, jake brakes, etc. When we leave town we look for a quiet rated place to stay. This one definitely was not. It was clean which was a plus.

We brought our 4 kids for a long weekend in St. George and this was a perfect rental for us. It had more than enough space and beds. Everything was very clean. And the master bedroom bed was one of the best I've slept in! I also appreciated non-squeaky ceiling fans, which seems to be common in other rentals. Everything was great, and the owner texted the morning of our check-in so I would have her cell number handy if I needed it. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs each night and they were easy to get into. The kitchen was very well stocked. If I had to leave one complaint it would be that I couldn't find a cutting board, but I could easily work around that. Thanks for letting us borrow your beautiful home!

My family and I came down for soccer tournaments and this property had everything we needed and then some. We loved the cleanliness and modern look of everything! The pools were also nice! I hope we can stay here in again in the near future. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay near Zion Park. The condo was spacious and had all of the amenities that we were looking for including pool, hot tub, ping-pong, grill, smart TVs, etc.. The host was amazing as well answered all of our questions in a really timely manner and even had essentials stocked at the condo.

The home was beautiful and had a space for the teens upstairs so the adults could hang out downstairs. The home was a very comfortable place to stay for the weekend.😊

Kelly was a great hostess. She answered all my questions within 5 minutes which made the stay that much more enjoyable. The condo was wonderful. The only negative was the single-ply toilet papaer. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at multiple VRBO properties in the past— this was one of the best! My wife and our 4 children (ages 9-17) stayed here while we visited Zion for 4 days. The condo was clean, and quiet and very well stocked. Excellent contact with the property manager and the instructions were simple and easy to follow. Very nice setup with upstairs bedrooms and a family room/TV upstairs and a living room/TV downstairs. Kitchen is well stocked with a very large dining table. Having a garage was also very nice and handy. The condo is very spacious, and provides the ability for individuals to find their own quiet places to relax and unwind. This was very important for us as we had driven 14 hours out to Zion in our van, and the kids needed some time for separation from one another! Everything was clean and very well kept. My wife really appreciates the decorations and handy features (e.g. phone charger plugs next to nightstand) throughout the condo The city around the condo has great locations for dining, and shopping. The drive to ZIon is only 40 minutes and very reasonable. You also have very close access to sand hollow state park. We weren’t sure we would be using the pool and hot tub that often, but in turns out, we spent time there every evening! It was a great place to unwind after long days. There are two pools and two hot tubs and plenty of space for everyone in the neighborhood. Everything at the pool was well maintained. I know we picked a great location as the kids said this was the best place we had ever stayed! Thanks so much! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Very clean. Well stocked with everything we needed. Floor plan was perfect for our family of 4. Perfect kitchen table for us to play board games at night. Kelly was great. Easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. Great location between St. George and Zion.

We had a family reunion here. We rented 4 condos and out of all 4, all my family of 28 of us said my condo was the best smelling and nicest. So thank you Kelly. Best host ever. Thanks again for a great place to stay. We will stay here again!!!

Had everything we needed, we had to go back again a month later! Perfect host - no complaints whatsoever.

The place was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and also close to amazing areas to explore. Snow Canyon State Park and the Red Cliffs Recreation area are very close and a must see. We spent one day at Zion which was an easy 45 minute drive from the property. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and enough room for the five of us to spread out. It was nice to have another TV area upstairs. Our young adults enjoyed the pools and hot tubs which were a short walk from the property. The property was very clean . Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to come back again!

The place was clean and well equiped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our three kids. Our kids loved the pools at the clubhouse and the playset nearby. Kelly was great to work with for all aspects of the rental.

We stayed at the condo for a long weekend for my daughter’s birthday. It was roomy with plenty of beds and couches. It was furnished so cute and had so many things a normal home would have that other rentals we have stayed at don’t. The host was so sweet and easy to work with! Anything I needed she was quick to help with. It’s in a great location and has 2 pools and hot tubs which my teenagers loved. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for a girls weekend. It was relaxing at the house and the pool was nice (though it was quite crowded). The neighborhood was close to where we needed to go. Would come back again. I would suggest more towel hooks be added in all the bathrooms. The house can hold 8 people but there’s only room for a couple towels and no wash cloths. So we had to hang them on door knobs or over cabinet doors. Great kitchen to cook in but not enough essential kitchenware. We ended up “gifting” spatulas and pot holders to the house.

We really enjoyed our stay. I prepared a Christmas dinner while we were there and was pleasantly surprised with how well stock the kitchen was. This will definitely be on our list to visit again.

This property is very well appointed and perfectly clean. Our group enjoyed our time there-our only regret is we didn’t get to stay longer! Kelly is so friendly and very accessible/responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Wry clean and comfortable place. Fantastic communication with managers to make sure everything went well. Normally we stay in SH or Santa Clara, but we wanted quicker access to Wire Mesa and Little Creek.

This townhouse was fantastic - stocked with everything needed, very roomy, clean and centrally located to everything. The styrofoam coolers were wonderful to have available so we could take water and food with us. The beds were super comfy and welcoming after long days hiking. The pool/hot tubs were also great after long days. Highly recommend Zion National Park...the Narrows were so much fun! Also recommend the sand dunes at Sand Hollow State Park or anywhere...SO MUCH FUN!!! Kelly was wonderful - responding within minutes! Will stay here again!

The condo was an awesome place to come back to after long days of hiking in Zion. Not a bad drive to/from Zion. Close to shopping. Condo was very comfortable with plenty of room. Will stay again if we are ever in the area!

We enjoyed our home away from home while we were adventuring at Utah's National Parks. This property is not too close but not too far away with access to activities, shopping, and restaurants. Using the pool was a great ending after hot days in the parks. Our kids enjoyed each having their own room and we especially liked the second TV room/living space upstairs. I highly recommend this place. The pool was warm, but cool enough to cool you down. Pioneer Park was awesome and it's free. We were close to Zion and Snow Canyon. 2:20 from Bryce Canyon. Two hours from Vegas. And it's very clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. Great place!

We've rented houses in St. George multiple times and this one did not disappoint. House was clean, as advertised and very well stocked. Pack n play, roll away bed, lots of pillows and blankets as well as the kitchen. Only downside is the clubhouse/workout area has been closed for over a year due to covid.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated, immaculately clean, a well-stocked kitchen and the community pools and hot tubs were fantastic. Communication with the host was easy and convenient. We will back back to stay at this condo again!

A nice stop for a few nights in between traveling back North for the summer. Really pretty condo within a lovely complex. Nicely appointed!

Fun trip, house was close to lots of activities. Kids had a blast at the pool and fishing in the fishing pond.
