This 2 bedroom, one bath condo is super! It’s neat and clean, and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable. It was wonderful to have in-condo laundry!!! The location is perfect for touring southeast Maine. Traffic can get heavy but the condo is well-located and not impacted by vehicle noise. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed the condo, has everything you need for a great stay in Wells. Very close to beaches and good restaurant options in Ogunquit. The condo is a perfect size even for a larger family (we were 6). Very quiet at night. Definitely recommend.

Great location, quick drive to the beach and to Ogunquit downtown area. Communication with Vacasa was super efficient. The condo was great for our family of 6. Pool and clubhouse were a great plus too. Would definitely stay again.

First time at this particular property second time at this overall location. Great spot, clean, great amenities, no complaints. If things were missing the team was responsive. Would go back and stay again.

Modern, new, clean, close to everything you may need. The clubhouse and pool were a good option for the kids to have on overcast days. 5 minute walk to trolley stops. Had everything we needed for a homey stay. Would stay here again.

This was the perfect place for the five of us, the youngest being 15. Nice and bright and very clean. Staff was very helpful. Great location for trips to the beach, boardwalk, York, Ogunquit.
Just a reminder that this is the third floor and the only way there is stairs. We had zero issues - well lit, well maintained - but if you have issues with stairs this may not be the place for you.

Very clean, updated and nice. Pool just outside and walking distance to the ocean. Great location, very close to food and fun. Be sure to try Batson River Brewing, and Food for Thought. Great eating and drinking!

Clean, comfortable and quiet stay in a convenient location to Wells, Ogunquit and Kennybunk 20 minutes up the road. The rain shower plus 2 heads is awesome. The kitchen has pots, pans and utensils for home cooking.
We did not use the community pool but it was open, clean and in use.

Clean, comfortable and quiet stay in a convenient location to Wells, Ogunquit and Kennybunk 20 minutes up the road. The rain shower plus 2 heads is awesome. The kitchen has pots, pans and utensils for home cooking.

I only had one notasion and it was no one's fault. We had a issue with the apt on the top floor.me +my husband we don't do well with top floor,. But I never said anything about it. Nice place.

The location was perfect! The accommodations were great. Enjoyed the stay. Locals are so friendly and helpful with pointing out the best spots to visit. Overall great trip!

Would stay again
It was a bright condo that was clean enough, especially in the important places. Bedding and towels seemed clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very usable and had the supplies we needed. It was cute and comfortable.
A few disappointments…
I didn’t mind that the unit was on the 3rd level, but it wasn’t the best location for my dad. I didn’t see that in the description anywhere. The listing also said it was a short walk to the ocean, but it’s really almost 2 miles to the ocean. That isn’t bad for me, but my parents couldn’t do that (especially both ways). And I wouldn’t want to walk that while schlepping stuff for the day.
There’s only one mirror in the entire unit, which makes it hard for multiple people to get ready at once. A full length mirror near some natural lighting would be a nice addition.
Not all areas of the condo were very clean. It could use a good, thorough dusting between guests and under beds could be cleaner.
I would stay here again, as it was definitely suitable and met our needs.

Super cute on the river
Perfect for our family of 4 adults. Spa like shower with two heads and one rain head. Kitchen stocked with good pots & pans, utensils. Garage parking with extra spot. There are no mirrors outside of the bathroom.

Bay breeze Stay
It was a great unit very clean . It had no closets. The water pressure was horrible. The couch and bed very uncomfortable. It definitely had its positives and negatives. It had all things needed but lacked on comfort and convenience.

Nice condo, a little noisy
The unit was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The sound isolation between units was not good. You could hear the downstairs neighbors TV, people walking and some speaking. Also if the windows were open there was quite a bit of traffic noise. One bedroom didn't have any place to hang clothes and there were no mirrors in the bedrooms.

Lovely apartment
The privacy, was wonderful, apartment clean and updated, comfortable as well. Only thing was outdoor stairs were slippery and not well lit.

We arrived at night and there were no lights to make it easy to find. It snowed while here, the plow arrived late and I had to clear 3 flights of stairs of snow. There was no hot water for showers. I will never stay here again

We stayed 3 days and there was no hot water for showers. The resort was closed, we were the only ones there besides an owner nex door. There was a snow storm, we didn't have a shovel to dig us out, I had to clear 3 flights of stairs with a 3' broom. There was an additional owner fee over the VRBO per night fee plus a resort fee! There was a garage but the key didn't work to open it, maybe it was frozen shut not sure. There were other issues but the no hot water was enough for me to say Never again!

Hope to be back
Great property and perfect for my families needs. All we needed was provided and anything not was a short distance away. Pool was clean and my fish.. I mean kids couldn't get enough (even during a rainy night). Only 3 stars for check in as the office was closed and we never actually met anyone, but everything was provided so probably no need anyway. If I had to give a con, the tv in the bunk bed room is somewhat unwatchable given bed location. Kids had portable dvds anyway, so not a concern to us. Hope to book again next year as we return to Wells.

Loved it
We absolutely loved it here. It was very clean, affordable and convenient to shopping, beach, and restaurants. Bed was a little uncomfortable but my husband and I have very bad backs and I wouldn’t knock the stay for that. We plan on staying again next year-hopefully in the same unit. I can’t give a proper rating to the property manager as we had no dealings with them.
