Owner is Goran. Very efficient and responsive in making booking etc. Very kindly collected us from accommodation in Mlini which was really convenient. Apartment is actually on quay front in Cavtat - wonderfully located. Everything exactly as advertised, very well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and good linen and towels. Can't think of a single thing needed. Next door to good restaurant Posejdon which we used every day -see separate review. Couple of small supermarkets and many restaurants etc adjacent. Visited Dubrovnick by water taxi a couple of times - great way to do it. Goran excellent host - took us on a drive around some local interesting sites and dropped us to airport on leaving (did not seek payment but we did make a contribution) - a very nice man.

Everything, the Apartment is located in the best place in Cavtat, everything is fresh and new in the apartment, and Goran (the owner) is a beautiful human being.

That I couldn't stay longer as we had to go back home. 😒

Wonderful place. Goran is really great host, he took us to the boat to visit surrounding islands close to Cavtat..

From the greeting received at the airport by Goran through to being dropped back off at the airport at the end of our stay everything, and I genuinely mean everything, was 10 out of 10. The host, the level of service, the apartment, the standard of fittings / equipment within the apartment and the location were all magnificent.

There was nothing at all to not like. You would be hard pushed to find a more well appointed / central location in Cavtat.

The best place we have stayed during two weeks of travel. The room was clean, and such nice, that sometimes it was tempting to stay inside and to look through the window at sunset, and they even have Netflix :) The room is very elegant, with modern furniture, you just have everything you need for your stay. The place is also in the best location of the city - just hundred meters from the seaside, near old town, and you even don't have to go the beaches, these simple places to jump in the sea with (free!) sunbeds are just perfect. There are many restaurants nearby, but in the evening it is very quiet. And must mention the owner of the place - he was very welcoming, drove us to the airport, and took to the boat tour, it was excellent. Hope to return to his place someday.

Excellent location with beautiful view of the harbor. Small but comfortable apartment. Several restaurants accessible just outside the front entrance. Beautiful town.

We loved our stay in this apartment. It is in the best location right in the heart of everything. You just walk out the door and are right beside the restaurants, shop, bank etc. Lots of places to sunbath and swim in the crystal clear water of Cavtat. Close by to the walks around the coast too. The view from apartment is also incredible, I loved looking out in the evening at people in the restaurants and the hustle and bustle. Our host Goran was a true gentleman, he couldn't have been more helpful, he picked us up from the airport and brought us back free of charge. If we had any problem or question he was there in no time. He also brought us out for a lovely drive to see parts of Cavtat that we never would have see. One day he brought us out on his boat to amazing swimming spots around cavtat, we loved every minute. He is a pleasure to be around and is not obtrusive in any way, very laid back man. Thank you Goran, we will be back, cavtat is one of our favorite places to visit and your spotless comfortable apartment 😁

The host Goran is a great guy, very friendly, kind and makes you feel very welcome. He took us to see the region of Konavle at his iniciative which was great, with the fort castle of Sokol and the restaurant on the river. The apartment is one of the best we stayed in, clean, spaceous, has Netflix, WiFi, well equipped kitchen with a washing machine... The appartment is right in the center of the cute town of Cavtat, on the water and you can hear the waves in the night plus enjoy a magical sunset while having your dinner. We stayed in Dubrovnik 5* star hotels many times before and always wanted to take vacation in Cavtat. It has a charming vibe and it is also a great location to explore Dubrovnik Riviera. We went to the Elaphiti islands one day, to Dubrovnik old town, to Konavle region (with good flat biking trails) and overall enjoyed our vacation. We highly recommend Pasara centrally located apartment and Goran as your lovely host. NB: free parking for your car is a nice bonus

The apartment is in an ideal location with a lovely view and is of a very high standard. Goran was very friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. He took us to and from the airport.
