Luxury West Coast 3 Bed Apartment with Private Pool and Path to Beach

Situado en el desarrollo Summerland lo largo de la costa oeste de Barbados, 'perla esmeralda' es el único apartamento de 3 dormitorios que tiene su propia piscina privada en esta encantadora desarrollo. Este apartamento de lujo cuenta con mobiliario de alta calidad en todo, suelos de mármol, una cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, nevera americana / congelador y encimeras de granito. Hay televisión por satélite, Soporte para iPod / reproductor de CD y conexión Wi Fi ADSL. Apartamento Gestión y ama de casa: Nuestros agentes de gestión son muy fiables y bien establecida en la isla. El administrador de la villa es siempre localizable si hay cualquier duda o problema. Nuestra ama amable y servicial también está en manos de seis mañanas por semana y siempre puede ayudar con el día a día las consultas. Ella va a hacer las camas y cambiar las toallas todos los días, cambiar la ropa de cama cuando sea necesario. Lavandería Personal es por acuerdo con ella y depende de tiempo disponible.

About 25 min from airport, across the street From the ocean. Solidly built so really didn’t hear the above neighbours. Fully cleaned daily by charming house staff. Found restaurants quite expensive locally (very easy to spend 100 bd per person) however there was a local market within a five min walk and a Costco not a far drive. Being a Canadian driving was a bit challenging as there’s double laned roundabouts everywhere and traffic is going in the other direction along with narrow roads. Scuba was very good. Golfing was excellent (but expensive!). Overall sad to leave and hopefully will be back!

Louise's property is exactly as advertised. Well furnished and well equipped. The property gives you the best of both worlds, you have your own back yard with a mini pool, access to the complex pool and within a very short walk access to a nice beach and ocean. Denise the house keeper is delightful. Good location however having a car opens up the entire island. Would highly recommend. We look forward to returning someday.

Beautiful, spacious and luxuriously furnished apartment. The pool area is lovely, the photos although good, still don't do it justice. The bedrooms have comfy beds and good air conditioning. The kitchen is remarkably well equipped with dishwasher and American style fridge (with ice maker) to mention a few items. During our stay we made good use of the BBQ on the patio area. Fish was the main offering, sourced from the Paynes Bay roadside fishmonger (Melissa). The jewel in the crown is the very lovely Denise, housekeeper for our stay. Typical amazing Bajan welcome and warmth. Denise would visit 6 days per week, clean, tidy, chat - just a lovely person. An individual side gate gives access to the main pedestrian gate and a 2 minute walk puts you directly on the lovely beach. Turning right and walking 10-15 mins brings you to yet another fine swimming bay outside the Bikini Beach bar - the best rum punch, especially at happy hour (5-6pm)!! Finally, thanks to Louise, the owner. Brilliant communicator throughout. We will be back!

We had a wonderful visit to the island and were shown around by a dear Barbadian friend. The villa was perfectly appointed with two bedroom wings separated by living space and all spaces accessible to lovely covered patio and beautiful pool. Denise, the housekeeper was so nice, friendly and helpful. The only potential drawback could be that the villa was not located within walking distance to all the many shops and restaurants. This was not an issue for us for staying in the perfect villa made up for that.

Lovely spacious villa which was tastefully decorated. We were well looked after by Denise. Located just across the road from beach but found the road was very noisy. Had a few communication problems with the agent but found the property owner very helpful.

Our family just returned from two weeks in Barbados and we couldn’t be happier. Emerald Pearl is a beautiful, well-equipped apartment in one of the best areas of Barbados. We frequently used the transit system to go up and down the west coast, but loved having Jordan’s close by, and walked to the fish market on several occasions. Our children spent hours in the private pool which is large and beautiful. Louise was very helpful and communicative leading up to our trip. As others have mentioned here, Denise is a truly wonderful person who made a great stay even better. We’ll happily recommend this property to our friends and hope to be back soon!
