My family and I had an awesome time. It is SO much bigger than what is shown in the photos. You will never find a more responsive host. Pool was amazing. Location was amazing. They even had wine, chocolates and music upon your arrival. I will definitely be staying again

The location is perfect when looking to day-trip around the west coast, and the house itself sets a very relaxing environment with little distraction if you stay in.

This property was great for us. The quiet neighborhood was perfect and the pool and spa allowed us to relax and not feel like we had to run around to find something to do. Einav was always quick to respond to any question and had the spa ready for the times we requested.

Enav and Rohnen are great People and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent would stay here again.

The house was great with a very large open family room/kitchen. The pool and hot tub was perfect and really made our trip. You could not ask for a more responsive property manager. Having 2 master bedrooms was great.

Spacious home, needs few improvments, very nice and quick responding property manager/owner. jacuzzi time controlled by owner, there are cameras outside (front door and pool deck).

Beautiful neighborhood and about 45min from all attractions ( Tampa, St Pete, Anna Marie...ect) Spacious home for 5 adults and 4 kids. The pool was great and it was worth the extra cost to heat it. Home had most everything we needed with a few exceptions but overall we had a wonderful time!

Great experience renting this house

This property is beyond beautiful and gave us exactly what we needed for our last minute family get away. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable I could barely get out of bed in the morning lol. The house is even more beautiful in person. The hosts were attentive and had everything we needed. I love the fact that there were tons of towels and wash clothes in their properly you can tell everything is being cleaned thoroughly. This home is perfect for a family getaway and perfect for double dating or adult time alone etc. We will definitely be sure to book again

Lovely Home with tons of space, great location

First of all, the property itself was beautiful. The owner was very communicative, which I was very pleased with. They were in contact with us the whole time. You are provided with all the amenities that were listed. Will definitely book with them again!

We had a blast!! Location was great and property manager was very responsive to any requests or questions we had. The pool and hot tub were great to wind down after a long day at the beach or amusement park.

We enjoyed our stay. We had three families staying at the house and there was plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the pool area. Very good communication & nice to work with.

We were there on a girls weekend and we could not have been more pleased with the property. We had one issue with the propane tank for the gas grill, but I was able to talk to the owner who was able to get us a full propane tank right away. The house is amazing! The management/owner went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy!

This place was quite a treat and the owner SO responsive with everything we needed! Upon arrival he gave us some great area recommendations and they spot on. The pool was perfect and place clean upon arrival. Definitely wanting to go back and stay at one of his other properties in the nearby area :)

This pictures in the review don’t give justice to the property. The property was very spacious and clean. The owner and property manager stayed in contact to see if we needed anything and always answered any questions quickly. I would definitely revisit this property again! Really enjoyed our stay here! The owner was super friendly we never met due to COVID but he communicated through text which I would prefer! He would get back to me in less than a minute. If we come to visit Tampa again I know I will stay here!

A beautiful home that met all of our accommodations and some. Extremely personable owners and almost flexible. We cannot rave enough about this home.

Our Apollo beach family getaway was a great experience at 930 Bunker. Due to the pandemic we knew our family needed a getaway but we’re also concerned because we were weary of traveling to the beach during the pandemic. Choosing a vacation rental close enough to the beach to enjoy while remaining affordable and keeping in mind our safety were all important to us. Apollo Beach served as the perfect place we could do all those things. The property owner and manager were in contact with us through out the whole trip. They understood our needs and concerns and were responsive to any questions we had. They even came by to greet us to give us the 411 on the neighborhood . It made us feel comfortable enough to enjoy our vacation in the safety of our temporary vacation home. The home was clean and close to the beach. The pool was so much fun which was really important to us since we knew some of our days would be primarily in the home due to community pandemic concerns. It was cozy enough for us all together yet social distance. It was just a pleasure during a stressful time. Thanks Ron and David we will be back!

This property had a fantastic kitchen and comfortable beds. Over all cleanliness was great both inside and outside of house. It was in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to family that we visited in Tampa and Sarasota. Great golf courses nearby. Cypress Creek was a favorite for my husband and sons. The only down fall of this property is that it doesn't offer cable TV. It has a Sling/streaming app. which doesn't offer all regular networks. Also very hard to channel surf and at times the TV would just shut off during a program. Hopefully the owners will consider up grading to cable for future guests. The house manager, David, was outstanding with service and questions.

This house was perfect for our stay! The open floor plan was amazing and great for a group, as well as the multiple large dining areas and the pool was an excellent space to relax by as well. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable although some of the footrests didn't seem to work on the recliners but oh well, wasn't a big deal, not to us anyway. Had an issue with the TV as well but again wasn't there for that either. Honestly didn't mind not having the TV at all actually, we were on vacation, so we listened to music, talked, went in pool/hot tub and played games instead. I found the house was clean and supplied us with pretty much everything needed including plenty of dishes, pans, cooking utensils, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. However, I think there could be a better online description of the kitchen items like some of the appliances as I wished I had known there was an Instant Pot! There could also be a better selection of large serving bowls/serving platters for large groups of people but we made due with what was there anyway which was enough and all worked out fine. Would definitely stay here again as it's a wonderful home and we were all very pleased with our stay. Mostly appreciated was how the homeowner answered all my messages and right away too! He was very accommodating which was greatly appreciated and to me very important!

There were a few things like the shower not draining and the fan not working in the master but that was all fixed asap! The property manger was so easy to contact and replied so quickly. He took care of everything! Location was hard to get an Uber sometimes but really pretty place and house.

Property was clean and well stocked with amenities.

The place was gorgeous and extremely spacious! Everything worked out great, the only small issue would be the laundry. We didn't expect a coin operated machine until we booked the place, but the real issue was that the dryer did not work properly and we had wasted money drying clothes. After the 2nd try, we had to find a laundromat to finish the load. Other than that, everything went well and it was a great stay.

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures.. the driveway was huge, we could fit 3 big trucks side by side. The pool was clean and fun for all the kids to play in. Definitely a great experience and would stay again.

No trash cans in the rooms, only in toilets, and 1 in kitchen. No TVs in bedrooms, only in Master bdrm & Living rm. TVs broke down Everyday except the last 2 dys. No-Cable at all. 7 or 8 steps to enter the home that's NOT shown or mentioned! No access to Garages, Not mentioned in discriptions. No night tables or anything to put anything in any bedrms except the master bdrm. No lamps in any rooms, only over-head bright lighting without dimmers, Only 1 towel rack in the Main bathrm, but NO-HOOKS to hang anything else. No towel racks or counter space in the 2nd Pvt Bdrm. The main bthrm had no shower liner & No anti-slip mat in tub. The shower handle came off after 3 days and NEVER Fixed. The shower hooks and curtain were OLD & kept falling off the rod, and the show Rod was crooked and broken on one end, and looked like its been there for 15 years or more, and the same for the toilet seat! The entrance has a 8 ft palm bush that blocked the pathway, and had to be cut by request so my family wouldn't get soaked after it rained. You need a Machete and a jungle guide to get through the forest to get to the trash cans around the rightside of the house. The most dangerous thing was the Electrical box near the pool machinery was left open during a lightening storm. No toaster, and the 1 I did find, had a fraid cord that the owner said he would replace but never did! The master bdrm had a blind missing so everyone in the pool area could look into my Mom bedrm especially at night. There was a Dirty comforter folded neatly in 1 of the kids room. No towels and face cloths available beyond for2 people in the main btrm, but NO-FACE cloths. No dresser or chest of draws ANYWHERE to place anything on, only 2 night tables in each PVT bdrms, but NO lamps! The basic structure and layout of the home was impressive, but was horribly contradicted by endless example of CHEAP or Substandard peripheral aminaties like no trash cans or bedside lamps and night stands in critical places. There was NO Consistency or attention details or quality in silly places. Example, the main that serviced 7 people had a trash can half the size of a water pitcher, and use a PUBLIX's plastic shopping bag as a liner, and that was too big for the trash can. Just an overall CHEAP, LOW BUDGET operation from head to toe! Very unprofessional & Embarracingly maintained home. Even the can opener was broken, so we couldn't make Tuna-Salad with out going to the dollar store.

This house was everything we needed it to be for our family vacation - the space both indoor and out was fantastic. The deal breaker? You have to pay $4.50 to wash ONE load of clothes. So, once we went through TWO roles of quarters, I had to take a full afternoon from my precious vacation days TO DO LAUNDRY. For me, that is unacceptable.
