House was very clean and made us feel right at home. Close to the Naval Academy and host communicated great.

This home was awesome. Absolutely no regrets.
The host left a detail binder with information on operating procedures for appliances and TVs. All the bedrooms were immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked not only with dishes and pan, but all types of supplies for cooking. The yard was manicured and outdoor games were available. Also dodo and indoor games as well. The gracious host also left a welcome basket.

My cousin was married the weekend after 4th of July. My extended family was coming from different directions to join in the celebration. This property was perfect and didn’t disappoint at all.
We had plenty of bed and bathrooms to support the 10 of us and provided plenty of areas, both inside and out, for us to gather and catch up. We also had room for local relatives to stop over and visit before and after the ceremony.
We especially appreciated a separate small frig for beverages, the bathroom supplies provided and other small incidentals that we didn’t have to bother bringing. While we didn’t do a great deal of cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils and pots and pans.
The hosts raised 6 children in their home so it’s obvious they understand what a large group needs and how to make their home enjoyable for all.

We highly recommend this home. It was clean, well appointed, and convenient to DTA and the Academy. The proximity to the stadium and USNA made it easy to walk to commissioining week events and enjoy Annapolis. Beautiful/quiet neighborhood, beautiful historic home, and attentive owners. we'd give it more than 5 stars if we could.

This is ideally located for USNA reunions. Walkable to stadium, downtown Annapolis and academy grounds. Quiet neighborhood and lots of common area space for a large group. Second stay in 5 years and still loved it!

We had a total of 5 couples (10 people) who were all there for a 50 year reunion at the Academy. The place was close to the Westin and the stadium. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything and more!! THANK YOU!!

this house is gorgeous and well designed, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for our large family group. the hosts offered a spirit of generosity that was felt throughout our stay. very quiet neighborhood, with lots of trees and fireflies!

Everything about Denise's property was perfect for my large family to stay together while we were in town for my nephew's wedding. It was home away from home for sure and Denise was so helpful.

This beautiful, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood was the absolute perfect place for our large family! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals comfortably. Plenty of space to chill individually or as a group. Enormous backyard for relaxing, playing and eating. Swing on the wrap-around porch was my happy place. Hosts were accessible and great communicators throughout the process. Perfect location for access to football stadium and downtown Annapolis without having to fight traffic. Didn't want our time to end and look forward to renting again!

This was the perfect property for our reunion. The house was spotless and so well equipped for dinners at home for a large group. Everything in the house is labeled and/or instructions provided on how to use various appliances. This was so nice. No mysteries. All the beds were very comfortable. The back deck was wonderful for hanging out together. We walked into town several times and it was not too far. There is also an off-road trial nearby to walk and run.

This beautiful large home was an outstanding rental choice for our USNA 45th reunion. As the guy responsible for booking a house for 7 old cantankerous grads, I was the hero! Awesome kitchen, huge deck and great indoor tables to gather and swap sea stories and tall tales. Easy walking distance to the stadium. Quiet neighborhood. We’ll be back for our 50th and I can’t imagine finding a better home in which to gather. Hope it’ll be available…..!

Well equipped home and within walking distance (.7 mile) to Navy Marine Memorial Stadium. Denise (owner)is great and quickly responds to any issues. So much nicer than staying in a hotel!

Overall a very large home with a good location right off of West St. in general it met expectations but there were a few surprises. The front door was covered by a curtain making it hard to admit visitors who did not know about entering through the side door. In addition most windows had the curtains shut which kept the home dark. We understand the need to reduce heat load in the summer but this impacted the ambiance of the home. Another surprise was the direction to not adjust the air conditioning without asking permission. Again we understand the desire to minimize the electric bill but it made us feel a bit unwelcome as we would have liked to turn it down at night.

We had a family wedding on the other side of the bay bridge. This was a great location for touring Annapolis and attending the wedding. We all had a great long weekend! Great house and a lovely back yard! Would recommend this house to everyone! Enjoy

Denise and Patrick's house was better than the pictures...extremely clean and plenty of space to hangout both indoors and outdoors. Denise helped with local recommendations and was very easy to coordinate check in details with. Would highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our group- plenty of space, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and the hosts even left us a welcome basket of goodies! The spacious deck and backyard were a real plus- great wiggle ball game area!

We had a great time in Annapolis. We were in town for a wedding and this property allowed us to all be together. It is a lovely home with a beautiful backyard and welcoming front and back porch areas. Walkable to just about everything! Loved everything about the house!

Wedding weekend rental
This is a beautiful home with all of the amenities you could ask for. There's something for everyone. Kid friendly. Hostess left a generous gift basket. There was a binder with information about the home as well as local attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Annapolis.

Just Like Home
What a wonderful venue this beautiful home was for our 50th reunion at the U. S. Naval Academy. The location was superb with easy access to downtown Annapolis and the Academy, and a short walk to Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
The house exceeded our expectations with its comfortable accommodations, excellently equipped kitchen and large deck and backyard. The deck was especially enjoyable allowing many hours of relaxing and reminiscing.
Denise, the owner, could not have been any more gracious and accommodating. From meeting us at the house for check in with a wonderful welcome basket to ensuring that we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay, she was delightful to work with.
We have stayed at several VRBO properties over the years and this home ranks very highly on our list of favorites. We will definitely consider renting here again in the future.

Great Experience!!
We rented for a USNA class reunion along with 4 other classmates and their spouses. Perfect location: walking distance to Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and the Westin hotel (where the reunion HQ was).
Great space: plenty of room inside and out. Nice deck where we could all sit, family room/breakfast nook combo where everyone could be together. Will definitely stay here again.

Better than the Pictures!
Denise’s place was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. It was in a great location which was key for us, and the layout of the house was even better than the pictures. We walked downtown one morning before it was too hot, and the rest of the trips we made down town we either took a short and quick Uber or drove. Denise was quick to get back to us and was an amazing host! She left a little welcome basket, which was a really nice perk as well! I would definitely re-book this house and recommend to others.

Lovely and perfect home
My friends from Arizona, Texas, Montana, California, and New York were all impressed with the very clean and well-kept home. It was perfect for our get-together, mostly first timers in Maryland. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this place.

Great large house for a group
Fantastic, clean home with so much character. Close to downtown of Annapolis. Host was so quick to respond to help us prepare for our trip. Check in was easy. Host was very amenable to our questions and changes to arrival time. Kitchen is well stocked. Backyard is wonderful to hang out in the morning and evenings.

Awesome home in great location!
Had a great trip to Annapolis with my family and fiends for a lacrosse tournament. We were 11 and had plenty of room to hang out in this awesome home. Dee was great and very responsive if we had questions. Location is a short 10-15 minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops in Annapolis.

The best house.
Denise and Patrick's house is absolutely beautiful! We had my bachelorette party in Annapolis and stayed at their home. We had 9 girls and that was more than enough space for them. They were fantastic hosts. They were very quick to response to messages. The house couldn't be cleaner and as an added bonus they provided some amenities like you would find in a hotel room. Make sure you spend some time hanging out on the back patio! It was the perfect house for the perfect weekend!
