Apartament ma duży potencjał jednak wymaga odświeżenia. Jest duży i spokojnie pomieści 6 dorosłych osób i jedno-dwojke małych dzieci.

Obiekt jest już trochę zaniedbany. Łazienka na dole wymaga odświeżenia - była brudna, w pokoju dziecięcym między oknem a roleta znajdowało się gniazdo ptaka(!) to świadczy że apartament nie jest zbyt dokładnie sprawdzany i sprzątany. Łóżko w sypialni na dole skrzypi, a w sypialni u góry jest nieprzyjemny zapach (chyba problem z rurami). Na tarasie był zaniedbany domek dla dzieci i pordzewiała suszarka na ubrania. Takich zaniedbaktch detali można wymienić duzo co niestety wpływa na ogólną kiepska ocenę tego miejsca. Wszystko zostało zgłoszone właścicielowi. Przysłał asystentkę która chciała wszystko naprawić ale byliśmy tam 3 noce więc nie chcieliśmy by ktoś obcy w tym czasie nam towarzyszył. Apartament mial być w pełni gotowy jak już tam przyjechaliśmy.

The property is well equipped, comfortable and clean. we appreciated the friendliness of the host. The pool is right out the door, and it’s beautiful. The beach is across the road.

I didn’t read the description clearly, but the property is very near the beach, but not beachfront.

We loved it all! From most friendly conversation and all usefull advices/help/tips even befor e arrival, till friendly stuff at arrival..Villa was even nicer as i could imagine from the pics,area is nice and quite- well with some good evening music around and planes from the nearby airport( might not be for all but for us was just nice "extra") lovely beach just across the street...not a walking distance to the city, but we knew that and still great location to either city/airport and /or to explore the area ..i would and will def recommend to all who will ask for advice where to stay in Paphos and when coming back for more exploring def choosing it again...Thx again

the restaurant nearby the Villas not per purpose and doesn’t have identity for Cyprus but people likes English type of breakfast is alright no continental or Greek style breakfast despite their menu in each Villa but I don’t think are interested in clients from Villas but generally we are there to visit around and try local dishes but generally is option if you like it
