We had a wonderful time here. The beach access was very nice. The beds are very soft and comfortable. Having all the cookware was great. Our dog had a great time and enjoyed the decks.

The location of the home was perfect for going into Newport to eat and be tourists and the semi-private beach allowed for us to feel very comfortable letting the teens and kids roam and explore. The inside of the home was top notch - incredibly comfortable beds, ample appliances and a full coffee bar. The hosts thought of everything and our very practiced in hospitality.

This property provided plenty of room for our family. It was cozy and clean. The view was amazing and especially loved the access to the beach! Newport was very close by to go and play and eat. Would recommend to stay here and would love to come again.

I wish every house was like this one. The main living and kitchen is upstairs so you will get a little workout, but you'll get one going to the beach too so it's a warm up. :) The beds are comfy, there are plenty of towels, lots of room, and amazing views! My kids wanted to stay forever. In fact when we got to our next destination, they wanted to come back to this one! You won't go wrong staying at this wonderful place!

This home is so beautifully decorated, with well-stocked kitchen and bath. Every pot, pan, dish, and utensil you’ll need! Two Keurig: one upstairs, one downstairs. Downstairs kitchenette a huge plus! Beds were incredibly comfy. Only request: please add salt and pepper shakers! Lots of little salt packets, but no pepper.
We will return here. Great space separation for friends or couples sharing a place. Very clean bathrooms. We loved it all. Phenomenal ocean view, felt very private too.

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully situated with amazing views. Just a short drive from Newport and all the activities. The beds were comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of Kuerig cups to start your morning off right! But that view! It’s a wow. Would definitely return if we come back to Newport area.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Oregon and the house is just beautiful. Spectacular views and sunsets. Great afternoon spent exploring the lighthouse in Newport and Agate beach. The beach at the house was beautiful as well. The house has everything you need and more. Beds were beyond comfortable and the big couch was incredible! More than enough room for all 5 of us to spread out on! Eating breakfast and playing games at the large table with ocean views was perfection! Will def come here again if we make it back to Oregon!! Also can’t forget our 4-legged,furry greeter,Sailor! The absolute friendliest and cutest little guy ever!! Owners were also very nice and helpful and house was very clean!

Perfect size for our family of 5 and 2 dogs! Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Spotlessly clean! (A+) The views are awesome! Private path to beach was an added bonus. The location was awesome and the property manager was so nice. We loved the beach and we even saw whales from the house. Even though the place was off the 101 it was really quiet. Only the ocean and birds can be heard. Parking was good. Access to town was no issue. It was a once in a lifetime spot. Our only complaint was it wasn’t the cleanest place. We found ants on our food left on the counter in the kitchen.

The house was amazing and super clean! We loved the hot tub!! I thought it would be weird having the owners on site, but it was a non-issue! The views are amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The only con I can say is the shower downstairs needs some sort of a mat as it is very slick. We will definitely return!!!

Loved the views, the beach walks, the hot tub & house layout. Games at the big table and comfy couch every night. House was clean & kitchen truly well stocked. For people who plan on cooking a lot and love coffee - an additional cookie sheet & larger mugs were the only thing we missed.
Stairs to beach were not as steep and long as I thought they’d be from descriptions which was a pleasant surprise. You do have to have low tides to walk the beach in front of house but timing worked out for us. I would definitely rent this house again!

I threw a small intimate bachelorette party for my sister. I brought my espresso machine (there is a keurig available there) where we drank lattes all day and a glass of wine at night. One of the bridesmaids had a 3wk old baby and the changing table was great (we do wish there was a mattress pad for it though. It’s just wood). The beach is easily accessible, we had the best time just relaxing or hunting for cools rocks on the beach. The couch is covered in soft blankets— we think it’s because dogs are allowed however nothing smelt like dog. It was super clean, there were some ants in the kitchen and I tried emailing the email that was posted on the fridge just as an fyi so it didn’t get worse however, the email didn’t work. For those of use who had Verizon, we didn’t have cell service but in all honesty, we were not upset about that. The owners on the property were super kind and friends and their little dog was a cutie. Full windows to see the waves roll in and honestly the stay was a 12/10.

We had a really nice stay. The house is very clean. Lots of little details to make guests feel at home. The hot tub was a nice perk! The weather was stormy our first night and the whole next day. We were able to just sit and relax while looking at the ocean. The best! I will caution anyone who rents to be sure to call Vacasa to get specific directions. It's REALLY difficult to find the house in the dark. Our GPS took us to the wrong place. We had 1 bar of cell service, so I was able to call Vacasa and have them help us find the house. I won't say any street names or anything for obvious privacy and safety reasons. But if you will get there at night, I recommend you call first.

We absolutely loved this place and without a doubt will be back!! We made a last minute decision to take a short beach vacation with our 2 dogs and simply wanted a updated & comfortable place with ocean views, short walking distance to the beach, and a beach that was not crowded so our dogs could romp and run. Seatime 2 hit all our criteria and more. Super comfy couches, perfect kitchen, amazing views, super clean, super accommodating hosts, located less than 10 min from anything we needed, and did I mention the amazing views. I can honestly say this was the best vacation home value we have ever booked. We own a vacation rental ourselves and are walking away with some really nice detail tips for our place because their are just so many nice little touches.

This lovely home is a perfect location. Tucked away, right on the coast, just steps to the beach. Extremely clean and has everything you would need. We visited with our kids (12,8) they loved it and said they’d stay forever if the could! Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.
