Οι ανέσεις που αναφέρει ο οικοδεσπότης όντως υπάρχουν, επίσης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, η γειτονιά είναι πάρα πολύ ήσυχη και υπάρχει χώρος για πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πεντακάθαρο και ζεστό.

Very spacious apartment (we used the Deluxe apartment on the 1st floor). Very clean, comfortable, well equipped. Location was good and comfortable with bus, tram and metro stations on walking distance (few minutes) from the property. The neighborhood is very good, lively, South Park is 10 minutes by walk and is very beautiful and big park, great for walking and be close to nature. Pharmacies, restaurants and shops near the property as well. Great communication with Dimi, as always he is very helpful, very kind and precise with information and instructions. I've booked few times at Sofia Family House for my friends and myself when I am in Sofia and need a place to stay, definitely recommend it! Also very good value for the stay.

Everything with the stay was great, absolutely no complains about the place, conditions there and communication with the owner. We had everything that we needed and are completely satisfied. Thank you for everything Dimi!

New apartment, everything works well. There is coffee and tea. Kind owner.

Too bright in the morning. Also we would suggest to add towel hangers in the bathroom.

We stopped here, one night during our trip to Greece. It was a very good decision. We found here clean, comfortable, airconditioned nice rooms. What are the pros: - comfortable checkin - cars in safe place (even garage) - playground nearby - close to public transportation if you would like to visit the city center - there are shops and restaurants in the area - air conditioning - clean and comfortable

The property was exceptional it was clean and excellent condition the host of the property was very nice and helpful he was an amazing host he helped find places to eat and very friendly respectful person

Dimitri was a Perfect host and trying to fulfill every little need like milk etc immediately.

The location was very close to the tram station. Parking in front of the house was great.
