The location couldn't be more perfect - it's right in the heart of the city, offering the best of both worlds: vibrant city life and cozy home comfort. One of the standout features of this apartment is its proximity to a charming bar located just below. This added a unique and enjoyable aspect to our stay. Waking up to the lively atmosphere of the city and being able to step down for a morning coffee or an evening drink was incredibly convenient and added an authentic touch to our experience. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable. It's well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, making our stay relaxing and hassle-free. Every detail seemed to be thoughtfully considered to ensure guests' comfort. What truly made our stay exceptional was how much we felt at home. The apartment's ambiance is warm and welcoming, blending modern comforts with a sense of place that immerses you in the local culture.

My recent stay at this central apartment was nothing short of wonderful. Honestly, there's not a single thing I would change, except perhaps to make it even better, if that's possible. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place had everything we could possibly need. Excellent location in beautiful Vegueta, close to major connections in Las Palmas and the whole island. Nice old style house, very spacious and well kept. The hosts make an effort to inform you about the many options Gran Canary has to offer. Very good price/quality balance.

I have no complaints with this pricing level. Maybe the apartment was a bit "labyrinthine", there were not so many windows in the back part etc. but this was really not a problem. One of the keys was a bit tricky. There is also a possibility to get an electronic key, but you need to send your personal data well in advance to use that option, I didn't.
