The apartment is near to both beaches and the old town of Larnaca. Also a small park with a playground for children, shops, restaurants and bars are near. Fast internet. Everything clean. Very welcoming staff.

The location is great - located just a few meters away from the beach promenade and between the two main beaches of Larnaca. Many shops close by to get your basics and souvenirs. The staff responded very quickly when needed.
Only small things, like: A pan would be appreciated, a foldable table and chairs maybe to sit outside.

The owners are great, very good communication. Every request we've made has been solved pretty quick.
The kitchen has an electric oven, and this was a surprise. And we really like to prepare food in the oven.
I would gladely come back here to spend our vacation.
I think that rooms doesn't have a good air flow. The windows were wet in each morning. There was a lot of umidity. This wouldn't stop us to book this accomodation again in the future.

No hot water at kitchen and bathroom. (Hot water Only in shower indtant heater with rapidly changing temperature).
The smell of mouse and huge humidity is in all apartment and mostly at bathtoom.

No hot running water for wash, shave, doing dishes etc...few sheets of toilet paper on arrival!

Really helpful hosts, quick to answer with questions. Perfect little apartment for a weeks stay while diving the Zenobia. Would recommend!

Excellent apartment in immaculate condition. The photos are a true reflection of the apartment- clean- fully equipped with all the essentials. Excellent location to the beach. Supermarket on your doorstep. The host is amazing and I promise that you won't be disappointed.
Highly recommend this property and you have the garden terrace to enjoy for dinner and drinks.

Amazing modern and clean apartment! It has a very spacious veranda, half of it is in shadow, other half is on sun, so you can enjoy both. We had a very enjoyable time. The city Centre is just 7 min walk and kastella beach (one of the best in Larnaca) is only 5 min walk.

Place next to the beach, near to the city center. 5 minutes to the sea.
Hopefully and kindly host. You can find all you need in the room.
