La vicinanza al centro ed il panorama!

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura solo perché c’era scritto che aveva il parcheggio ! Io ero all’ottavo mese ed ho preferito spendere di più per arrivare in macchina ! Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati ci siamo resi conto che si appoggiano al parcheggio a pagamento che c’è all inizio del paese circa 500 metri a piedi e che non sempre c’è posto . In extremis solo perché hanno visto il mio stato sono riusciti a farci avere un posto ma abbiamo perso più di mezz’ora solo per questo !

Disappointment. Low standard, high price. We paid extra for a room with a sea view, but the balcony was about 1mx1m and there was room for one chair. The double bed turned out to be two single ones pushed together and they stayed apart all night. The room itself was small and run down. Even though we asked twice to change the room, no one cared about us. The receptionists pretended that there was no check-out and free room, and we saw people checking out every day. Only the young night porter was nice. Blanket on the bed dirty with some old stain... Some decorative pillows dusty, dirty and smelly. Mold on the ceiling, one socket for the whole room. The bathroom was also in disarray, and in addition there was not even soap, brushes and other cosmetics that were listed in the offer. The only thing was about 10ml of bubble bath for two people, which we used for our hands, luckily we had our bath cosmetics. Towels were not changed during cleaning, and there was nothing in the fridge despite the price list. The internet is weak, the walls are like paper (you can hear all your neighbors), and the breakfasts are monotonous, dry and sweet. Maybe other rooms are better, but in the event of non-compliance with the offer, the reception will do nothing to resolve the problem (we heard "contact booking").

The hotel was absolutely perfect for my stay. The location is fantastic, and the view out of my balcony was spectacular. Every single person I met from the hotel was so friendly, helpful, and lovely. Breakfast was really nice and the views from the two terraces were fantastic. The owner, Giuseppe, went out of his way to give me some brilliant recommendations for the next part of my trip. I felt very safe and at home there, can't recommend enough.

great location, close to bus terminal and main attractions. my room was minimal but had a great sea view. staff was very helpful in calling to ask about opera ticketing for me.

Shower head didn't work properly & shot water all over the bathroom & bedroom floor as the sliding door to the shower was missing. A longterm problem as the doorframe was rotting away. No tea/coffee making in room or fridge. A pole with lights had fallen down on the panoramic terrace so you had to step over it. Needs an update for that price. Beds really hard.

DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURES POSTED ON THIS HOTEL PROFILE! The room I was provided didn't match any of the published pictures neither on Booking.com nor the hotel website! When talking to the hotel team/management, that were super rude and didn't take any responsibility, they said they do not have any control over the photos that Booking.com publishes of their hotel, so we should complain to Booking.com. Well, Booking.com couldn't solve it and just sent us a message, days after our stay, saying that we could leave a negative review on the hotel's profile, so here I am. There is no way to give a good rating to a hotel that doesn't respect its guests and publishes incorrect photos of the rooms it offers.

View from terrace is great. Breakfest - classics. Personel - very nice. Parking - simply on the road right in front of hotel 15eur night.

The beds matrace have to be changed - budget comfort.
