Very clean, cosy apartment on an excellent location. It's quite modern and has all facilities you would need. Staff gave us a lot of privacy but were available if we needed anything. Definitely recommended

The location is great, 5-6 min from the center of the island. Owner is awesome guy, very nice and polite.

It could be a little bit more cleaner. That is the only thing I didn’t like.

Big Appartment, close to the beach. Nice beds, two toilets , 1 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with a living room, 2 balconies. Nice manager.

Everything was Nice. Just a detail, so much flyes on the night who entered the room, who maked me and the other guest sleeping with some trouble. Some protection between the windows and inside/outside should be considered.

The apartment stinks to an unbearable extent; the walls and all furnitures just release the smell of a (most probably)few decades long smoking inside, in all rooms including all bedrooms. Could not bear the smell we had to leave after the first day. The owner was kind and understood, but the place itself is not really ready to host guests in this condition. It’s close to the downtown and is not expensive and big etc but I don’t think it is cheap enough compared to the conditions. Only book if you don’t care about sleeping, eating and in general being in a very stinky place.

Located right in the middle of Murter (city). A bit longer walk to Slanica, very short walk to municipal beach near Konzum and therefore very close to Konzum as well. Using two adjecent streets one winds up very close to Konzum or when using the other very close to the main port and all restaurants/amenities. Area is quiet, not counting the cicadas of course. The owner lives downstairs and even when he is not around he can be quite quickly reached through Booking message system. He welcomed us with several treats, which was very nice and a bit embarrassing as we had some trouble along the way and misplaced our "gifts" and we didn't have anything to give in return. Some places list this as a 9 person location. We were there with 6 people and it was comfortable for us. Extra 3 people would probably have to sleep in the main living room and glass atrium. The atrium gets pretty hot so it is not a nice spot to sleep in, fortunately it was not an issue for us given the fact that there were only 6 of us. Kitchen is spacious and although a little dated it is well equipped and we did most of our cooking for ourselves instead of using restaurants. AC is located in the living room and drainage goes to a bucket which one has to empty. A large fan provided by the owner enabled us to move the cold air from the living room are to the corridor and then to the bedrooms. Bedrooms don't have separate AC. Anti-mosquito tablets and electric heaters for them were also provided and we used them quite heavily due to large amount of gnats/mosquitoes in July. There are two nice balconies, one just for one bedroom, the other connecting living room and another bedroom. Third bedroom, smallest, has only a window. Most windows come out on nearby vegetation and buildings. From one balcony you can see some of the marina looking over the roofs of other buildings. There is a parking spot provided in front of the house.

The location could use a little bit of better cleaning. I see in the reviews that this issue comes up from time to time. We cleaned everything quite thoroughly during first day and left the place clean so the next guys will probably give better marks and this may explain the uneven scores in that regard on the site. The equipment is a bit dated but mostly functional. You have to close the windows before sunset and rely on AC to avoid mosquitoes. There is an unpleasant smell coming from the main bathroom which can be mitigated/removed by flushing some cleaning liquid down the bathtub and drain (located in the centre of the floor of the bathroom). However during high winds still some strange odour can be smelt. I guess it's is due to old pipes. Surroundings are not that impressive, but location is pretty good giving quick access to basically anything in Murter on foot and also easy access by car to the road leading out of town, where then you can find some additional wild beaches to go to and some nice sightseeing. Owner's English is a bit rusty but you can get by with a bit of help from Google translate. If you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation and some issues don't bother you, this is a very good place. If you are looking for gleaming high standard and some issues with the equipment ruing your fun... probably look for an upgrade. We had fun and liked it there.
