I booked the deluxe suite and they gave us the wrong room. They told us they didn’t have that room and then when checking out we noticed they have that room.

Great town location, near the marina and to most facilities. Balcony was nice, both at breakfast and sunset. We visited in September after two weeks on a yacht and it felt a good way to relax and explore the island by land. Good size fridge. Florenia was fantastic, helping with suggestions for parking and making our check-in very easy.

Noise was not a problem in September, even with loudish music from bar downstairs on a Saturday night. I can imagine to be louder in peak season.

the only thing that worth was the 'location' which was central, close to the market and taverns. the cleaner was also very nice

we arrived on first day and as requested we called the owner who told us she will be there in 5'. after 35' we had to call again as there was no one in the reception. the room had a very weird smell. the fridge was making a noise so on first night we couldnt sleep. the excuse was that all fridges are like that. the wifi was not working properly. the tv was not working at all the signal was terrible. the tip point was on first night we asked to change us rooms as it was really loud and outside our balcony there were people sitting on the tables from the bar next door. they told us that the rooms had 5 layers of sound insulation and they couldnt hear something. the result was on the last night that outside our room was a party until 3am. if you want to get some rest and relax, just dont go there.

The room was very very nice, clean and nicely furnished!

We had glasses, forks, knifes, spoons etc…but no plates 🙃 We managed without but an idea for the futere…at least one plate.

Great location near bar & restaurants and pedestrian street. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and enjoyed the staying.

Very accommodating host, excellent sound insulation

Great location right on the promenade with vibey restaurants and bars - we just sat on the balcony and enjoyed the atmosphere. The room was perfect for the price - comfy bed, very clean and well equipped. We also asked for a late checkout (11am) which was no problem.

Couldn't fault it really - it's not a hotel with full services but then it is half the price! It is quite a busy and noisy location so perhaps not the best option for those looking for peace and quiet...
