This property was exactly what we needed for a weekend in Charelston. It was clean, walking distance to King Street & a short drive from many of the attractions (pineapple fountain, rainbow row, etc). The hosts were very responsive and the place was exactly as described. Would recommend!

Charleston is a special place for us. This property was a quiet and private in a great location. Plenty of space for the 4 adults.Walkable or a Short Uber ride to most anywhere and day trip to Sullivan’s Island was under half an hour drive. Well stocked as advertised and exceptionally clean. Check in and out easy and well communicated. Our family has been coming to Charleston for over 30 years and this was one of our best trips ever. Very pleasant experience with this property.

We had the best girls trip! The house was cute, clean and close to the action on King Street. The property management group gave us lots of great information, suggestions and promptly answered all our many questions about activities and sites we were looking into. The locals were very friendly and everyone we met were so nice. We had the best girls trip and made a lifetime of memories.

Location was perfect, especially having a parking place. Walking distance to grocery store, Holy Bagels and restaurants like Ladles, Sugar Bake Shop and Chubby Fish. Parking around city was hard to find and expensive ($34 for 4 hours), so we Ubered the six of us…..very quick, and much less than parking. Very nice VRBO, and manager, Kerri, was outstanding!!

The house was clean, well located and very nice. The only drawback was the directions from VRBO that took us to the wrong address. Upon looking around and through a fence we could see this house. It was easy enough to drive around the block to the correct house.

This property was a good location for us to explore Charleston! The only downside was we must have left the car unlocked at some point while in the city and a bag was stolen. Just some clothes, nothing too valuable, but a bit strange indeed.

This was a great spot! The house was clean and well taken care of. The only issue we had was very tight parking. Especially when there were 7 cars on the property. It’s not possible to turn around and you have to back out. It is challlenging due to the angle, a tree plus you’re backing onto a busy street. Rent a small vehicle or one you’re familiar with driving.

We stayed at this location for a Mother/Daughter’s trip. It was walking distance to King Street. It was beautifully decorated and we felt safe. The Keurig wasn’t working and we text and they delivered a new one to us within hours. I would highly recommend.

Loved having our own off-street parking and Island Provisions on the other side of the block was convenient for coffee, breakfast and even drinks and dessert! House was comfortable and well-maintained. So clean, we even used the dishes! The only recommendation would be to add blinds or drapes to block out the sun for those sleep-in mornings.

We chose this location because of having four bedrooms three baths and close to downtown. Easy walking to downtown and having the shuttle that the city provides was a bonus. Anywhere out of town we used to Uber and everything was great. We had a wonderful time and would recommend again. Parking is tight and leaves little room for an outdoor sitting area.

What a catch!
Loved staying in this house. We were all so impressed with the cleanliness, layout, and the nice bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas. The common area outside was also great to enjoy music and drinks before heading to dinner for the night. Location was right off of King Streer, so walkable to everything. Very satisfied!
